I'm here with CT Fletcher and today I'm training like an iron addict and we are going to see just what this young man is made of CT is a three-time world champion in both the bench press and the strip curl who coined the term Iron addict after having open heart surgery and being told he could never lift again all that did was motivate him to get back from the gym to prove everyone wrong and show us nothing is impossible My Philosophy is to train people to do what they thought they couldn't do um I don't have a certain criteria as to what they must do except one and that is to give me everything that they [Music] have o we all right your ass is in for a wait a wait a minute uh for y'all that don't know will told me he said I'm going to start with the G then we want to do some strict TR then we want to do this we do that if we'll make it through the gun we shall see he's a very am this is young man I like that [ __ ] yeah but we shall see I want to start strong just like the hardest thing first and then and then go down as hell yeah got the simply 200 reps of hell that's what 200 reps it's 200 continuous reps you don't get to get up and go call your girlfriend or or boyfriend whatever the [ __ ] the case may be you get to call nobody can't call your mama for help you don't get to go to the drug store and getting old Sunday to help yourself out lay your ass right down here on the ground you don't get up you completed 200 reps I was working out with Big Rob uh long ago and Big Rob had to throw up during one of our training sessions he threw up and when he got back I said wipe all that [ __ ] off your mouth because it is still your mothering SE I don't care what happens you stub your toe uh take your [ __ ] whatever throw up and life no matter what troubles come what troubles go and I've had a few stay your mother say take yourself up right back in there keep swinging you know an urban dictionary that stands for I suck your mother's finger slowly is that what it stand for yeah what kind of [ __ ] is that if you don't complete it then I'm going be laughing at you we start heaviest the lightest and lightest back the heaviest because when you're at your weakest you've already completed 180 reps by this point but the real test come when you at your tiredest at your most burn you still got to do 20 reps with the heaviest weight all over again I designed it like that to kick people's ass will tenness this builds a big bench right it's going to build some big ass triceps and big ass triceps are essential to a big ass bench what was the arm size in the
