gorge at 165 feet it was formed 13 000 years ago by glacial activity a trail takes you through the forest to the bottom of the gorge from the rim here you can view the lower portion of the gorge from the water level white water rafting is possible at the bottom of the atachy river and mill pond falls which cascades down 30 feet accessible to less adventurous visitors the historic kwechi gorge bridge connects the banks it was built in 1911 and the oldest remaining steel arch bridge it has continued to deepen due to the constant flow of the ottawa river and you can view the gorge from the
