Touring an $8,500,000 Encino Mansion with Your DREAM Basement

I'm in the backyard of this brand new construction modern Farmhouse located in the San Fernando Valley this one has an incredible entertainment basement that you guys are not going to want to miss and I'm about to give you a full tour of it so let's check it out [Music] as we start our tour in front of the property you're going to notice that there are two motor gates to either side of me behind me is a pedestrian gate in the center we see some Turf here in the front by our sidewalk as well and some beautiful flowers landscaping and white rocks below me but follow me here now we do have a code to enter into your home to keep it secure and private and this is it our brand new construction modern Farmhouse you see the large driveway you can enter in through one gate and exit out through the other we've got a concrete stone and turf pattern throughout the garage is on the left side with a Sleek modern look to it two wall sconces on either side of the garage door and beautiful stonework surrounding the exterior of the home mixed in well with the light tones up above and the dark ones on the first floor we've got a massive olive tree right here in the center as well surrounded by more beautiful landscaping I already love all the Landscaping that we've seen throughout the home and we've only taken a few steps so far but you see the White Rock details the lights down beneath the flowers and on the right side of the home there's even more colors in the flowers you got some tall hedges to keep it private more beautiful landscaping with the White Rock detail and then this is it we're about to head inside through this massive pivot door and we're going to meet imbal inside the property so let's go see her now Hi how are you I'm doing great how are you good to see you good to see you too welcome to this beautiful new listing brand new construction located in a prim and Cino area I'll meet you at the backyard sounds good I'm going to tour this level and I'll see you back there all right so as you see when we enter this property there is a straight line all the way to the backyard we've got beautiful white oak wood floors beneath us Herring bone pattern in the wood down below and then it extends out to a straight tile as you go further into the kitchen and the living area we're going to start this Tour by heading to my right through these seethrough doors and this is your office space it's a little too small to be a guest bedroom but there is a lot of built-in shelving with back back lit LED lights and you've got wood panel ceilings above us with dual recess lights which you don't see too often there are two lights next to each other in every space and we are front facing so you get two windows looking out to that Olive Tree and the front yard as we leave the office space directly across the entrance the walkway is our family room the family room consists of a unique light fixture made of several cubes surrounding those light bulbs up above and we have large wood burning fireplace with dark stone details next to Wood beamed walls and it just Blends in very seamless with those wood Bean walls a couple more and narrow Windows to bring in some natural sunlight to here this is just a great space to hang out get cozy by the fire pit and not be where the formal living area is where probably most people will be watching TV hanging out eating a meal if you're not used to eating in the dining room which is what we have here large light fixtures up above look at how massive these bulbs are most of them are bigger than my head honestly there are several on the bottom here and more up on that second layer the dining area can fit eight people very easily but you can definitely add a table much larger if you're going to have an extravagant Thanksgiving meal right here across from our dining room actually before we go to the other side this is something you don't see the exterior stone workor is of the same interior that we see next to our dining room I think this may be the only portion of the house that has this unique stone it just adds a nice touch to this house it makes it a lot more homey it feels very cozy and it doesn't give you that classic white boxy modern feel that a lot of these new construction homes may give you but moving past the dining area here is our staircase leads down to the basement and up to the top level you can see the LED lights on every other step as you head up rot iron railings and a wood handle as we walk by this more built-in shelving similar to we saw in that office room with linear back lit LED lights several Open Spaces add books add posters of friends and family add photos whatever you want just a nice unique area right next to our elevator now yes there's an elevator every time there's three stories everyone's complaining that there isn't an elevator in the home but now we finally have one and in a convenient location kind of away from everything sometimes it's right next to the Living Spaces but this time it's kind of tucked in this hallway Nook right here which I do appreciate across from the elevator now we have a large powder room with a smart toilet opens by itself you've got a half circle mirror up against your concrete walls wood beam walls as well an LED light the finishes in here are impeccable you don't see powder rooms this luxurious in this price range and a large block of floating Stone acting as our sink with more lights down beneath and there's a lot of room in here a lot of space for activities in the powder room but as we leave The Powder Room this is where the garage is now check it out brand new epoxy floors in our two car garage a lot of storage space in there too and it keeps on going there's another hallway with a gallery wall to my left where you can display art pieces there are two built-in display lights up above so when those are on you really just the artwork just shines bright in this hallway it's not your a dull hallway with just recess lights up above but also if you look up you can see that they stay consistent with the Dual recess lights which I don't know if I've ever seen in a home honestly but these new construction developers they're they're trying unique things they're doing things differently now as we keep moving here is one of the guest bedrooms fully on Suite with a glass shower custom tile in the walls a floating vanity with Sleek modern wood Cabinetry and then this guest bedroom does have access to the backyard there is modern closet space right now next to our bathroom and this is just a great place maybe an in-law suite your friend will be staying in this room if they're going to be hanging out coming into town and they have easy access to the backyard which is always nice if you're visiting a friend but as we leave this hallway there's more to show you of course now we're going to go to the kitchen past the staircase follow me this way so the kitchen is right next to our formal living area but first we're going to start here in this kitchen where we do have not one but two islands the backend Island consists of four bar seats for your breakfast bar area waterfall Edge on both of these islands and you have similar light fixtures up above both of them as well just overall look at this kitchen look at how Sleek everything is the contrast of the wood does go very well with all of the paneled storage space such as in our fridge and freezer it's a push to open one right here and you have a MAA wine fridge in the center that does split the fridge and freezer check that out there's nothing in here this wood is brand new never been touched just place your wine in there close that off and then of course they got it stocked with a few drinks for us we're going to take one MAA fridge and freezer the freezer is obviously on the other side some more Cabinetry up above and we do have wood panel ceilings with recess lights in here looking at the rest of the appliances there is a small pantry kitchen area where there is a full LG fridge and a built-in espresso machine in our walk-in Pantry which is cool looking at the other Island the blanco sink is here over in the corner dual MAA ovens in sleek black modern finishes and then you've got some tinted Cabinetry up above and more storage space in the wood Cabinetry up even higher than our tinted cabin tree and none of the cabin tree or drawers have any handles if you notice not on the island not here here up against your stove top not in our tinted glass either eight burner gas stove pot filler up against the book match Stone above the stove Mila once again symmetrical Cabinetry on the opposite end and it just keeps on going more countertop space another Blanco sink this time picture window Above This sink looking out to the gorgeous backyard can't wait till we go out there and meet with in ball we're going to be touring the backyard with her in just a second countertop space extends all the way to our wall and we see the same Stone up on the backsplash more storage space in a couple of wood floating shelves and I think that was everything there was a lot to touch on in this kitchen it is gorgeous it's very Sleek very minimal but I do appreciate a nice kitchen such as this one on the other side we have our formal living room the same Stone we saw in that family area surrounds This Modern fireplace up above flat screen TV and we've got symmetrical finishes in the Cabinetry more glass tinted windows on both sides and we've got the wood doors in more storage space on both sides of our fire pit area but that was this entire floor it's gives me a very cozy homey feel as I already said a couple times but I mean modern farmhouses I've been touring modern farmhouses for quite a while and they just keep getting better and better as the years go by but now as we go into the backyard let's say hi to Inbal so Darren how do you like the house so far I love it I mean it's just a brand new modern Farmhouse just uh I mean this one speaks to me specifically absolutely beautiful now let's check out the backyard starting right here with this thing so beautiful infinity pool with the built-in jacuzzi yeah I do like how we have the jacuzzi just planted in the center and then two Baja shelves on either side you can see the basketball hoop the basketball court on the other side as well and it's kind of separated by a little waterfall which is pretty cool you don't see that too often absolutely I love the relaxing noise of the waterfall and look at this Cabana over there it's just gorgeous yeah we're going to head over there I mean you mentioned the waterfall there's just so many different areas in this backyard to hang out lounge around and just listen to the water splashing which is always cool when you have a pool looking like this and that is a very large pool it's not your average uh Modern Pool in West Hollywood this is we're in the valley you know we've got larger pools larger yards which is very convenient very nice but let's head over here we've got a fire pit over in the corner one of the other lounging areas that we mentioned and you've got some ficus trees that extend all the way to the front just we're in the shade here now this is where you're going to relax when to get out of the sun when it gets too hot yeah a cozy night you can turn on the fire and just relax with a glass of wine maybe cook some s'mores you never know you never know all right now we've got this covered Cabana we have more wood paneling up on the ceiling built-in speakers here so we're going to play some good music if you're having a meal out here and and uh yeah we've got a sink couple built-in refrigerators a full outdoor kitchen really and then I do love the textured countertops on this entire kitchen area brand new barbecue grill just perfect for the family perfect for entertaining out here in this Cabana space yeah but let's keep on walking around there is also a little Adu I mean what do we have here you can make this as um a gym or maybe an office outdoor office storage area already have it ready for us here in the gym you know these dumbbells just may be too heavy for us I'm more of um oh there you go all right well yeah I mean it's already ready as a gym for us we've got a dumbbells perfect size for me here you've got your little Push-Up Bars down there and yeah I mean I'd probably put a pool table here in the center make it more of a entertainment space to where maybe after you're done playing pool or getting out of the pool you play some pool and then you walk to the basketball court this is what catches my the backyard and there is an outdoor bathroom here we're not going to but I always like when backyards have outdoor bathrooms you don't have to go inside it's one of your your pool bathrooms you can shower up easily but here it is basketball court doesn't quite extend all the way out but you've got everything I mean you can shoot half court shots here there's a lot of space 10t hoop but that is it I mean that was everything in our backyard what are what are your thoughts any last words here before we head the B I just love that this house house has everything outdoor needed you have amazing privacy it's very quiet uh the waterfall gives me a lot of relaxation feeling you have a little gym or spa massage room uh the barbecue the sitting Cabana uh the pool everything everything you just need you don't have to leave this house yeah I mean I would spend way too much time out here shooting Hoops as you said cooking a meal hanging out in the gym the pool you've got everything but you know it has uh even more of everything it's the basement so let's go check that out let's go to the basement as we head down into the basement you do see the LED lights on every other step which just gives it a nice modern touch that I do appreciate myself but I love the light and dark touch yeah the contrast is always amazing but so we're just going to give them a full tour of this basement here we're going to start just by pointing out that you have glass doors leading into a home gym you've got the rubber floors you've got the Florida ceiling mirrors and just another gym you know we had that gym in the backyard which we did enjoy but now we've got another one inside which is cool yeah and so this is your entertainment basement we've got pool here staged in the middle Billiards actually you're going to you're going to give it a shot right now go for it you're it's this is all you you're going to make a ball shoot this one and hit the triangle right there if you make one if if she makes one you guys have to leave a comment I promise all right let's do it okay well it's all right you don't have to comment if you don't want but you know would definitely appreciate a kind comment that was that was a good job you know you we try so now we do have a guest bedroom in here in the corner on Suite bathroom modern finishes in our closet space and then next to the guest bedroom what do we have here there's a basement outdoor underground balcony which is super relaxing um you can enjoy absolutely brick wall beautiful color kind of uh you know on the dark side because we're underground but it's nice and chilly in here of course yeah I mean it's always nice when you have some outdoor space even in your basement which is rare I mean and and you have two separate sides around this brick wall which I do think is a pretty unique more staging little Foos ball right here I mean are we just should we should we try around right here let's see I'll just uh really good with soccer so oh my gosh let's see who scores first one point wins oh come on uhoh uhoh uhoh this is going in oh god oh I'm not going to take it easy on you don't worry so there we go um well I mean you almost made uh the one in pool maybe we'll give it another go a little later let's have a drink yeah I mean where where are the bottles in the wine seller over there or where are you hiding them yeah beautiful wine seller uh glass doors throughout lots of storage area yeah plenty of room for storage down beneath up above in the slanted storage space it's just open and I do like that it's seethrough two walls of glass recess lights just a nice look to that we've got our bar area with elevated countertops two lights up above and a flat screen TV here in your bar so while we're having a drink we could throw on a movie a show whatever we want while uh I beat you in foosball again you that's not going to happen let's check out the sitting area it's so gorgeous yeah you have an electric fireplace beneath the flat screen TV more wood finishes you've got open shelving on the left and just everything is super modern I do love all of the bright wood tones in this home what is this smell can you smell the smell shoot is that is that your perfume I you know what I think they have a smell system that goes through the air conditioning and it smells so good I was wondering what that was when I stepped in here through the vents they have it pumping with just the best I wish you guys were able to smell what we're smelling here in person I mean I don't think we could throw a a b-roll clip of that but it smells amazing right now honestly I've never I mean I've toured hundreds and hundreds of homes never smelled anything like this and not even kiding shoot H wish you guys could smell it for yourself but there is also a movie theater next to our entertainment area in the living room let's take a look so are these not the just the biggest I mean they look pretty comfy honestly I I feel like if I laid on this I would never get up so I'm just going to continue standing for now but there are two levels here in the theater we've got great Acoustics obviously the movie theater lighting the LED lights as well more wood paneled ceilings and then built-in speakers above large flat screen projector screen and just everything you need in a home movie theater right yeah heading out of the theater there's more to the basement than what we have seen so far let's go and wrap around the staircase now and this is where the elevator arrives to also in a nice area kind of just off from where everything else is down here on this floor and then what do we have here in ball we have a dry sauna and a wet sauna everything you really need I mean if you can check this out SAA here yeah two levels to it it extends out pretty far and then directly next to us we do have a shower and steamer as well with just beautiful stone finishes in there I love the large rain shower heads as well floating shower bench extends throughout two of the walls so there's plenty of space for multiple people to be in that steam area and then you've got a sink here in your hallway it's just freestanding circular sink on top of this large block of stone this look just Wows me in my opinion I do love just this little sink area outside of a water closet room but that was everything down here in the basement what' you think I I love it I can move in right now honestly just the backyard and the basement together I am a big fan of this home so far but that was amazing you did a great job now I'm going to go upstairs and show them the rest of the room all right I'll see you later all right see you and we finally made it up to the top level how fun was that touring with eball she did a phenomenal job and now we got to show you all the bedrooms up here here starting with all of the modern light fixtures hanging from the ceiling in the very center of our staircase and behind me is the primary Suite which is where we are going to go first cuz I know you guys want to see this right away expansive primary Suite with plenty of room you can even have maybe a sofa over here in the corner floating cabinet space over on one wall custom walls throughout as you see behind the bed we've got some wood Bean walls mixing in with some large custom tile two light fixtures on either side of the bed right here see when I turn that light on and then a wood Bean ceiling this is an incredible looking ceiling you've got the high voltage ceilings with several recess lights surrounding those beams and a lot of built-in speakers right up above our flat screen TV another electric fireplace down there and more wood finishes surrounding the fireplace is there just more wood finishes in this home than any modern farmhouse that we've seen there is a ton of beautiful wood finishes I mean just look at the ceiling above us incredible look both sides of the fireplace you do have sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony actually we're just going to show you the balcony real quick because it's just such a perfect day so let me head out here for a sec check it out again I do wish I had a basketball because if I had one this is a great spot to just throw it into the hoop from your balcony imagine waking up every morning and doing that something I would do maybe not you but you can push these pocket doors all the way into the wall behind the fireplace and you can do that on both sides of the fireplace here in your primary Suite last but not least you've got a planet looking light fixture hanging right above that beam in the center I didn't even notice it I forgot to mention it but it makes this room look out of this world let's keep moving down the hallway is where we've got two closets wow this is my first time seeing this actually but take a turn to my left look at this closet modern glass doors throughout the entirety there is enough space in this closet to maybe have a little island in the center if you'd like but if not you can definitely see all of your clothes shoes accessories here in the closet there's also a built-in speaker in the closet so that you can play some music while you're getting ready for the day on the opposite side this will probably be the his because it is a little smaller I know he probably doesn't need as many items of clothing but you can see still see all the suits the jackets whatever else you have hung up in here the beautiful modern wood finishes throughout and also still smells amazing up here on the top level but now let's show you the bathroom as we head through this door the primary bathroom large marble tile on the floors there's only four slabs as you see down beneath book match Stone as well and right next to that is your freestanding tub you can see the light just hitting the tub right now you can just take a nice bubble bath with the Sun hitting you you've got a gold fixture there and a little rain shower head to hit all those hard to reach spots while in your tub opposite side we've got large glass door to walk into your shower book match Stone in your shower and three more rain shower heads in here two more handheld ones on either side of the shower and just modern Stone surrounding Us in the light tones and then next to the shower we've got a water closet we've got a little drop down makeup station we've got dual vanities on separate walls here wood panel walls more wood finishes more wood drawer space without any handles a very modern bathroom overall there are also massive mirrors above each sink that blend in with the wood panel walls and then there's two water closets one on either side of our shower but that was this entire primary Suite let's go back into the hallway show you the rest of the bedrooms this is our common area up on our top level right right outside the primary sweep and we have more of that stone up against the wall downstairs I did say that was the only wall with the same Stone we saw on the exterior but we have it here again gives it more of a homey feel to this modern Farmhouse now on the other wall we've got more builtin shelving we've got storage down beneath we have a builtin mini refrigerator and then also you can definitely put a TV up here on the custom walls a nice place to hang out in the very center of all the bedrooms without having to go downstairs and bothering anyone cooking dining in the main living room or maybe hanging out in the basement and entertaining themselves as we head down here there's a few bedrooms to show you I'm going to walk into this one cuz this is the junior suite finishes in here are awesome I mean there is a built-in desk surrounded by almost more storage space than any junior suite you'll see in modern farmhouses here in the valley also a couple floating shelves up above look at all this finally we have hand in these doors but they're very Sleek still very modern you can barely even see them and everything is brand new you've got the the pull outd drawer spaces right here we are front facing so you're overlooking the front yard and your street right there vaulted ceilings up above there is a beam in the center this is incredible junior suite stage for probably the younger daughter of the household it's also an onsuite bathroom with a built-in bathtub dark linear tile throughout the walls and and the same modern finishes in the vanity that we've been seeing in all of the other bathrooms but now a couple more bedrooms to show you down the hall you've got the laundry room with unique tile on the floors with a nice pattern also dual washer and dryers by LG here's where the elevator is finally it's in all I do like where the elevator is located on every floor it's kind of in a hallway out of the way from where everything else is happening in front of the elevator we have wood beams that open up to our staircase so it does make this hallway feel a bit more open than if this was just a wall right here two more bedrooms to either side of me one of them is front facing it has a walk-in closet similar finishes in the bathroom on Suite bathroom Beautiful shower the opposite room has the same thing but there's a built-in desk a couple built-in floating shelves a walk-in closet of course once again and it's got to be on Suite so we've got a nice bathroom with impeccable modern finishes in our vanity one once again but I hope you enjoyed this house as much as myself
