Touring a $12,900,000 Architectural Gem in Los Angeles! | Mansion Tour

[Music] it is a perfect day today here in Brentwood Los Angeles and I'm going to give you a full tour of this brand new construction estate right here so let's check it out [Music] starting our tour in front of the property I'm currently standing on this gravel driveway and we're just going to give you an entire tour of the front entrance here starting with a motor gate to my left that as you arrive into the home you can take a left turn and park several cars directly in front of your two-car garage I'm a big fan of the Contemporary large oval light fixtures to both sides of your garage doors and looking at the walls of the home it's a very private property as we have several ficus trees that will also grow larger and thicker to keep it even more private here there's a pedestrian gate directly in front as well in the center so as you walk through that pedestrian gate you immediately arrive and look up to this contemporary Masterpiece crafted by the architect Ward jeel and built by Gordon Gibson construction this is an incredible brand new estate here in the heart of brenwood one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles and I'm going to give you the full tour inside as we head up these concrete steps there are two columns to both sides of me to greet me as I enter into the home there's also a balcony directly above a bright stucco exterior with several French Windows there's also another private side door directly next to your two-car garage on the other side of this large hedge in front of me but enough talking about the front entrance of this driveway let's head inside as we step inside this home we arriv to double height ceilings and the immediate staircase to my left that you can see leads us up to the top floor I also do like the curved Archway in front of me that does bring us to the living space the kitchen and a family room but we're going to start by showing you this room to my right that actually has two sliding pocket doors that seamlessly hide into the wall as we enter into this office space now we do have Emerald tones in all of the shelving throughout this office and this definitely acts as a library as well it's one of the larger office rooms that you'll see at a home of this size in this part of Los Angeles and you have the French Windows looking out to the front yard that bring in a ton of natural light to this little cushioned area right here this is a great place to just sit down grab a book from one of those shelves and read while looking out to your front yard and the amazing day we're having here in Brentwood also if you look up above every single shelf space there are display lights on both walls and then you have a large Gallery wall to put any art piece that you'd like but let's leave this office room and take a turn underneath that Archway that takes us into the powder room now this is an extravagant Powder Room solely because of this large marble block look at this piece of stone that is floating in The Powder Room you also do have a mirror that is planted on the entire wall above your sink and that sink is Chrome and indented into that stonework which just gives it a luxury modern look overall here in your powder room toilet is tucked back behind a wall to give you a little bit of privacy and of course there is a window that you can open to bring in a nice breeze in this bathroom but let's head back down the hall and now we're going to show you the family room as we take a turn to the right you can definitely see any family living comfortably in this house and I'm going to show you why starting with this family room where we have a wood burning fireplace surrounded by dark and white materials and then we have a similar shelf wall that we saw in the library the office area with the emerald tones and display lights up above those bookshelves on the opposite end we have more bookshelves symmetrical to this little window sill area where we have more French windows and two French doors on either side of this sofa in the center that leads you out to our incredible backyard with lots of grass space and a guest house back there that we're going to show you after we finish up with this floor but this is just probably the space I'd spend the most time aside from maybe that office because you can grab a book from this portion of the library or hang out by the fireplace read it next to the window while looking out to your private B yard just there's just a lot going on in this room and then it does seamlessly flow into the living area without even having to exit or enter into a door there's yet another fireplace in here surrounded by darkstone this time and we don't even have any TVs on this level because your television should should just be living life or reading a book because that's what this home has it's very cozy very homey gives you nice warm Vibes overall more French windows and two separate entrance and exits to lead out to your backyard here in your living space and then it does flow into the kitchen area that we'll show you at the end but first as you follow me down this way we arrive to the formal dining room that you'll notice your floors change pattern into the Chevron wood down beneath and then we've got a Sputnik light fixture hanging up above our dining table where you can see eight people as you see another window looking out to our front yard and two Gallery walls in here but once one thing that makes this dining area unique is that it really isn't just opened up to any of the rooms it's not next to our living room it's not next to the kitchen you can actually close off the doors whether it's these dual doors that close off the living room space or the pivot Pantry door that also can close off so this is where you're going to be entering exiting when you're being served food or if you want to just hang out in the living room area you walk through this door but how many dining rooms have you seen where you can completely close it off and almost turn it into its own separate r so you can dine in peace and dine in privacy but let's head through this Pantry space now and show you the pantry room space that does consist of a large wine refrigerator and multiple pullout Pantry door areas look at this you can take it out easily grab your canned goods and comfortably store it back in these doors and it was soft closing as you see lots of drawer space down beneath and then seethrough Cabinetry up above you do have an L LED light underneath the Cabinetry that shines down down onto this beautiful stone that we also see up there on the backsplash and it just keeps on going it extends to a sink area with more Cabinetry up above more storage space down beneath and then this way is where you have a mud room/ laundry area so this door leads into another large walk-in Pantry room and you do see we have now dark gray concrete tiles on the floor here and there's some storage space for when you enter your home through that garage door so where you can sit down or store whatever you need to right here in these Cubbies there's another sink out here and then access to your sidey yard LG washer and dryer so much countertop space this is very wide I can barely even touch the wall all the way in the back but it's of that same light gray stone that we see here on the countertops LED light Underneath more storage space just almost an unlimited amount of storage space here in this room there's also a powder room in here and the light gray concrete tiles extend into the pad room you just have your typical sink toilet and a round mirror in there let me show you this garage for one second because there are brand new epoxy floors in there and you have high ceilings bright lights in this brand new garage I love a brand new garage smell I just wish we had some super cars in there that would really make that garage complete and then this door what do you know it leads to the front so you don't have to walk in through your grand entryway if you want to enter into your home if you want to just sneak by everyone maybe go through the kitchen you can just enter in through this side door or maybe if you have to use the restroom real quick you can enter through the side door use the restroom and then run into the kitchen from here but now speaking of the kitchen we finally have to show you what this looks like in the luxury Chef's Kitchen we have a massive Center island with beautiful bright marble stone countertops that contrast well with the dark tones there in the base beneath there is breakfast bar seating facing the outside where we have four to five seats above the island we have a modern light fixture hanging up above in an oval shape with a chrome outside as well and then we've got your large panel Subzero fridge and freezer brand new stocked with a couple Waters your microwave is located in this corner space right beneath more of those marble countertops with the same stone backsplash and LED light underneath your see-through Cabinetry and that is a wolf microwave built into this piece and you have a high-tech warmer down here underneath the microwave that is a pretty unique space to put that and that is a compartment as well and there are some drawers right next to it and here's some Pantry space over in the corner as I've been saying there is just so much storage space throughout this entire home over on this side the countertop space extends from end to end with the same Stone up on the backsplash underneath that hood vent there's also a chrome pot filler here on the right side of your six burer gas stove dual wolf ovens down beneath and more countertop space all the way to the wall as I said with plenty of storage space these are very tall doors up above brand new nothing has ever been stored in there as this is a brand new build down beneath in all of your drawers we have Chrome handles and they're all soft closing of course little trash compactor space and your dishwasher Blends in MAA once again there's also another dishwasher on the opposite side of the other sink over on this side this is where we have have a breakfast nook space that is similar to the other Nook next to the library area where there are French Windows throughout and a door that leads to the outside directly in front of me and we walk out there you guys are going to see that gorgeous backyard as well as the guest house when we head to the outside symmetrical portion to this countertop space as well as having the see-through glass Cabinetry the backsplash of the same Stone just overall a luxury modern Chef's Kitchen here that I am a big fan of I could definitely eat plenty of meals here sitting at this breakfast bar and just hang out in this Vibe overall in the home but now that was everything throughout this bottom level of the house now we definitely have to show you what the backyard looks like here we are in your large backyard of our brand new Brentwood estate I mean take it all in for what it is right away I'm just going to talk about this curved cobblestone pathway that leads up to a contemporary guest house I can't wait to show you guys the inside of that but here we have a lot of Furniture outside outdoor furniture that I know a lot of people comment what happens when it rains what happens if the furniture gets wet well this furniture was solely made to get wet and so it'll be perfectly fine once it rains the environment will not affect this furniture whatsoever I do like the unique oval modern light fixtures we have on the stucco exterior and then you see all the French Windows here on the outside the large balcony up above on the second level just a beautiful brand new construction estate this is a typ typical Brentwood new house plenty of plant life in all of these bushes surrounding our real grass space and you have a large tree stacked away right next to that guest house so now follow me down the pathway and this is one of our larger backyards that you'll see in this area that's why people like Brentwood you get private Gates you get large backyards and we have all real grass can you just imagine the dog running around but there might be one thing missing that I think you guys probably have already noticed and that would be that there's actually no pool in this home for a backyard this large and there not being a pool I mean what do you think of that Ryan I mean yeah I wish there was a pool but it kind of works especially if a lot of kids and dogs running around there's a lot of space for them to do that and kind of looks aesthetically pleasing as well I definitely agree it does look pretty aesthetically pleasing overall to just have this space solely be real grass I mean some people might want it to to not have a pool in their backyard because you can play more games you can throw the football around you can play whiffle ball you can actually do more activities have a barbecue or host events out here and maybe put some imagine a bouncy house out here for your younger kids that'd be something interesting too but I agree with you on that part that it doesn't necessarily need a pool out here it is a perfect day out today not a cloud in the sky and we're now walking down this Stone pathway all the way up to the center of this guest home what an attractive appearance as we head up these steps there's some outdoor dining space on the right side we have a couple of olive trees there up against your private wall and large Hedges up above your Hill to make it more private but now let's head in through these sliders and show you the inside of the guest home High ceilings up above as you enter into this living space area I love all the contemporary furniture as they have it staged just for a guest to live or hang out in you can also maybe even make this an entertainment space at a pool table pingpong so that when you have events in the backyard there are activities for people to do on the left side of me you have a dining Nook with more French Windows to bring in some sunlight and to look out into your Greenery in your backyard up above there are several linear Windows to bring in more natural sunlight here in this space everything just looks so contemporary and luxurious even in this guest house and I'm also a fan of the wood flooring that you'll see throughout this entire home so follow me down down this hallway where we have a standard small kitchen with a wolf induction stov top built in microwave above your Blanco sink Bosch fridge and freezer just a perfect Nook for a kitchen I mean any studio apartment in Los Angeles would love to have a kitchen like this and there is direct access to the backyard from a door right next to that refrigerator but then there is also a large bathroom with a glass shower dark stone finishes in that shower and modern finishes in your vanity at the end of this hallway is where we're going to find our bedroom so this is a one bed one bath guest house so you can really have anyone living here you can host anyone that's arriving to town and they want their own kitchen their bathroom a place to sleep and an incredible backyard here in brenwood more French doors with outdoor access right underneath the tree you get some shade in that outdoor space directly next to this bedroom area the entire wall to my left consists of closet doors for some storage and there's another closet directly in front of me but this is just the ideal one bed one bath guest room I'm going to walk over to the living room one last time so you can just see how it look entering into this space look at how modern and contemporary it looks overall I'm impressed with this guest house this might be one of my favorite guest houses that we've toured here in brenwood or on the west side on this channel and you should also hit the like button and subscribe for more tours just like this because I was very impressed by the Simplicity of this guest house in general what do you think Ryan about this guest house overall yeah it's a great little spot perfect finishes and uh it's actually pretty big I mean enough for me to live in yeah no I think this is enough for anyone to live in it does feel big as you walk in because of the highest ceilings and the amount of Windows that we see above up on the ceiling as well and next to us I mean there's a lot of nice custom details to this guest house overall but enough talking about this guest house we still have to wrap up the main home so follow me back inside and let's go upstairs as we head up to the top level this is where we're going to find all of the bedrooms the first one that we'll show you guys is directly next to me where we have two individual doors leading into the primary Suite you have this little entry way with with a rustic mirror staged here in the center to give yourself a good look before you leave and enter into this room so let's check it out this is your primary Suite we have beautiful marble Stone surrounding a fireplace in here it's also right next door to a large balcony that overlooks the backyard and connects to another bedroom as well beautiful modern circular light fixture hanging down from those High ceilings up above and there are French doors that lead out to a second balcony that overlooks this incredible backyard that we showed you guys earlier I mean doesn't get much better than this but as we head to the opposite side of the primary Suite that's where the bathroom and the closets are located so follow me down this hallway and you see there are two doors each of them having their own walk-in closets check it out completely brand new the bright tones throughout plenty of drawer space here up against the wall and you have a high countertop section with an LED light underneath those glass shelves up above so as we look at the other one directly across the way let's see how they differ this one is a little bit smaller obviously this probably the his you got the his and the hers and there are private doors to close off this closet as well normally in these big homes you'll see closet spaces without any doors at all so they can just be fully opened up but it gives you some privacy so you can hide your clothes from anyone that's going to be walking into these rooms but if you keep on moving check out your your luxury primary bathroom the first thing we're going to see is this large tub clad with beautiful light gray stone surrounding it and you have a window that looks out to the front yard and that motor gate it does bring in some natural sunlight as you see it hitting your tub as well dual vanities in front of me one of them with a lot more countertop space than the other so you have a little makeup station and these are also both smart mirrors if you check this out real quick you can click the light on the mirror and then it backlights the entirety of it to make the room much brighter than it was before water closet tucked to my left side and then you have large light gray slab tile to extend the entire length of this bathroom and they do match the stone countertops that we see on both vanities last but not least there is a walk in shower with a glass door with the same like R Stone we've been seeing a chrome range shower head planted up against the ceiling in there but that was everything for this bathroom what do you think Ryan about this primary bathroom yeah I mean I like smaller bathrooms I think some of the bigger bathrooms and like super huge mega mansions get a little overwhelming and there's just too much going on in there so 100% agree why do you need all of that space a lot of the time I think they just efficiently use the spacing here perfect you've got the tub you've got both vanities and you've got the shower privately tucked in the corner and I also do like the light gray tones in here so I completely agree with you with that statement but let's keep moving down the primary suite and show you some of the other rooms passing the staircase case once again there are some built-in desk space and drawer space right beneath a window that looks out to the large balcony up here there is also the laundry room right next to me with the same bright earthy tones and some cabinet space up above more storage space beneath LG washer and dryer and you have dark gray tile in here that contrast well with the rest of the tones as we keep on moving here's one of the guest bedrooms there's a total of three up here four bedrooms in total High ceilings in this bedroom once again there is a small private walkway actually that leads into a walk-in closet and a full bathroom I like the pattern of the tile on the floors modern finishes in there and there's a bathtub in that full bathroom there's also a French door to lead out to a private balcony for this bedroom which is nice you don't see private balconies in every guest bedroom but this one definitely has this nice outdoor space check it out I'm going to sit down here to just experience what it would be like if I was living in this room in particular and not the primary Suite we're now overlooking your large driveway the garage doors the street this beautiful neighborhood of Brentwood honestly probably my favorite neighborhood in all of Los Angeles not being biased at all because this is where this house is located in the video let's shut this off and see what the other guest bedrooms are like down the hall this hallway leads us to a dead end we run into two doors and when you open them most motion sensored lights turn on it feels like we've arrived in heaven You've Got High ceilings in here and it's conveniently between all of the guest bedrooms but let me show you this one once again plenty of room in here they do have it staged with two twins siiz beds but you can easily fit a queen siiz maybe even a king-sized bed in here there's a door that leads into a walk-in closet once again you've got those High ceilings in every bedroom it does not feel like small rooms you do not get claustrophobic in any of these rooms and every B is unique in its own way this time you have a glass enclosed shower with more unique patterns on the tiles that do contrast well with the vanity in there modern finishes of course in this brand new construction home one more bedroom to show you guys up on this floor and that's across the hallway well what do you know in this one once again You've Got High ceilings recess lights surrounding those ceilings once again and the bathroom in here does have the same finishes and pattern on the floors that we saw in the last bathroom with the gray and white mixed patterns in there there's also a large shower and there are two balconies not one but two connected balconies in here this first one overlooks the backyard you can see the guest house we're right next to the large tree out here once again a beautiful day get some privacy right next to your bed and then you have the second balcony that we're going to walk out to because this is the one that connects to the primary Suite that I mentioned a little bit earlier look at all of this room you really have Endless Options of what to do up here you can have a couple L-shaped couches sofas maybe add a barbecue grill over in this corner it's a perfect area to just do some cooking for the family and it is conveniently located between two bedrooms so I mean it wouldn't be right off a common area to where you'd have guests over but if you want to meet up the junior suite and the primary Suite together you can easily convene here on this balcony but that was actually everything guys for this entire home tour a miniature version of this large home sometimes you just don't need all of this space and you can easily live in the guest house feel like anyone could live there so I do like that answer I would have to say my favorite part of this home is the kitchen I love the modern finishes in there feels very luxurious and I am a big fan of Brentwood in general and this neighborhood I mean look at the
