Touring an $8,500,000 Encino Mansion with a Safe Room!

[Music] thank you today we are in Encino about to tour this brand new construction modern Farmhouse right here this home features a total of six bedrooms eight bathrooms 8 225 square feet of interior space and is currently priced just under 8.5 million dollars let's take a look at it thank you start our tour in the front of the property you have your motor gate that leads to this massive driveway where you could possibly fit up to 10 cars right here I mean this is one of the bigger driveways you'll see in Olive and so you know honestly it is also a semi-circular driveway you can exit on the opposite end and we are in a great neighborhood in Encino right at the end of a cul-de-sac and if you look up to the exterior of this modern Farmhouse this isn't your typical small Encino modern Farmhouse I mean the curb appeal of this one is extravagant you have the nice contrasting tones with the black brick and the white features as well lots of beautiful landscaping out front you've got two large olive trees and a pedestrian gate directly in the center there's also something pretty unique in this front yard on the right wing another olive tree surrounded by some Turf it's much easier to maintain when you just have turf in your front yard ficus trees against the wall as well as covering up this space right here that is actually your home basketball court you know they have to supply us with basketballs when these homes do have basketball courts like this because then I could just shoot free throws all day long also I think this has got to be regulation yeah seems pretty pretty standard 10 feet right there but there we go this is your basketball court no Corner threes but you can shoot free throws shoot three pointers at the top of the key all day long but follow me back to the home we're looking at the three-car garage to my right side with the Sleek modern tinted black garage doors but here we go we're walking up to the front of the house you can see that the gray stonework below us transitions to a nice modern tone with this tile but let's just do it let's go inside so we just made it inside through this large wood pivot door and here we are the grand entryway directly in front of me is a picture window looking out to the backyard and the turf out there as well with an olive tree which is a nice sight to see as soon as you enter the home but to my left we have a living space with a beautiful three-layered modern chandelier above us and just this Sleek white ledge surrounding a fireplace down beneath another picture window looking out to the front yard this time and that massive driveway as well this is just a nice hangout space aside from where the kitchen and the formal family area would be just separate from where everyone else is in the home but then here's that window looking out to the back like I said you can see the contrasting tone let's go through this door and check out this first bedroom first guest bedroom we're showing you in this house so it's a pretty smaller but one of the smaller bedrooms we will see in the home but you do have built-in speakers and recessed lighting like the the rest of the bedrooms also a full walk-in closet it's also ensuite with beautiful dark tile on the floors that match well with the countertops gold fixtures in here and the shower is of the same dark tile that we see on the floors with more gold accents throughout this is just a modern living at its finest and this bedroom does have direct backyard access through these sliding glass doors let's check out how the other bedroom on the opposite end Compares so this one is just about the same size as the other one with sliders leading out to the back but there is no ensuite bathroom in this one you have four wood shelves on the left side so you can make this an office space like they have it staged or just potentially put it make it into a library but there you have it not a bad space to have to make your office with that backyard access but as we leave those rooms you can see the staircase to my left is not your typical floating staircase that we might see in a lot of these homes the railings are not the wrought iron railings that we'll see in a lot of modern farmhouses we have these wood beams just staggered together up the steps going all the way up to that top floor as well as down to the basement as well with the wood handle that just completes this entire look of just wood stairs and the wood railings but as we keep moving along to the right here we have Powder Room with some different finishes in here this time we have the light gray stone and the integrated sink with the gold fixtures once again six modern light fixtures three to each side of this vanity as well and the wood tones once again act as a nice complementing feature to just everything surrounding this pattern in general right out of the pad room just some storage space with just more modern looks to it on the sleek gold looking handles right there very nice touch and out of here now this is this is the view right as you leave that little hallway you enter the open living dining breakfast table kitchen I don't even know where to start guys we'll start over here formal dining area chandelier hanging in the very center it goes with more of those gold accents that we've been seeing throughout the house all the little details of it recessed lighting and separate built-in speakers in this space you have a gallery art wall to the left right next to your dining table and another picture window looking out to the front yard once again there's also a pantry space back here that I'll show you real quick so in this Pantry area it's actually your second kitchen with a full-size fridge and freezer check this out Thermador brand new never been touched before freezer compartment down beneath built-in mini fridge high sense mini fridge down there with the dark exterior then we have marble countertops on the entirety of this wall as well as up on the backsplash that contrasts well with the black wood cabinets above then you've got your sink over on the right side with a rose gold faucet right there look at that rose gold that's different from the rest of the gold that we've been seeing a different tone right there with a sink sprayer it's always convenient to have more storage space down beneath we've got your trash compactor we've got your dishwasher right there it's everything that you need in a full kitchen but this is in your separate kitchen your secondary Kitchen in the back I mean no one needs to know who's uh cooking up some good stuff back here but if you follow me down this way this is your pantry area that's actually through a sliding barn door sticks with that same black tone in that wood door that we've been seeing Pantry area down here we've got a mud room if you follow me down this way a little mud room for plenty of storage and that's because this is where your garage is located but then as we walk through that pantry area from your garage you made it home you're ready to just enjoy the day in your extravagant in cedo modern Farmhouse and this is it you're in your kitchen with one of the biggest Center islands that you'll ever see with this beautiful stone in kind of a light blue light gray tone and we're sitting the light wood cabinet doors above your espresso machine Thermador right there right next to that more Thermador appliances we've got your microwave and steamer we've got your oven we've got two more ovens we've got three Ovens that I could all touch at once that's pretty crazy how close they are all together six burner gas stove with no hood vent above that's pretty rare well actually it's pinned up against the ceiling the drop down ceiling actually which is very unique it does not lower as well so that's just where your your vent is it's just right above on that ceiling three light fixtures in a circular design hanging above the center Island and then your breakfast bar seating you could probably fit at six people on the breakfast bar on the opposite side of the island but it's it's pretty far distance it's going to be hard to reach someone because this Island's just so huge I mean look at this my wingspan is not going to be able to reach the food unless they slide it over to me but that's your Island then we've got the waterfall Edge we've got the outlet on the island too so you can do some work plug in your laptop plug in your phone whatever you need to do and I mean guys if you're liking this house so far just hit this this home as well but here we are open concept kitchen to the family area fireplace down beneath with marble on the flooring as well as surrounding it going from the floor to the ceiling then we've got pretty symmetrical look to both sides with the three floating wood shelves storage space down beneath once again recessed lighting just lacing the entirety of this floor I mean the scale of this main level is just incredible to me you're really just getting it all taking it all in I'm a big fan of this home and I've seen a ton of houses in Encino but then here we are I think we might just have to do it we've got the Fleetwood sliding pocket doors that lead to the backyard giving you that indoor outdoor flow of course so let's show you the backyard and as soon as we step out to the backyard we have this covered patio with the wood paneled ceilings a couple of heat lamps four to be exact and more built-in speakers more recessed lighting fully turfed backyard but over in this side yard area you do have an outdoor barbecue grill with quartz countertops and a sing as well put some bar stool seats right here and just eat a nice meal in the outdoors ficus trees along that wood fence and this side yard leads you all the way to that basketball court that we showed you in the beginning of the video but if we keep walking toward the pool this is it pretty large pool and a very large backyard for this part of Encino specifically I know you guys have seen a lot of other videos of me touring Encino homes on this channel but let me know how you think this one compares to the rest of them because they're all very unique in their own ways as we make our way to the end of the pool we've got the little Baja Shelf with your stairs and then a large jacuzzi I mean you could probably fit 20 people in this jacuzzi fairly comfortably you know I don't know maybe we'll have to test it out eventually with the subscribers you know you hit that subscribe button you might have a chance to come join me for an event in this jacuzzi you never know what we're going to do on this channel truly then as we go to the opposite side we've got a large fire pit out here so you can spend those cool winter nights just chilling by the fire pit and just staring at this beautiful property and we are right next to the entire Turf backyard plenty of space out here to play some catch throw the baseball around the football around me play some Wiffle ball that's that's what I was doing when I was a kid that's what I'd be using this backyard for I think it's perfect for that and then there's also a little pool house so let me show you this almost about the same size as one of those guest bedrooms we showed you inside but there is a marble countertop sink over here which is pretty unique plenty of storage space in these cabinet doors that go all the way up to the ceiling I mean look at how high up those go that is a nice touch and then there is a bathroom in here with a full shower tinted glass door leading into that shower it's very enclosed space beautiful countertop Stone in this vanity as well just enough room in here to maybe put a sofa put a TV you know endless opportunities maybe even put a a ping pong table or have some kind of entertainment going on in this pool house but it's it's always nice to have something extra from the main house as well but then as we look there's just more staging outdoor furniture outdoor space and then look at how much this side yard extends it goes all the way to another door leading to the front leading to that circular driveway way and we've got a massive palm tree planted in this yard right next to me as well more ficus trees in the front gate but that is it I mean this backyard is truly One of a Kind I'm I'm a big fan honestly I'm looking right into the sun right now it's an amazing day in La as always but we got to go back inside and let's check out the basement level as we head down to the basement you see those wood beams that act as the railing once again that we saw up on the main level you also have a nice modern light fixture pressed up against this side wall as we've made it down to the basement level directly in front of me first off you've got a beautiful bar I can't just deny that there is one of the nicest looking bars I've ever seen with the Chrome mirrored backsplash behind the countertops wood countertops but actually I'm not going to go into much detail over there look at this I mean did you guys see that as I walk down we've got the American Security Vault this is crazy I don't even want to guess how much this thing weighs but it weighs a ton just imagine having this as you're safe down in your basement now follow me in here let's see see what we got I mean first off the lighting in here is amazing you do have a security camera already up in that corner and you can just really put whatever you want maybe just put stacks of cash just all the way up to the ceiling in here have you guys seen breaking bad you know that scene where they're just laying on the stacks of cash like it's their bed I mean that'd be a great scene to just have in this evolved right here with the beautiful flooring as well different from what we've been seeing upstairs but or just make this a bedroom and Vault yourself off from everyone else in the world you know you can do really anything in there but we'll close that off for another day and show you this bar so this bar can fit probably five to six people over on this side beautiful dark stone countertops with the waterfall Edge then you have some wood detail on this outside outer portion but if we look on the opposite end like I said two built-in mini wine fridges high sense once again two floating wood Ledges with the LED lights and that Chrome mirrored backsplash on the back side looks amazing then you've got two glass doors to lead into your wine wall where you've got four columns for your bottles of wine and you've got wood on the back of that once again everything just complements well with the wood throughout that makes this modern Farmhouse a little more homey than you might see in some of the typical modern boxes lots of cabinet space beneath the bar area once again but then here we are this you could maybe make uh more of an entertainment space more of a hangout space a lounge whatever you want to do but you've got recess sliding up above more built-in speakers you can put a large TV right in this Center piece and this is pretty symmetrical shelving space to the right and the left more storage down beneath but on the opposite end this is where the fun begins this is where you've got pool table or I mean ping pong table but I was thinking about pool because normally they'll have a pool table down here and I do like how they have these high ceilings go up a bit from what we see kind of separates the rooms and they do have beautiful black and white pieces of artwork on both sides of the walls right here but let me test out my skills and see yeah so yeah I think I won one to zero me against nobody that wasn't playing me over there maybe next year I'll have a competitor but as we go this way something unique also is there's a built-in speaker up against this wall right there so you can you can just see that this would make for a great entertainment space a good party area to my right just some storage and then to my left this is your home movie theater with two levels of seating projector right above me dark features in here throughout the Acoustics are phenomenal so many built-in this is maybe the most built-in speakers on the ceiling I've seen in a movie theater of this size there are three four five six yeah there's there's a good amount in here but another cool thing not only do they have more speakers down here below us but this is actually a repelling projector screen that you have to pull down it goes down automatically so it's not like your typical projector screen that you'd see on the wall immediately as you walk in which is pretty rare we don't see that too often and one more thing about this room is that you have a sliding barn door to close it off and then there you go you can watch your movie in peace watch your show in piece watch sporting event in peace and we do have the black tone on that wood door once again but then right out of this theater we've got another room down here that can definitely act as another bedroom or a gym I think it'd be a great space for a gym because it's down in your basement or if you want to just live down here and not have to go upstairs all the time put a bed in here but we do have the same white tiled floors we've been seeing you've got an emergency exit with a ladder as well so if you want to escape up or down like I said maybe just make this your bedroom so you don't ever have to leave and go to the main floor there's also a full bathroom in here with the shower similar finishes to what we've been seeing quartz countertops the gold contrasting well with the wood cabinets down there full walk-in closets so you got everything that you need if you did want to make this your own personal bedroom but I think a gym makes this basement complete so that's everything for what's down here all the rooms you saw it all you saw the living space you saw the ping pong table I mean wish I could run up a few games of ping pong maybe uh maybe another day but that was it down on this basement we gotta head upstairs and show you the primary bedroom let's do it heading up to the top and final floor here we are first off if you look behind me massive window bringing in a ton of natural sunlight to this stairwell area with five light features hanging down from those High ceilings and two modern light fixtures up against the walls as well but here we are we've made it up here immediately we see tons of storage space in the same dark tones we've been seeing throughout the entire house with the Sleek modern bronze handles once again and here we are let me just show you some of the bedrooms the Masters on the opposite end so we'll show you that last actually but first off this bedroom pretty large size much bigger than the ones we saw downstairs we are looking out to the backyard there is a full bathroom with wow I mean this is some incredible stone work here on the floors it goes all the way into the shower also you got a walk-in closet in here pretty standard bedroom but right outside of this one you've got another one that's a little bit longer you see there's a little hallway that leads to the left side with some walk-in closet space right side similar bathroom to what we saw next door but this one has a bathtub in it so we don't have to show you all of that but now here we are once again looking out to the backyard recess sliding up above you got the Sleek linear vents as well and one unique thing are these Square Windows you got two of them actually both just to bring in a little bit of natural sunlight you can open them up maybe a tad bring some air in that's something you don't see too often you got two of them surrounding this nice piece of artwork right here in your bedroom let's get out of here show you what's next so as we walk by the staircase to my right this is a fully smart home of course you're not going to build a home in 2023 and have it be a not a smart home you've got the nest thermostat right there and then you've got the tablet that can control the lighting the Comfort the security intercom throughout the house if you want to yell at someone across the house without having to do it down the staircase you can just do it on the screen very easy easy as that to my right this is your laundry room no washer and dryer and currently you have the hookups though you have lots of storage space in there sink on the right side as well more storage space to my left with the same dark wood doors and in this bedroom a little different from the other ones not different in a sense where there is a walk-in closet on the opposite corner built-in speakers once again but we are looking out to the front this might be a better view in my opinion even though maybe you don't want someone on your cul-de-sac looking out into your bedroom but I mean I just love that driveway I'm a big fan of how it looks and I'm a big fan of how this bathroom looks who knows what I'm going to think of this master bedroom so follow me down this way this is it the master bedroom so it is an L shape you do have a little hallway before you enter now we've got the high ceilings plenty of built-ins above of course to both sides of the bed you've got light features similar to what we have been seeing throughout the rest of the home over on this right corner you have three floating wood Ledges storage space down beneath with all of this Cabinetry then you have your fireplace here in the center left side you have similar finishes to the other side but just less of the wood shelving and cabinet space and then here it is your walk-in closet now there's a closet that's an extravagant closet LED lights underneath all the floating shelves and just every single door space in here is see-through is glass so you never have to guess when you're opening a certain door at where your nice suits are and where her dresses are at where your shoes are you know they'd probably be right here in the middle then you've got drawer space down there in the white tone the soft closing drawers is always nice to have as well and then out of this closet we have something different I'm just kidding it's the exact same thing we have symmetrical closets right next to each other similar size as well everything is the same in here with the LEDs with the glass doors with the place for your shoes right here so you got two similar you don't have a his and hers so you're not really going to fight over who's getting the bigger closet which is something you don't usually see when there are two closets in homes which is pretty nice and then last but not least this is your master bathroom with the marble tiled flooring you have your dual vanities both separate floating right next to each other large mirrors on both of them and they both have modern light fixtures to each side you've got the gold fixtures once again freestanding tub right below another window looking out to the backyard water closet where that toilet is in there with the same marble tiles in the flooring then we've got your shower with a glass door the little glass vent right there in your shower so it doesn't get too steamy and then we've got the handheld shower head in here always a good touch to have always got to test those out shower head above and one on the wall as well both rain shower heads this is also a steamer so you have the smart steamer to the left you can control the time the temperature all that good stuff if you want to have a nice steam shower in here as well steam or shower do what you want marble throughout of course on the walls shower knife shower bench makeup station outside the shower that is also floating and you've got these Square drawers down beneath which is pretty cool soft closing Square drawers large mirror same light fixtures we've been seeing built in speakers I mean this just has everything you need without getting too out of control but that was everything guys let me just bring it out to that front yard one last time because I'm kind of obsessed with that driveway and there it is guys you just saw
