Tour the Most Expensive Home on Lake Oswego with Insane Panoramic Views!

all right we are back in Lake asigo today and we figured hey since we're coming back we might as well just keep up this trend and tour the most expensive home on the lake there you go this right behind us is five bedrooms seven bathrooms and just under 7700 ft listed just under $8 million and we're going to show you exactly [Music] why all right so coming to the front of the house from Lake View Boulevard this is probably one of the nicest streets on the main Lake you have complete Southern Exposure on the back of the property yes there's a little bit of traffic right there but it's no problem because you have this gate surrounding the entire front Motor Court plus plenty of parking I love the location you're close to I5 2117 and the boons fairy Corridor where you have some of the best restaurants right now in Lake iGo you have a perfectly paved driveway two-car garage right here and then a complete stone wall all the way around you have access to your backyard this way huge arbas for great privacy all right and then before heading inside I just want to point out the exterior architecture of this house it's a very unique design beautiful stone facade but I love that curved element that you see and believe it or not they continue that throughout the house so come on inside for years I've idolized this house it's truly an iconic home on the lake the architecture the backyard which I'm so excited to get to but first off I mean stepping in for the first time this is truly impressive it's hard to not see the lake first in the huge deck out there immediately off to our left though it looks like you have your formal dining room you have access to your patio out there too so you really can access that from every room and it looks like a nice bathroom tucked away right there but here in the main living room Matt you have this huge wall of sliding glass doors that lets you out to your patio that lets you out to the lake yeah so obviously the main selling point of this house is the southern view right here to main lake lake iggo but what is really impressive to me are these tall ceilings you really get a sense of volume they've got the stone detail all up the fireplace wall and that's continued over right behind Sam there that was actually the same Stone as they had on the exterior of the house but they whitewashed it on the inside to give it a more modern look when they refreshed it just a couple years back speaking of refresh this kitchen has definitely gotten a facelift from what was originally here but the continued with that curve trend on the island right now with the quartz countertop with the waterfall finish beautiful modern cabinets all throughout you have the stainless steel appliance package with a Subzero wolf I love the stainless steel extra wide kitchen sink beautiful view out to the lake and plenty of cabinet space in here check out this laundry room space right off the garage so it could be definitely a mud room but plenty of cabinet space here you have your washer and dryer incredible counter space huge Windows right behind me and your sink right [Music] here all right so heading upstairs again you've got this beautiful flowing concept with the curvature check out the light fixtures though floating chandelier it's beautiful at night I will attest you can see it from the street as well as all the way out from the lake really cool more like bubble-shaped sconces on the walls there and then of course you have art lighting right there and a little sitting area as you head on down to the primary Suite now coming right into your primary Suite you walk right into your closet space plenty of cabinets all the way through here big mirrors on the walls and then it actually does have the sliding door to shut off the main closet space hard right over to here and you're walking into your primary bathroom you have this built-in tub the Dual vanity really rich colors in here with the wood that is really acced with the lighter tile one of the bigger showers I've really seen and then you have your toilet shut off here now walking back a little further you're going to find yourself in your primary bedroom which is really lit up with a ton of natural light off to the deck that gives you an incredible view to the lake you have this private balcony out here that gives you a little bit of space to really take a peek at what you're really paying for now continuing on this floor this is where most of your bedrooms are you do have a small little utility room right there mirrored wall walk-in closet with the bathroom sweet really cool actually use of hard surfaces in there with the glass countertops you have a painted mural on the wall recess electronic blinds for this room you really do have four to ceiling windows in here so it is quite impressive when you're standing here just overlooking the lake plus you have that outdoor balcony that swings around and connects to the next room over continuing down the hall again that other bedroom with the common bathroom a lot of fun tile choices in this house and then rounding off this level we do have the bonus room space I love the carpet wall of Windows beautiful curved ceiling and Seth on a ladder and guys while I'm up here do us a favor and leave a like on this comment subscribe because it really does help us out a lot get house perfect this floor perfect for entertainment you do have another wall of doors that lets you out onto that back patio which we've been talking about we will get to so soon but right behind me you have this huge bar that you can belly up to perfectly multi level you have a dishwasher freezer right here fridge right behind me and sink with the stainless steel bar top one of my favorite Parts about the room is you have these 14 ft ceilings in a basement that is very rare it doesn't give you that feeling of being in the basement neither do these two TVs for that that matter beautifully done with the gas fireplace and then down right here you have an amazing guest Suite with walk-in closet full bathroom and again the volume in this room this is a king-size bed just for perspective with the slideing glass door out to the patio I'm so excited to get out there and show you guys that but first let's round out this floor now coming down on this side of this hallway you actually do have an auxiliary room right here that they have set up as a gym it gives you access out to your deck to your pool to your spa this huge wall of mirrors just to check your pump and then this huge wall of Windows just to let in that natural light let's keep going down this way you have a closet right here for plenty of storage but in here actually the previous owners made this room to be a wine seller you do have another wine room on the back side of the bar but this was the one that they were going to use primarily and then take one other step back to me and this is going to be the full bathroom for this floor huge mirror on this wall plenty of storage you have pixel tile here that is a little green full shower bathroom shut off and access out into your pool so you don't have to walk through your main floor when you're soaking wet all right guys finally let's go outside this is one of the most amazing backyards on lake iggo in my opinion not only do you have the infinity edge pool that wraps around built-in Spa huge covered space mind you which is very important with a beautiful hanging sofa on the opposite end and you have all this Hardscape to lounge around enjoy get some sun now coming down to this mid level so you guys see the infinity edge pool it actually has this overflow Basin for when the water goes over it has a nice little water system right here as well but over here guys is this Adu right behind me fully plumbed electric out here really whatever you need it to be and it's actually super rare to have these on Lake oo now let's take one more step down you have astro turf down there a fully plumbed in fire pit you have this glass wall all the way around here and then you have Matthew TK waiting down for us at the dock all right stepping down onto your Port form concrete dock check out the shape right here with the curvature built-in stainless steel cats and then probably one of my favorite features down here is your actual little shelf that goes down into the water so you can easily load onto kayaks sub boards things like that and then coming on to the opposite side you've got to have your boat house this one in particular matches the stone workor on the actual facade of the house you have a metal door and then come on inside nothing too fancy in here but you do have a step up to the actual boat for easy loading little bit of a roof height challenge but that's all right but you can see all the pool equipment and storage for all your water sport toys are in this area keeping it nice and sealed and of course weather protected all right
