Touring $50 Million Dollar Los Angeles Mansion

what's up everybody it's Ennis here I'm a luxury real estate agent here in Beverly Hills Los Angeles and today we are going to tour this we were here earlier this afternoon met with the listing agent and we also wanted to see how this property looks at night so let's go check it out so this home is located in hombre house which is one of the three elements of platinum triangle which is Bel Air Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills we are basically between Bel Air Westwood and Beverly Hills and this property is actually right next door to the famous one hundred million dollar Playboy Mansion so now we're gonna walk inside and learn the specs from the listing agent of this property so here we are with the listing agent of one of the listing agents of this property Enzo here and so why don't you tell us who you are and about the listing of yeah definitely guys I'm Enzo Fiore I'm with revell real estate and bentrik all team we're here at ten 350 white and drive I have it listed for forty nine point five million you've got this gorgeous entry right everything about this house is gorgeous you got edible rolling lawns tennis court pool pond and everything in between the main house has four huge bedrooms now the reason the owner did that is because he want to make every single guest bedroom a huge master like so four bedroom nine bath in the main house and then you've got a three-bedroom three-bath 3,000 square foot guesthouse I guest house is pretty incredible incredible right so you got to check out more formal living room it is positioned as the heart of the home and I'm gonna do less talking more showing I get to show her up [Applause] being in the center of the living room we can see everything you can see your bar office your kitchen dining room and your upstairs yeah not to mention the rest of the kingdom behind it let me take a seat on this what do you think Mikey it looks like I can handle a billion-dollar business here for all the dream looks good gets a lot of natural light that psycho comes up to the courtyard and where I'm looking forced misc right it's leading to the garage with another entrance to the property right there it's pretty serious garage doors you would agree every office needs to have some sort of a man's entertainment warrior yeah why don't we go [Music] it's really interesting I have never seen a little shape like that that's pretty cool it's like yeah it's like a little bit like a coffee bean I don't know yeah that's so ahead of his time around the toilet if you wanted y'all can step out here you have a little balcony every what's the driveway get a little fresh air that's alright we're about to show you guys the bar but the music is chill out there so enjoyed the Spiro [Music] [Applause] [Music] so guys we just enter here use the two grand staircases leading up to the second floor which we'll get to in a little bit y'all stick around because this house is going to be awesome we got these massive arched ceilings and we got mr. Hill Massa dining room area it's like you why don't you just stop right there let me just walk through on the same incredible it's it's really cool I really like this table also and so far I'm really impressed by the light fixtures in this house yeah this is like Superman's domain well let me give you guys a little bit of a breakdown so they have this beautiful wood paneling they kind of have this dome effect on the ceiling again what I like about this area they've kind of built the sectional bookshelf almost like we can store all your place and whatever you want more panels here beautiful flooring and then lighting and ceiling of course and they have this beautiful arch sliding door and glass yeah that actually looks at your motor court because we're actually right next to kitchen which we're about to go in in a bit the table this to show just get some scale EMS it here this is how you dine with your wife yeah moving up so all the way staircases and you know their living room right here more than gorgeous space first of all light fixtures yeah how cool is that really cool lighting fixtures second this room feels very closely I like it it's all of the formal living room you have this beautiful cluttered marble gas fireplace and perfect place to honestly eat your heart and this is one of the favorite details this cement finished epoxy finish a concrete wall horrible it looks like it but it's not yeah it goes into the kitchen which we're about to go in a bit but most importantly every good living room nice open up to the backyard which this one does we'll get there in a second test look at but before we go into the kitchen cool little detail another dumbwaiter don't worry there next step I'm gonna assume shits straightly into the master and master bedroom I'm gonna assume that that goes up straight to the master bedroom because kitchen is right here you cook something yeah wow what a kitchen Wow all right I'm gonna say it right now I will make it 20 minute video on this kitchen a lot but Mikey why don't be flow it together and follow me water pool edge look at these stainless steel draft cabinet doors unbelievable with this beautiful built-in handle wood veneer cabinetry all-around glass backsplash I mean I'm just in love with these stainless steel wrapped pantry doors all these stainless steel doors on these base cabinetry and then all the appliances here are gonna snag now this is like this is the Holy Grail yeah that's like best of the best for the best 100% and then look how seamless this fridge looks oh yeah this is insane what's the gag enough rich cost it's gotta be up for 30 use for dg2 probably now they have to every man who can cook three is this a a Benihana the only way to find out yep and here's what I like it has no edges to it I guess it's an oversupply so you can always clean it quite easily it has a vent right above it gagging ah this can I say this is my dream I've always wanted one of these this is my dream imagine how great a little fun to view I don't think I will ever use pots and pans America never never I'll just cook here old it's like one of my goals in life is to have one of these and in case you need an education every once in a while to you have an awesome fiber or stone on top and this is gonna be one of the best cabinetry I've ever seen in my life not in LA then you have another oven yes personal maker here of course wood cabinetry just toured things last backsplash continues where they have the dual sink it actually opens up to the patio area which if you're serving food or entertaining people super convenient what uh what do you think of the bar there - well once we eat sink just so if they need to fill something or like a bait to spray no you sure can and of course also the islands serve as a bar seating as well then I actually really like it's small size cozy size dining room area for the kitchen not everybody wants the grand design every single time so it's really convenient off the kitchen you can just have a dinner with your family breakfast whatever this beautiful backyard hockey doors and we're gonna get to this in a bit but before we do that make cooler this looks really nice I like the sewerage effect they leverage the pool put it a little high up so you kind of stick to your rest of your backyard not to mention dat 3,000 square foot I like guest house a house on this home really wish we could go in there Meteor they have a tenant though like you why don't we go this way and it feel the part we carry a little bit then we go back to the yard but essentially right next to the kitchen which is very convenient to have the barbecue here Mikey gets the countertops are these are these just like concrete yeah these are many I'm getting good these are conk the stained concrete countertops or actually may not be stayed it may be color mixed within the concrete so they kind of next paint into the concrete pretty much yeah and I'm pretty sure this is a charcoal color but either way you're waterproof this right here your sink your freezer you're brand new it's not used as barbecue yeah not fully assembled yet not fully assembled but I like that they put these beams on top she's got a cozy up this space a little bit nice honestly slate floors probably and I like that these tiles are not uniform in shape over here you know why I want to say because they're all sloping down towards the drain they cannot and it still have it sloped nicely yeah off of the gazebo area nice little dining area right hangout and I'm pretty sure the way they designed this case in the future you want to pull like an outdoor TV this area right here if super cold is kind of positioned in a nice space if you want to watch people playing tennis you can gonna look at your property you can if you want to enjoy your pond you can or if you just simply want to look at all these lush trees yeah this property surrounded lights how beautiful this place is is yeah incredibly yeah and I think the way the reason they built this up right here is in case in the future if you want to cover it up you sure can like we mentioned full-size tennis court you guys can get a good idea actually might be why don't we walk there so then they can get a really good idea of how the house looks while we do that why don't we take that walk wave back to explore the pond area is there a private entrance back here to the to the guest house okay right they have a driveway huh private driveway and we have a little bit of an astroturf area right here and now we're walking back to the property [Applause] so we just checked out the first floor guys a backyard stick around because we're gonna go check out the upstairs now and the bedrooms and if they're anything as crazy as the rest of this house and they deserve to be seen so guys we just came up this grand staircase here master bedroom right here we're not gonna go there yeah stick around we'll be there shortly but first we're on the second floor of course they have an elevator here why wouldn't they of course you got you got out one Dan interesting location to it right next to the bedrooms up convenient that's a site right guys we just walk down here earlier look at this massive window the house and it's I know you got some details in there I like it with telling and these recessed these lights in between and when you take the camera you can point out I like well these recessed patna wood panels here with the recessed lights in the key it's kind of a light effect that is really nice I'm sure it looks gorgeous at night but look at all that glass dome all the windows I mean just an incredible space she'll be on the right wing of the second floor which means we're gonna have three bedrooms on this side not on the fact but the lighting effect on the ceiling what I like though I mean we ran home behold just look at your next-door neighbor just scale up your next-door neighbor will tell you you know you're in territory yeah this this must be the kids room because we got Fantasia we got the shot in space space walk we got a nice bathroom vanity is a floating vanity look at this tile really like this wall yeah I get the texture of the wall they have a nice walk-in shower right here and I'm glad to see this I hate those small built-in tubs this is actually a proper size like tub goes deep it sure does yeah no jokes and of course you can have your awning windows this does have a little bit of a Mediterranean goofing by god these windows I can already just feel the whole quality of the hard way yeah just it worked like a charm this nice these days also staging in this house is to be extremely well I got it my point nice one not too shabby yeah for kids soon this this is all too close all the space you need me holding on to the other bed jokes hi I'm Lourdes don't like this back all these three bedrooms were joined by the snowball interesting choice so interesting choice this is the door for the second bedroom right behind that is where your bathroom is god I want to thank you for these big soaking tubs that they use Yass Yass I really like its walls yeah curvy walls to the point moving on yeah I see something over here that I like a lot yeah be there in a second we'll get there in a second do the whole walk-in closet what can I say your window looks at street of white and underneath and I did one of those domes it might just show my favorite part of this bedroom this light right here the life is just so cool yeah so this is very might be tough to pull it off but this home kind of has a Mediterranean a little bit of Spanish influence architecture but they have a lot of modern details and in my opinion they blend them in seamlessly all whites Gray's like this light-colored wood everywhere like sits no kind of just light and airy clothes be too rosy yeah and since we are the right wing and balcony so we are seeing more of the tennis court the gazebo and we're a little bit to loosen together proper la living wow this is really good size in an interesting way it's kind of a duplicate of the master because this also has those two windows that would steer internal livingroom area [Music] don't get confused the fact that we have internal windows that doesn't necessarily mean that six year of the home we're still within the property which doesn't say look at the light fixture yeah you really get a better better look at it from here away from article here in classic The Walking this is always the next detail maybe use a seamless slab and put it right on top Eze ative at the engines not the entrance I forget what they call this so don't beat me on the comments but I love it that it's a single piece in every way it's leaking in the future there yes please don't be hit us up on the comments if you do know the steps called for lettuce melons yeah nice place nicely floating vanity this bedroom also opens that up thumbs up to the same balcony that the other bedroom dead this is like I think this is my favorite bathroom of the three smaller bedrooms it just it makes the most sense to me ya know get a really a cool lighter fixture and most importantly you're sleeping on this bed this is the view you're looking horse Mikey why don't you show them the vita they're looking at so from we'll just say this is this is from from the right here let's say that's pretty good hi this pretty good you get a nice view down here with the guest house and had mentioned sunroom every day trying to not fall off the pond while he's shooting his content yeah it's I love putting people to edit when they're not expecting us well so guys we just got we just finally had a look at these three bedrooms here we're gonna jump over to the master and check that out next and now we're going into the master bedroom so to give you guys a reference point we took the stairs on the left to go upstairs on the second floor and first door in front of you is the entrance to the master side section wing of the home it's up follow me well first of all Mikey why don't you show up and brings a lot of light a lot of domes in this house a lot of domes I go I mean old updated you know I don't need to brag about the finishes on this house clearly speaks for themselves but this is kind of like a small bathroom / partial closet well it's like his closet and his bathroom which I feel like is kind of interesting right yeah it is because this is actually a bit smaller wait till you see hers bathroom which is unbelievable but we see a good showerhead because I hate it yeah you do like the windows blended into the wall over there yeah look at all these valves probably the same one for regular one for handheld and one for the rain head pop lights nice glass I always love these bathrooms showers that are open where you can actually like walk really comfortably I really am I by the ceiling how it's like spaced out spaced off of the actual ceiling if you drop a little isit is that is that floated there is that like it is flooded yeah it makes you feel old all the light fixtures and wiring and then they can do this LED light effect looks to the front and that's where we came from guys beautiful day now why it's gonna warm again so now old floating vanity beautiful countertop how cool is the sink this is the first time I'm almost like a teardrop shape yeah almost so that same wing also has a stair axis straight from kitchen so that goes to the first floor deck staff yeah no no no so if you want to come to the master roll quick from the main you can't just come up here you don't have to go through the circle that make sense alright so we just checked out his closet and his bathroom now we're going in to the master bedroom I cannot imagine living in this house like what would it feel like I mean I know we're gonna smell like it smells great but let's let's cover the bases real quick beautiful wood paneled walls and ceiling partially light fixture it's clearly a really spacious room part of your bedroom has its internal window that looks into your living room don't yeah wild staircase area I mean I'm kind of out of words here yeah incredible just same window is also right here same slice so you can actually feel that's your living room if you're wondering was here you should can see it and massive sliding windows yeah these windows kind of show you the land that yacon and I mean you have your 0h full you have your three thousand square foot guest houses which were not a lot to go and because it's currently occupied there are some tenants in there but you can imagine turning that into an entertaining space the guest house I feel like you could do a lot of stuff we can do a lot of stuff here yeah every king of Queenie every once in a while they want to look at their Kingdom take them to another Kingdom their domain that takes you out to this amazing outdoor space just look at it yeah it's like I feel like I'm in I mean it's so tranquil it's so peaceful it's so welcoming I just I mean like I love the ground I love the greenery that they did I love how there's like sections or you can enjoy different size of the yards it's not just like one blank green yard and they say look at your beautiful zone here yeah also it looks like they have like a pretty serious fountain setup over there with like lighting in the pool they have a they have a also Twilight oh but maybe we'll come back tonight get some footage we'll see and of course doors pocket in you don't even need to ask base pocket master better so far something about these wood paneling that I always liked I think they bring in the hotel clean sleek look and I think you know white walls are great but when you can contrast it with some wood paneling in nice wood veneer it just brings nature to the room and I like that how is that and this is this is recently built a recently remodeled recently remodeled recently remodeled so we have a little area here little Singh dumbwaiter okay from kitchen you can get your food feed to your master listen let's let's do the rundown on my couch today mm-hmm circular cabinetry really good countertop I really like this thing handles also yeah handles are super cool the circular mirror coming down from the ceiling with this pebble backsplash interesting choices but I mean we have acknowledged that the really interesting part here is this circular cabinet shape it's no joke really [Music] yeah just turn around so we have this incredible rain head shower here and this is a this is big you know this is a big one I mean big big being shake it so like I am on the other side I just excited my heart I'm not yeah we're fine we're stoked feet apart yeah I liked it scribe marble tile that they use on the floor again it has it all you have your body it will spray way ahead in case you don't want to go to extra with with your rain head you just take a quick regular shower but honestly the coolest thing in this room is this circular wall that brings so much a match to light in okay you know you want to go out and enjoy a little bit well you sure can't because you're at the total privacy here so you can see your gazebo you're right here wraps around the dome that means you can leave in your property I actually like the balcony more than the master bedrooms bedrooms balcony well this is this is a much larger balcony as we look across this backyard I'm curious what y'all think be like the tennis court the pool the guest house what's what's what's what's the favorite thing that you all see back here what's yours in us so far I loved it back yard back yard in architecture and within the back yard I'm here to pick out one thing like what do you like something I like this get outside like you like that busy but right next to the tennis court at gonna sleep yeah I really like this this pond next to this mossy guest house that's really cool you know we had a 50 million dollar price packet things are different all these columns on the balconies they're they're precast they're not fiberglass there's the real deal all these moldings on this and stuff like thank you I like this window these are gutters they have their gutters out of copper yeah let's now they imagine the cost to basically do the gutters in this entire house I don't even want to know people brag that their house plumbing lines are copper dig gutters are go copper you know but another nice detail where did masters facing it's super private look at all this [Music] her master bath over here now we're gonna move on to her closet I like that they kind of segment these his closet his bathroom her closet her back so what do you think yeah it's great you know what I like about it how the whole Battlement closet has their own hallway and all distinguish this company's distinguished rooms I mean this is a major but a lot of cabinetry here monitors old custom hey guys it's Mikey here so as I was editing this video I realized that our audio unfortunately cut out when we were in the basement but they had an incredible gym area a sauna and steam room keep in mind this whole area is still under construction so it's probably better that we didn't show it either way they also had a huge wine storage area and an absolutely outrageous garage you can fit at least 15 cars in there no problem but yeah back to the video and with that said we're pretty much at the end of this tour I hope you guys enjoyed this house I mean I think it's incredible it's home because it's one
