(soft music) - Hey everyone, it's Enes here. Today we're going to tour
an incredible property here in Bel-Air Los Angeles. So let's get started. (upbeat music) What's up everybody, it's Enes here. Welcome to another episode. I promise this is not my Rolls Royce. The owners of this property
were generous enough to let me use their Rolls
Royce for this video but let's keep the focus on the house. This property has over 17,000
square feet of interior space, two pools, beautiful
grounds and incredible architectural details throughout. So I'm excited to show it to you guys and make sure to stick around. This property is located
on 1714 Stone Canyon Road. It has eight bedrooms, 12
baths, 17,415 square feet of interior space built
on a nearly five acre lot. And this property is currently on the market for $21 million. Before we get in there I want to thank all the listing agents for allowing us to tour their amazing listing. Now let's start on the exterior. This property has a
shared private driveway coming from Stone Canyon Road. And as you go through
the gates, on this side we have the subterranean
parking for the property and we go straight up on this
private driveway right here. In front of us we have the two story, two bedroom, two bath guest house. And as we focus towards
the exterior architecture of this home, we see a timeless, traditional, eclectic architecture here. By that I mean influence
of different architectures. I see some colonial details. I see some Greek influence. Overall, it's a timeless
design, and I personally really like the Ionic and
Corinthian column details throughout the exterior of this property. Again, we are backed
up against the hillside so it's nice and private here. Beautiful landscaping throughout
and in front of the house. Now let's take these steps
so we can take a look inside. All right, now we're at
the entry of this property. 30 foot high ceilings. But before I start
talking about details here I want to mention that we have
a lot of these arch details throughout the entry and the same Ionic and Corinthian column
details are also brought inside of the home as well. Now, right in the center we
have a grand stone staircase leading us up to the
second floor of this property. And as we look up we see the beautiful coffered ceiling detail throughout, with a stained glass dome
skylight right in the center with a chandelier pretty much tying the ceiling design of this house. Just from the entry alone, I
can tell we're going to see a lot of details throughout the property. So I'm excited to show it to you guys. So on the first level of this property we have the formal living
room, formal dining room, kitchen, office, and the game room. We have two hallways on
each side of the entry. We're going to start
with this one right here. So the first room we'll
be touring is the office. I really like the wood paneling here. I think dark wood really brings warmth and elegance to a space. In this case we have, again,
beautiful woodwork throughout. Coffered ceiling details,
gas fireplace on this side. And I believe this desk is very appropriate for room like this. I can definitely see myself
running the business, getting some stuff done. All right, now let's go
to the room next door, which is a powder room for this level, conveniently located between
the office and the game room. It's a half bathroom, with
the natural stone countertops. And I really like the glass details of the bottom of the vanity. All right, now let's go
to the room next door, which is the game room of this house. The same dark wood paneling
continues here as well. Right here we have a beautiful bar set up with the built-ins on the back and just all these carving details right here. Looks so exquisite. And again, it really goes well
with the style of this home. We have the pool setup right next to it. Kind of like a seating area, TV room. And what's nice about this
room is that these French doors open up to your covered
outdoor patio space. You can easily use this
room for entertainment. As we look up we see this
beautiful ceiling medallion right here complementing the chandelier. Now let's go back to the hallway and let's briefly talk about
this hallway right here. Again, beautiful plaster column details. I really like the ceiling
design right here. Everything about this house
is so elegant and timeless. Now we have the formal living room area in the heart of the house. Beautiful gas fireplace with
a stone mantel around it. And I really liked the crown molding on the ceiling with a cove
lighting detail here as well. Again, it's all about the elegance and simplicity on the
formal living room area. I like this Bentley furniture
that they have throughout and also owners are willing to consider selling the furniture if someone would like to buy it as well. And lastly, we have a piano right here that compliments the
formal living room area. And that's pretty much it for the formal living room area of this home. Now we're going to take this hallway so we can go and take
a look at the kitchen. Also, we're going to get a
chance to ask a few questions to one of the listing
agents of this property. Now let's talk about the kitchen. Since this home has a
traditional architecture. I expect those details to carry out into the kitchen as well. In this case, we have the
fridge on my left-hand side grand island here with a bar seating, complimented with a chandelier above. As I walk this way, this is where you have your main sink with a dishwasher and a nice curved glass
window in front of it. As we come this way, I like that they did a little kick out for the countertops. This is where you have
your Thermador gas stove. Also I really like that they carried out the countertop as a full back splash here. Of course you have your pot filler. Your ornate details on the cabinetry continue here as well. And as we come this way, here's another detail I
really like in this kitchen. I love how they work the cabinetry around this arched window. I thought that was a really cool touch. Your Miele microwave here
and kitchen pretty much flows into this area, which
is your breakfast nook. I really like this curved
wall right here where you get a perfect look to your backyard area. Again, another chandelier to kind of compliment the breakfast nook table here. Lastly, I want to mention these diamond inserted marble floors with the border details throughout. So we got one of the
listing agents, Ruiya, here. Ruiya, why don't you introduce yourself? - Hi, my name is Ruiya Feng. I am with Coldwell Banker
Brandwell Office and I specialize in real estate in the
West side, Los Angeles. - This property in particular
is a very special property. It's up on Stone Canyon here in Bel-Air. What was the particular
reasons your clients chose a property like this one? - Our client is from Asia. They were looking for somewhere for, you know, for their family. So they want to somewhere that, with gate, very safe neighborhood,
and also the client, their son is going to
school in Los Angeles. So this is really the best
neighborhood in Los Angeles. And plus the privacy you
have in this property - I agree with you. This property is incredibly private. And in fact, we also see a lot of cool details throughout the property. What is your favorite
feature in this property? - My favorite part of the
house is the master bedroom. You have privacy and you
have view of the canyon and you can overlook your
backyard pool as well. - I agree, master bedroom is great. And in fact, since we were
talking about the bedrooms, I see exquisite detail
throughout the entire property. I see a lot of Bentley logos. Are the owners considering to sell the furniture as well with the property? - Yes, everything's for
sale for the right price. You can purchase a furniture separately, not including in the sale price. - Now we're talking about Bentley's, I'm thinking back about the Rolls Royce. Is Rolls Royce for sale as well? - It's for sale. Special discounts for you. (laughs) - Thank you so much. I'll consider that for sure. Any suggestions for the rest of the tour? - No, just enjoy your tour. Just wait for the
surprise in the basement. - I'll look forward to it. - So, we have these French
doors also opening up to the backyard area and
next we're going to tour the secondary family
room, which is right here. Conveniently located off the kitchen, we have this room right
here with these beautiful pocket doors that you can seal off. And this is basically another family room, TV room, however you want to call it. Nice built-ins on this side. We have the same Bentley
furniture here as well. Let's hop back to the hallway. And as we go this way, we
have another powder room on this side for the
first floor of this house. And we have the elevator access right here for the first floor of this home. Continuing on the hallway, we're all the way back to the entry. And this is where we have
the formal dining room area. Of course it's grand and spacious. Same border, marble design also continues here as a flooring. And I personally like this
dining room table a lot. And Mikey, why don't you
come close right here? They use the same tabletop
as a frame for these chairs. I think they look exquisite. We have two chandeliers above, beautiful stone gas fireplace here. And there's a little door right here. And this is where we
have the butler's pantry where you can store your wine. You have a dishwasher, sink and built in appliances and a wine fridge. And that's pretty much
it for the first floor of this property. Let's go back to the hallway. And this is where we have the staircase that's going to lead us to the basement of this property. So let's go check it out. (upbeat music) Here we are on the basement level now. Let's start with this room. This is a screening room, or
it could be a movie theater. And I also want to
mention, owners are still tying up some details before
they sell this property. So you may see some
missing details throughout. Now, we have the hallway here. Elevator access on the basement level. We have a wine cellar here. It's currently empty and
we always love these. Dumbwaiter. - [Mikey] Got to love a dumbwaiter. If you're down in the pool
and you want to send some food up to the master bedroom-- - You can have it. - [Mikey] That's right. - All right. Laundry room. And again, I mentioned they're
probably changing the plugs. That's why we have the wires sticking out. Let's go back to the hallway. And this is where the cool
part of this basement begins. You have your own spa and when I say spa I'm not just talking about a little pool. You have the whole thing. Let's start this way. This is like the entry for your spa. We have a small sink
here, small refrigerator. And why don't you guys follow me? Let's go inside here. This is so cool. All right, whoa. Your own indoor pool. As you guys can tell from the echo this room is pretty well sealed but essentially you have
your lap pool, your hot tub. And I love these plaster walls. And I really like this detail right here where we have these mosaic
walls with wall sconces. And on top of them, we have
this beautiful arch detail. Again, arch and column
details are throughout. Having an indoor spa, I mean,
this house is a true compound. You get everything here. You really don't have a reason to leave. Even right here they have
a double-sided fireplace. So cool. - [Mikey] Can you imagine
just sitting in this hot tub enjoying a fire and your nice
private underground pool? - I know, right? I mean, I would love to
wake up here every morning. Come down here, do a couple
laps and get my day started. It really doesn't get
much better than this. All right, natural stone. Clad on this side. Let's walk this way. So we have two showers here,
all open with a rain head. Now this is cool. Line bucket for cold water. - [Mikey] That's, what does
it, what does that, like, just to refresh yourself? - Exactly, you go into your
sauna because guess what? There's a sauna here, and we
need to come out of it all hot, you soak yourself in some cold
water and look at the sauna. First of all, I wish you guys can smell how incredible this place smells. And this is not your
everyday residential sauna. This is like a commercial sized sauna. You could probably have
like 12, 14 people up here. No problem. All right, let's get out of the sauna. Now we have a toilet vanity
set up here real quick. A half powder room, basically. And now, this is the surprise
number 25 at this point. There's so many cool things in this house. - [Mikey] Is this a Turkish bath? - This is a steam room. This is incredible. We have a stone table
here, right in the center. And bench seating basically continues throughout the entire room. I really liked these carved sinks, out of a stone, which are really cool. Again, really cool hot
and cold fixtures here. Mosaic tile detail throughout. It's basically all natural stone here. And Mikey, actually, if you can come down even right here on the seating, they have this inlay design just like kind of tying the rest of the house. Of course, we have the
ceilings as tile as well. This is a steam room. You have your shower. Anything you need to
relax and enjoy the space. So let's get out of the spa. Let's go back to the hallway
where we were initially. So this is the main hallway
that brought us to the spa. And this hallway right here
takes us to two bedrooms. We have these furnace
closets on this side, another one here. And on this wing of the
house, we have two bedrooms. Bedroom number one with
a closet and a window, which qualifies this room as a bedroom. And we have another one right next door. This could be a great place
for staff quarters by the way. And hallway continues here. Well, let's go check out
that subterranean garage. Here we are in the garage. So like I mentioned at the
beginning of the video, this house has a subterranean
garage on the basement level. We have the driveway on my left hand side. And as I go this way, as you guys can see, you can store a lot of cars up here. It's a pretty spacious garage. We have the Lamborghini Aventador here Mercedes G-Class, GLC, Bentley Bentayga. And of course the Rolls Royce Phantom here and these are all big cars and they could be easily stored up here. - [Mikey] Yeah, if y'all are wondering why they have these covers on them, they just don't want the cars to get dusty because they're doing a
little remodeling work. - Exactly, they're still
cleaning up the place. So they want to make sure cars stay clean. - [Mikey] That Lambo looks like fun to me. If you were to pick a car in
here, Enes, what would it be? - So, first of all, I
love Aventador as well, but if I have to choose
one of the cars here, I would have to go with the Rolls Royce because I love long sedans
and just the craftsmanship. The overall workmanship
on this car is incredible. In fact, why don't we take a look inside? Let me take a seat here. Why don't you come in? This car is just incredible. We have the starlight headliner here. Beautiful, beautiful veneer details. Who knows? Maybe in the future, I
started reviewing cars. These doors are always hard to reach but you never have to, because
they have these buttons. - [Mikey Y'all leave a comment down below. Does this car suit Enes? For those people that opened the video, saw this at the beginning, and were like, "Enes sold out," it's not really his car. - It's not my car, it's the owner's car. And I'm glad we get to see
it because it is incredible. I love Rolls Royces and
that pretty much wraps our tour for the basement
level of this house. Now we're going to take the stairs and go check out all
the bedrooms upstairs. (chill music) Here we are back at the
entry of this property. Again, this beautiful
grand stone staircase. And we're going to start with
this side of the house here. So we have the first bedroom
on the second floor here. On this side, we have the
walk-in closet for this bedroom. Plenty of space for all your clothes. Let's go back into the room. By the way, this is a
front facing bedroom. And right here is the
bathroom for this bedroom. Double vanity set up with marble walls and marble countertops. Beautiful walk-in shower. I really like the mosaic details here. And this one even has a nice
soaker tub here as well. All right, let's go back to the hallway. And up here we have the same marble floors like we saw on the first
floor of the property. And this is the bedroom number two. Basically the junior master. Pretty spacious. We have beautiful crown molding details on the ceilings here. Of course built in speakers. Mikey, actually, can I point out a detail? Look how beautiful and seamless
those AC diffusers look. It looks like a part
of the molding here. Which is incredible. And this bedroom is facing
towards the backyard. French doors here and you even get a little bit of a built-in seating. Kind of like an office
area for this bedroom. And as we go out, why don't we check out the bathroom for this bedroom? Beautiful hexagon, natural
stone tiles on the floors and the same color continues
up on the walls as well. Nice soaker tub on this side. We have a double vanity set up and lastly we have the beautiful
walk-in shower here. Again, same style tiles are here as well with the chrome fixtures, rain head, body spray, you have it all. And that wraps our tour for this bedroom. Now let's go back to the hallway. Now let's go tour the other
side of the second floor. So now we're going to tour
the bedroom number three. This is another front facing bedroom. Again, good size. We have the same crown molding details. Also in this bedroom as
well, walk-in closet. And right here, we have the
bathroom for this bedroom. Again, we have marble stones
pretty much throughout. Nice soaker tub, chrome fixtures. Vanity set up right here and this beautiful walk-in shower with the same timeless chrome fixtures like we saw on the other bedroom. Now let's get out of this bedroom and go back into the hallway. Let me show this real quick. Elevator access for the
second floor of this property. Stair access coming from,
coming up from the first floor. And now this big door opens
up, huge skylight above us. This is where your master bedroom starts. Let's go room by room. walk-in closet number one. Plenty of space, shoe racks, hangers, drawers, you have it all. I personally like the island. Natural stone countertops. Also since we have two skylights up here it really brightens this countertop with a beautiful chandelier above. Same ornate details also
continue here as well. And now let's go toward
the room on the other side, which is master bathroom number one. We have a lot of natural stones
throughout this bathroom. Mikey, why don't you come close? They have the whole wall
clad with this marble, even the molding details,
and it perfectly, seamlessly continues into
your countertop space as well. Same style cabinetry also
continues here as the vanity. And on this side we have the toilet room and your walk-in shower. Again, beautiful stone throughout. Beautifully booked matched. Just the color and details. Timeless chrome fixtures again,
all the way to your rain head. Now this room continues in here. Closet number two. This one is a little bit smaller one. This is I'm assuming probably his closet. And again, shoe racks, hangers,
everything you would need. Now let's go toward this master bedroom. I mean, Mikey, why don't you? I'm going to go straight next to the bed to give people some scale. This is a King size bed. Look how small it looks in this room. - [Mikey] A lot of space. - Lot of space, but again, considering it's a 17,000 square foot home, I did expect a master bedroom like this. Let's start on this end. We have a wet bar here
with a little fridge. Little seating area and molding details. Crown moldings, all that
continues throughout the ceiling. Nice chandelier here. I'm assuming they have
the chandelier over there to kind of position the seating
area for the master bedroom. We have the bed situated
here looking towards the view right in front of the stone gas fireplace. TV is installed right above it. And these French doors open up to the small balcony we have on this wing. Why don't we show that real quick? We have this curved balcony here which you guys will see on the outside. This master bedroom basically
has access to two balconies. Overall, house this size deserves a master bedroom like this. It's nice and spacious
and we're not done yet. This master bedroom continues. We go back to the hallway
and on my left hand side we have the second master bathroom. This is "hers" bathroom. Toilet set up on this side,
natural stone throughout, beautiful chandelier right in the center. Of course we have the timeless soaker tub. I love these leg details. All the glass here is frosted
so you get your privacy. Natural stones continue
into the walls as well. We have your vanity set up
here and the walk-in shower. Same palette of marble also was
used in the shower as well. Chrome fixtures, body
sprays, handheld, rain head. We have it all. So the last part of the master bedroom is the master balcony. Let's go check it out. So this is the balcony
space for the master bedroom and the second bedroom
we toured on this level. Plenty of space. I love the flooring here. And since we're out here,
you can get a close look at some of the architectural
molding details of the house on the outside. It looks exquisite and I'm
immediately drawn to these beautiful, timeless stone railings that we have throughout this balcony. From here, you can get
a peek of the reservoir and you get a perfect look
at your backyard space, your beautiful pool, pool cabana. In fact, let's go check that out next. (chill music) All right, we're back on the
first level of this property. This is the hallway we have on the right-hand side on the first floor. This is the game room that
we toured a few minutes ago. Again, beautiful French doors open up to this covered patio space. We have a stone gas fireplace here and I really like these space heaters that they installed on the ceiling here. Now let's go talk about this backyard. First of all, I love that it's so private. I mean, we have trees
around, retaining walls. It's the pinnacle of privacy here. Number two, I like these natural stones throughout on this backyard space. Right here we have the pool. Beautiful linear pool that
really fits the backyard space. Nice, simple plaster. And I like the blue tile detail
throughout the pool area, which we can see better
at this raised spa element. It's almost that Greek
influence coming through. Here's what I like about the spa. They brought the Ionic column details here as well on the spa. And as we go this way, we have one of the outside showers here and this is the pool cabana area. Covered. We have a shower here. Let me show it to you guys real quick. And lastly, we have a water feature here with a lion face right in the center. So let's go back on this side. Another outdoor shower,
bar area within the cabana. And since we have the
hillside on this side, we have a retaining wall here, nicely dressed as a water feature, and trees above it bringing peace and privacy to this backyard. Overall incredible space. You can definitely have
100 to 200 people out here, entertain, enjoy. We have another walkway on this side coming from the driveway
at the entry of this house. And that's pretty much it for this house. I hope everybody enjoyed the tour. If you did make sure to give us a like. If you have any questions, as always you can leave a comment down below. I'm glad we get to tour this house. I feel like we tour a lot of modern homes but this one is a little bit
more classical and timeless. And there were a lot
of details throughout. So I'm glad we got to talk about that. Also, we toured a lot of rooms. I personally like the garage a lot. I think I have a bias
opinion because I love cars but let us know in the
comments section below which room you like the most. And of course, if you haven't already, make sure to subscribe to our channel. We tour incredible
properties every single week. And lastly, I want to
thank the listing agents, Ruiya Feng and Tomer Fridman for allowing us to tour their amazing listing. I'm glad we get to see it. I'm glad we get to share it with you guys and we'll see you guys next Monday. (upbeat music)
