Touring the most EXPENSIVE Home for Sale in Lake Oswego Oregon!

all right welcome to this week's Tuesday tour Seth and I have the opportunity to tour one of Justin har nish's latest listings this one is 11 and half million and probably one of the coolest properties in all of Lake iGo probably the whole Portland metro area and we're excited to give you the [Music] Tour all right so first off let's talk a little bit about the location we are located on nearly 3 acres here on the wamit river in Lake gasgo Fielding road is one of the most desirable addresses very secluded and gives way to properties like this not only do you have a private island back here but as we walk up to the motor cart and before we go in the house check out Seth he's coming from what's up guys your lower level down here it actually has a tunnel that takes you all the way to your backyard to your pool to the water Frontage goes under the the house perfect for all those guests that you don't want trouncing in through the house you're going to see in a minute why that's important first off let's talk a little bit about the listing itself this one was brought on the market last year by Justin Harish very special property it's had a lot of good press behind it um the owner of Dave Killer Bread and that whole family they bought this house a number of years back and lovingly restored it to what you see today with some of the highest quality materials here locally but of course course you have a very European influence on the finishes architecture and we're excited to give you guys the exclusive look oh wow okay well guys stepping into the house before we get to everything let's talk a little bit about the stats as Matt said while we were up on the balcony this is listed for 11.5 million this is nine bedrooms 12 bath rooms in just under 20,000 ft and immediately we find ourselves in the entry you've got amazing ceiling height not only right there with the double story but coming into this room probably 14t ceilings beautiful woodwork wall cladding and what you will see is there's amazing view just directly out these three French doors material wise you're dealing with some of the nicest woodwork not only from the oak floors to the Walnut surround and amazing marble finishes on the actual fireplace itself yeah now walking through this formal dining room incredible attention to detail these two doors open up to your patio which we will get to soon this is another fireplace guys one of nine fireplaces in this home and one thing about it is they only get bigger stepping from that dining we are now in the kitchen area very functional kitchen you have the butler's Pantry nice big Pantry for storage wall of French doors and windows surrounding this whole space and Seth over in the rather intimate family room exactly a rather intimate family room guys you do retain your huge view through this nice arched window this is incredible to take entertainment space inside outside kitchen we move on and then coming down the hall there's honestly too many rooms to touch on but we have to make sure to show you this one come on in Sam and check out the Star Wars theme Ewok room yeah if you guys have like Star Wars grown up you're going to love the Ewok forest room even if you come over here you get a small Peak at of Ewok around this corner but you can go up here they have a bunk bed set up on this Loft little drawbridge and then a nice little playroom in this tree then off to my right you have access to your fourcc car garage beautiful mud room back stairs access and then what is probably one of my favorite rooms in the entire house I hope I only say that once because honestly there are a lot come on in here the lighting may be a little rough initially this is a very dark themed room don't want to lean up against the wall you might get cut so be careful Sam but come on in here and check out not only the space you have amazing ceiling height I love how it undulates up but look at the light fixtures in here you have three chandeliers beautiful built-ins little bar right here and if you can't help but look I mean like look at this collection and now we're going to get to a lot more fun stuff down this hallway but come to this hul bath with me really fast Gothic themes that inspired it super dark tones in here dark tile black toilet but the wallpaper in here the Cabinetry all of it is just incredible and now stepping into the library honestly the rich woodwork the books the decor it really just exudes a lot of richness you got the rolling ladder and check out this collection right here but I think you get the point this home is built for entertaining whether it's indoors Outdoors there's a room and a space for everything including Seth building muscle and now even further to the left wing of your house this Matt keeps saying it but this is probably my favorite room but we'll get to that Matt show them the ballroom this is not only a ballroom we can clear all this furniture out level this into perfectly nice Ballroom I kind of like it set up as the theater though you have a drop- down projector right there with a huge screen that would cover up that nice little balcony there but coming over here Sam why don't you flip it up because look who's up in one of the Bal upstairs right now I thought this might be the best angle to see Matt perform but this is the Juliet Balcony up here it's one of two in this ballroom and that's about all I have to say and then before we get to the billiard room we're going to wait for Seth from coming down from the balcony I just want to point out this fireplace honestly I'm standing next to it for scale on purpose huge gas log set lot of heat put off by this bad boy I'm sure now coming into your Billiards Hall it doesn't have just one but it has two bars in here incredible access to your backyard we you're about to get two but in here you can really set that up as the main entertainment space you have the other side of that fireplace in the ballroom into here if you guys have ever seen Harry Potter you know you guys get it the so you get it anyways long table right here really so you can entertain your guest and then over here they set it up with these incredible built-ins TV area then stepping outside you guys we're actually going to skip the bedrooms today because a there's someone living here and B there are just a lot of bedrooms and once you've seen one bedroom I mean the Ewok it's kind of hard to top so we're taking you outside we're going to enjoy the grounds where not only do you have this beautiful pool deck but you have a beautiful lawn with a more formal seating area we'll get to that in a little bit here but first set's going to cover the pool area yeah and this pool is very on theme with the Mediterranean tile that's gone all around it you have this ginormous shelf that lets you into the pool the built-in basketball hoo which which we're going to try and get to in a bit but you also have this incredible shot you have about 300 ft of water Frontage out there you have a bridge all the way down to your own private dock where you can put your boat or you can put your plane and when you come in off the River or the pool you have a built-in outdoor shower right here pretty interesting how you got one pointing up details guys details but coming into the pool house I love the accordion style folding doors opening this whole Space up to that Outdoors you have yet another fireplace and then a beautiful bar with two kig Taps Taj Mahal quartsite counters your own bathroom right there very private and then a secondary outside kitchen with one of those very cool accordion style windows that folds up to the outdoor bar you have all the amenities in here huge stainless steel fire magic barbecue with vented hood and then come on over here Sam you have a spiral staircase which we know Seth loves that goes up to that upstairs balcony and then a very private really nice jetted hot tub right here with yet another fireplace thank you this one is a little smaller than the Harry Potter ones but guys you can't call me a liar and then walking across the property over here was that tunnel Seth decided to climb out of and over here you have an amazing outdoor entertainment area flanked by this beautiful lawn a little portica sh there balcony right there and check out that Fountain super elegant almost looks like you would find this at the Bellagio and then taking one more step two more steps three more steps back with me actually look at the size of this table you can really entertain here if you didn't notice the 20,000 ft probably 20,000 people at this table incredible view off to the river but it looks like Matt is going to get cozy up for our sign off here
