interview questions and answers this is a really difficult one what are your weaknesses this is asking for not just one weakness but several weaknesses we all have weaknesses tip number one do not say you don't have any weaknesses and do not say your weakness is you're a perfectionist if you say either of those things you will probably fail your job interview and tip number two give several weaknesses that are not a match for the job description and also show a desire to improve on your weaknesses so again make sure you quickly read the job description and don't give a weakness that is a interview question number five how would you deal with a conflict with a coworker here's two very important tips tip number one do not say you would inform your manager about the conflict so they can deal with it if you do say that you will probably fail your interview tip number two instead say you will take responsibility for the conflict before then explaining the steps you would take to resolve it amicably here is my top scoring answer how would you deal with a conflict with a coworker I would take responsibility for the conflict to achieve a successful outcome now conflict can hinder A team's performance so I would be Keen to establish a way forward we were both comfortable with to achieve this I would assess my words and actions to ensure I hadn't inadvertently caused the conflict I would then speak privately with my co-worker to establish their views before holding open and honest discussions to find an amicable Way Forward that benefited the team that is exactly how two tips before I give you the perfect answer tip number one now managing stress and pressure is part of normal working life but some people struggle with stress and they can't handle tight deadlines so it's important that you give a confident answer tip number two in your response talk about remaining calm having a clear plan for the team and also estimating the time it will take to complete your you are always improving that's important here is my brilliant example answer to help you pass your interview tell me about a mistake you made in a previous job when I started working my first job I sent an email to a customer sorry I sent an email to a customer with several spelling errors in my Hast iness to send the customer my message I failed to check what I had written now although I generally have good spelling and grammar this mistake was foolish the customer responded pointing out my errors which wasn't a great image for the company brand now since that day and after apologizing to the customer I always double check my communication before sending it while mistakes are rare in my work if I ever make one I will take ownership of it and put things right that's a great answer interview question number 10 which comes up all the time during job interviews what is your greatest achievement tip number one now this interview question is being asked to determine whether you are a high achiever now the idea being if you have a track record of success you will be successful in your work for their company tip number two now where possible use an example of of achieving something great for a previous employer or if this is your first ever job interview use something positive from your personal life maybe winning a team sports event or achieving excellent grades in your examinations here is a brilliant example answer what is your greatest achievement my greatest achievement was in my previous job I gave my manager two great ideas to help the company improve the first idea was a feedback form on our website that gathered information from customers on how they felt the company could improve and the types of products they wanted this idea generated
