Top 10 *BEST SHINY HUNTING LOCATIONS* in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu!

what's up you guys it's John old today we're gonna discuss the top 10 shiny hunting location Tim Pokemon let's go Pikachu and let's go Eevee now the number one question that I get all the time on my livestream series is Jono what should I sign a hunt right now so I decided I would put together a list of locations and shiny hunting ideas for you guys just in case you don't really know what to shiny hunt so let's go ahead and dive into the first location this is the Viridian Forest you may notice that this is a familiar location they run you through this location at the very beginning of the game so you absolutely cannot skip it and you have guaranteed been through this location you can find such spawns here as the starter Bulbasaur also Pikachu you can also get Butterfree in Pokemon let's go Pikachu and you can get be drill in Pokemon let's go Eevee and you can even get little oddish here as well it's a great shiny hunting location because it has insanely high spawn rate this bone right here is like over 10 Pokemon or something like that you can get a lot of Pokemon on the screen at the same time and that's a really big deal because your shiny odds go way up the higher the spawn rate is it makes it a top-10 location let's go ahead and check out one of my awesome shiny reactions in this location I gotta get I gotta get it I don't know how long it's been there you guys I don't know how long it was there dude that's so crazy hold on hold on safety first safety first oh my god [Music] up next we have got mal moon this is one of the first cave locations you will encounter when you play through the game normally and it's got a huge spawn rate which makes it one of our top ten locations this is the way that you can get to mount moon just in case you're not familiar with how to get there or it's been a while since you've been there let's go ahead and hop into the cave let's go ahead and run through the cave also when we get into cave environments I'm going to give you the walkthrough of the cave just in case you get lost or something like that this is the way that you can get to my top favorite location you basically go through that first ladder that you see when you come in the cave go all the way down to the bottom and you're going to see the Team Rocket member standing in the crater that's how you know you're in the right location this room has got a crazy high spawn rate really high spawn rate you can also get a free moon stone here yeah so anyway it's a really good location super high spawn rate and in this location you're going to use the ladder method basically you're just going to go up and down the ladder until a shiny spawns it is a super opie method in this game I highly recommend it and in this area it's worth noting you will get trolled chancing spawns it is the auto spawn in this area it will continue to auto spawn even if you D spawn it so don't bother D spawning it now let's go check out a hilarious shiny reaction in this location just want people to be active on the channel comment the videos it's so simple you know comment the video we got it boys whoa flex it flex it we gotta flex you guys we gotta flex it oh oh we can't flex it dang we couldn't flex it [Applause] [Music] next up on our shiny hunting location countdown we have got the rock tunnel this is another one of the early cave locations and what is it with this early game game play they give you so much more spawn rate than some of the areas in the late game I think that they just want you to get a shiny in the early game so you have a lot of fun and then you keep on playing or something like that but yes they do have extremely high spawn rate in this cave as well your Auto spawn for this area is going to be Charmander if you encounter the Charmander and D spawn it you will just get another Charmander immediately and there's nothing you can really do about that but hey Charmander is great spawn so it's really fun to catch a shiny Charmander it's also worth noting that this guy will give you free pokeballs so technically you never have to leave the cave as long as you're ok with throwing pokeballs better make sure you have some golden raspberries or just come well-stocked into the cave and you won't have any problem now let's run through the cave this cave is significantly longer than Mount Moon way longer than Mount Moon and it's worth noting that you can get very lost in here but this is the correct path you can also come in through the back location the back entrance of this cave however I do not know where the back entrance of the cave is it's one of those unmarked locations on the map that is a little bit hard to find so I recommend just going in through the front entrance it's kind of a long run but it's a long run from both directions so it really doesn't matter which way you come in you're gonna have to do a long run to get to the best shiny hunting spot which is right down here I gave you a little guided tour of how to get to this location there it is it is a gigantic room it's obviously the biggest room in the whole cave of course it has a ladder we are so fortunate that there is a ladder in this room now the only thing that is not very good about this room is the spawn rate is a tiny bit slow you can see that it takes a while to get all of the spawns and also when you go up the ladder you will get a hanging spawn it's basically a spawn that sometimes doesn't want to spawn right away you'll be tempted to go back down the ladder without looking at the spawn but don't do it this is in the past make sure you wait for one spawn at the top of the ladder and we can see here some of my awesome shiny reactions in this location we got quite a few this is a wonderful location I highly recommend it Adam in Geodude is lit though you guys we got shiny Geodude let's go you guys we did it we did this shiny yes Oh get him oh yes we finally did you guys shiny yeah oh my god it's in the description on every video yes oh my god you guys yes shiny Charmander [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] alright next up on our shiny huntin countdown we have got route 7 now this is a very random location I reached out to my mods and my members in my private mods and members discord chat and I said hey mods and members what are your favorite shiny hunting locations for Pokemon let's go and this was one of the areas that was recommended by Guster tails big Thank You Guster he recommended this area and you've probably seen it on many many many live streams this is the only area that you can get shiny porygon so if you're looking for a good shiny hunting idea go get yourself a porygon you can get it in this area you can also get our k9 you can also get all the radical species you can get PG Pidgeotto you can get Jigglypuff and you can even get a bruh so this is a really fantastic location you're definitely gonna get a wide variety of possible spawns here and it's kind of like the latter method all you have to do is just keep going inside and outside of this door and porygon is your Auto spawn here this is a really fabulous area because porygon is the auto spawn instead of Chauncey troll Chauncey is pretty much the auto spawn for every single area in the game aside from in the water or in the air so that's why people consider Chauncey to be a troll spawn because it just spawns way too much in this game and you have a really high likelihood to get many many many shiny chances as you play through the game so this area gives you porygon you got to love it everybody loves porygon get that shiny porygon and of course we have a hilarious shiny reaction to my shiny porygon let's go all the way back to winter for this one oh my god we got it you guys [Music] alright alright next up we have got a kind of random location it's not a cave and it's not an outdoor area it's one of our first indoor areas you do have to go through Mewtwo's mansion in order to complete the story of the game you need to come in here and get a key or something to be able to fight the gym in this area so you will end up in here before you complete the game and if you want to wander around and read some of the books and the text that you'll find on the floor it does tell you the story of Mewtwo's creation it's probably a better idea to just watch the Pokemon movies if you want to know the story of Mewtwo's creation however they do put some storyline about Mew and Mewtwo inside this area you can search around and find those but what I'm gonna do is just run straight over to the best shiny hunting area now this whole area is a great great shiny hunting place I typically prefer to go up and down a ladder for all of my shiny hunting and they do have stairs in this whole area that serve as a ladder however I decided after a lot of shiny hunting in here that the best shiny hunting is down in the basement so this is your pathway to get to the basement you're gonna want to use the ladder that is over there it's actually stairs in this area so these stairs right here I just particularly liked this location it's a nice big open location where you can see all the spawns so they don't spawn off camera and you can pretty much just go up and down here and get decent spawn rate with really really good spawns like magmar muck Grimer and of course troll Chauncey spawns here wouldn't you know anyway it's a great location it doesn't have the superfast spawn rate as you get later in the game I mentioned earlier the spawn rate seems to go down and just get a little bit slower they're not trying to bless everybody with shinies all throughout the game they just want to get blessed once early in the game is what it seems like because the spawn rate is so much higher in the early game areas and it really slows down in the late game areas but that's ok because if you just wait around they will eventually spawn there's four or five spawns here and let's go watch a couple of shiny reactions from this area too why not oh my god the shiny you guys we did it yeah no good I almost ran into the stairs I almost ran into the stairs you guys we did it let's go [Music] alright next up if you just go a little bit east of Cinnabar Island you end up in seafoam Islands now these are caves but apparently they're supposed to be like Islands kind of interesting are they like caves on the islands I never really understood that but anyway we are in the seafoam Islands we're gonna head down into a cave here this is a really really good shiny hunting location one of my favorite shiny hunting locations in the game now it's worth noting that directly north of this cave is the Lapras spawn point I made an entire video about that Lapras pond point so I excluded it from this video but it is definitely worth mentioning if you want to check out that video if you're trying to shiny hunt Lapras I have the perfect method that will get it for you within a couple of hours and you can check out that video all by itself but while we're here we're gonna check out the seafoam Islands and this is just a great place to get shiny squirtle as well as a couple of exclusive Pokemon that you can only get in here such as shelter and cloister what you're gonna want to do is come into the cave and go all the way down to the bottom by falling down all of these holes and then once you get down here you go off to the left and then you can find the best spawn area so we're just gonna do that real quick it's not really too hard to get to this particular location now this is one of those caves where pretty much everywhere is one of the best spawn locations I mean they have got some really really good spawn locations here and depending on what you're hunting for you can go for slowpoke Slowbro dugong seal and all kinds of other spawns on the land but this is the location that I wanted to show you guys in particular you may have seen a lot of live streamers playing this location to get magic harp or cloister or shelter and it is a very hard location to actually find so I gave you a little tutorial on how to get here this is one of the best shiny hunting locations in the game and you definitely should know about it so that's why it made it onto my list let's go check out some hilarious shiny reactions from this area oh my god is that shiny oh my god it's shiny is that a pretty shiny cloister oh my god it's a shiny cloister [Music] next up is the shiny huntin location that's so nice I put it in this video twice we're gonna show two different areas of Victory Road now this is a particularly long area of the game it's right before you beat the game and go to the Elite Four we have a cave location and an overworld location that are definitely worth knowing about and they are both going to be on this video first up we've got the location for shiny hunting hitmonlee hitmonchan onyx all kinds of other spawns this is just such a great area to come shiny hunks you literally only need to come into the entrance of the cave to get Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan plus you must have an 11 or higher combo and they will Auto spawn Hitmonlee spawns on the bottom floor and hitmonchan spawns on the top floor but I don't recommend this particular location right here because the spawn rate is kind of slow as you can see here they just don't want to spawn so you're gonna want to run to a location that's just right around the corner it's actually really easy to get to only takes a couple of seconds and it's not even deep into the maze that is this cave this cave is so hard to get through I definitely recommend going through the back entrance of course once you've cleared this area and you know how to fly you'll be able to go in whichever entrance that you want easily go ahead and go through the back of this cave run right over here grab yourself a free candy on the way and there you go this is your ladder right here you can shiny hunt this ladder and get so many amazing spawns and of course you're gonna want to get Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee just make sure that they spawn before you actually go down the ladder so you don't accidentally despawn a shiny the ladder method is quite dangerous you can despawn shinies now let's go check out one of my awesome shiny reactions oh my god you guys we did it we did it we know oh my god oh my [Music] [Applause] up next we've got the number three top location for shiny hunting in Pokemon let's go this is going to be the power plant now this is one of those locations that you absolutely do not have to visit unless you want to of course it's got Zapdos in there it's the only place you can shiny hunt for a Zapdos you can also get a bunch of electric-type pokémon in here and they are exclusive to this area so you have to go here to shiny hunt for these so if you're looking for a good idea there's a bunch of Pokemon in here that you probably don't have as a shiny and they're worth considering shiny hunting because they do have really cool forms such as the blue Voltorb love it blue electrode I love all blue shinies so you gotta love it now this area is also home to the dratini and Dragonair spawn point if you're trying to shiny hunter tini or dragon air you do so right here at this bottom corner for some reason this little stream right here is the only location true teeny and dragon air will spawn I have got both shiny dratini and dragon air love to see it they're pink of course you love to catch those pings Pokemon so that was a lot of fun you want to go down there to get those and if you're coming into the power plant the shiny hunting location is the entrance right here at the entrance you will find everything that you need you also get a little bonus if you have an electric type Pokemon along with you it will do this little thing right here it sort of doesn't do anything aside from it's cute but yeah that's interesting so if you just go in and out of the door you will get all of the spawns that you need and some of them that you don't need like shiny Chansey which is the troll spawn here it auto spawns every time you come inside and outside so you're basically shiny Chansey hunting if you come here but there's a lot of areas that are like that you just can't get away from it let's go check out a really amazing shiny that spawns here pretty regularly [Music] [Music] on the way another one that is so crazy another one I'll write the number two location on our top ten list of shiny hunting locations in Pokemon let's go as promised we are returning to Victory Road this is a long long area and I did say you can fly right over this cave that's the cave where you get Hitmonlee Hitmonchan and you can just fly right over that to come to the best location to shine yawns you have got your dragon ice bond you have got your needle King spawn you got Nidoqueen execute or so many spawns here that are just amazing you may not have them and they're really fun to shiny hunt in the wild I cannot wait to come down here and get shiny eggs egg guitar and I need to return here to follow up on my shiny knitter and male and female shining Nidorino shining it arena of course I already have my needle King and nidoqueen that I got in the wild because I just wanted to get those ones in the wild it seemed like a lot of fun and it's a really good shiny hunting idea if you're looking for ideas of course you can fly in this area and get shinies in the flying area you can get your dragon a Charizard and you can go over to the water area and even get some water spawns and a thing that's worth noting about this area is you can fly all the way to the top and then all the way back down to the bottom and it will despawn the spawns so that helps you with your shiny hunting it's kind of like using the ladder method all you want to do is get those bonds to de-spawn and you can do that by flying up and down here so it's a pretty effective way to shiny hunt it's how I got my shiny Nidoking and Nidoqueen what uh oh my god you guys that's it shiny right there do we got eggs we didn't even get full trench combo oh my gosh that's me I don't know if we can catch it please don't let it run get on the ground pool oh my god yes [Music] and finally we have the number one shiny hunting location in the entire game of course you know we had to go to cerulean cave there are so many advantages to spending time in this cave numerous advantages that I'm going to tell you about right now one of the first advantages is that Snorlax OTO spawns here that's right OTO spawns even though chancy can spawn in this cave it is not the troll OTO spawn Snorlax is the OTO spawn you actually love to see it now there's other things that are very notable about this cave your Pokemon will find very valuable items in two spots on the floor here you will also find multiple spots that only drop ultra balls great balls pokeballs or the ever elusive 1% spawn of a master ball and if you use a soft reset method you can clear this whole cave over and over and over again until you get a master ball highly recommend doing that all the spots that drop pokeballs will only drop pokeballs and all the other spots drop berries and they will only drop golden berries and it's random which berry you get now there's two shiny hunting locations in this particular area you can use this ladder right here super good ladder when you go up and down you get a really good spawn rate crazy high spawn rate which is what you want to get you also get a really good item when you go down the ladder you get the full restore if you run down here it's a little bit hidden but that is a fantastic item you can get it once a day so you may as well go down there and grab it now there is another ladder that you can consider using as well I have got really good Chinese off of both of these ladders so I highly recommend both of them this ladder also has amazing spawn rate when you go up and down the ladder and you want to get good spawn rate when you go up and down that's why these are some of the top shiny hunting spots they have the spawn rate when you go to the top and the bottom that just doubles your chances to get a really good shiny and of course it's Snorlax who doesn't want to Snorlax now this is the location where you can get shiny Mewtwo as well which is why it ranks as my top location who doesn't want to create memories of lifetime and get themselves a shiny mu-2 let's go watch a couple of shiny reactions before we wrap up this video oh
