okay so Chad Tony we have questions from Donovan Austria who is a massive thps fan he's legit he's legit he submitted questions okay question from Donovan is when your video game character busts out the boom box what music is it's different everyday different for mood you know music is like depending on what you're feeling but if there's a one word an iconic photo back in the day rail with the boom box what was playing let's say Gang Starr Gang Starr there it is there it is on skateboard I saw riding on sasquatch for real Tony thank you so much to bring us all together all right let's go for being one of the greatest skateboarders of all time your video game character stats are one of the worst even Spiderman had better stats than you did you owed the developers money or something why did they do you dirty like that that is a good question I think it was cause every time I go in I was like man I had you like the game it would be like I I never played it before they were pissed that was their way of getting Republicans like rowdy was in place to just lower his stats baby but I gotta say you're probably wondering people talk about the game like dude I was always brought anymore Tony tell me that know how that must have be it like to dis me with terrible so yeah I gotta say that was like I remember going on tour like first time after the game came out because tourists just regular after the game came out first time it was like just flooded so we've you know like it touched so many people and I just I still trip I did it do you a disservice just then everyone want to see darkslide 360 must have been agony wherever you went do a 900 yeah I mean I grew into it I got used to the whole thing just like you know I know okay it was created so I'm going to a skate park kids were chanting it and so I did a 900 kick turn on the bank and they were like yeah I guess being a good skateboarder isn't always about doing the best tricks it's about who's the noisiest person out of skate park what's the loudest noise you've ever met at a skate park anyway no anyway Oh anywhere in my life yeah cuz what's the best high you've ever hit singing well look I only have one gear whenever Tenacious D plays at some point I hit the high D one note higher than the high seat okay it doesn't matter what the song is it's always in the key of D and when we come around to the end of myself so I mean I hit I hit it every night so the answer is every night every night Heidi thank you for that Heidi my buddy this is nothing to do with the game I'm trying to learn how to swim and I heard you're really good surfer so my question is how do I stop my swim trunks from filling up with air when they jump in my pool they always balloon up it's embarrassing I don't surf yeah you've had that happen to you oh and the hot tub every time yeah just push down on the shorts and the air will come out but then I love doing it though you gotta embrace it when you did your very first ghetto bird was it on accident or was it on accident and then you said it was on purpose no I actually meant it because I had did it in Holly but I did it on a little rig was the name in station no actually Fabien named it because it's supposed to be like you know to LA helicopters like to get over this one okay so he made the name of I didn't even know about it I meant to meet you oh wow that's awesome today good it is gonna be get over it I didn't know the name that's awesome I think I saw you at the mall the other day I was in line at Panda Express I was gonna say hi but the line was super long and I didn't want to give him my spot anyways howdy I don't know what mall I was in that had Panda Express have you ever got Express oh yeah totally what would you get a ten Express kung pao chicken how hard is it to decide what your outfit is gonna be in the game it actually wasn't that hard I just like one of my closet and then pick stuff out actually where do you worry that it'll get like it the age after whatever a couple years it's kind of have to like pick it and then I like I stopped judgment from there and just like whatever it is that it is just more instinctual like this is the outfit that's good I just pick like stuff that like I really like wearing that's different than like what other people do like I'm going overall for this one and there's not too many other people that have overall sin the video game I have a hard time I'm like chains and black sure like yes and it took me a whole day to figure out what this should be do you remember this the commercial right yeah for the game yeah this is the ramp they built for the original thps commercial in Long Beach and that's Riley skating like what did you think that was did you know what the whole deal was then you just want to skate what's your favorite part about becoming a video game character being more rich than you already were or more famous than you already were I mean you know me I love the fame yeah I just love getting recognized at Starbucks all the time no no yeah I guess it's the money then huh yeah I got another kid on the way that's it got it now Sophie it's kind of you the money now you know what it's like yeah that's why I started the video game it wasn't for to get rich to pay for all those kids when they get older and they're emancipated you think like oh they're on their own no they have a college tuition yeah and food and lodging that's the whole that's the whole reason this game has started that's it was the motivation college finding cause you know I'm gonna ask you a question from Donovan okay you're Tony Hawk pro skater one stats that year six two but I've met you and you're easily like six seven is my yeah he's tall these guys talk what was it like growing almost half a foot taller since the game came out I don't feel like I'm shrinking because I'm getting more hunchy so I'm actually six three okay so I guess he's right and that it wasn't accurate a little bit in between it look like I've grown since then you haven't grown no okay he's a wish we've got that official when you're in your 40s no you shrink like you said my backs are to get me down I'm going down I'm gonna start reaching six one soon soon we're gonna be the same height Tony Hawk in video games six foot seven but Josh shorty longer so that was your insightful Tony Hawk pro skater interview
