hope to the ball anyway you want to give a guy because he doesn't give you a cell phone as a punishment i would never give up the organization as leak prone as the NFL my cell phone you could just look through my emails and listen to my voice especially the NFL that the league that leaks everything Tom Brady's four-game suspension has now been reinstated all right so it's deflate gate part two because the league would not let go of this thing they already lost in court and Roger Goodell is trying to make some kind of point and Goodell now doesn't have the integrity I don't want to say frankly you can absolutely say that in HBO dozen of my old employer would have agreed doesn't have the decency to just say you know what this is stupid I was wrong why did he throw his cell phone away oh there's there's two issues there as a matter of fact the first was if you read the wells report which you probably didn't well said that Brady cooperated 100% the second thing that the wells report said was we don't need your phone we don't need your phone so if you don't need somebody spilling what the heck do you care what happens to the phone he throws their phone away [Music] from Android to an iPhone 6 had you ever done that I know I've done it what I wanted to do was to try to talk about this sort of deflategate controversy but go back to the data I want to get out of the way that I actually am not a Patriots fan I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan Patriots broke my heart and they won the Super Bowl in 2005 so the sequence of events is in a locker room that was about 71 degrees the what we are gonna overturn that decision and you know what Tom Brady you are going to have to serve that for games so I heard some reports yesterday that he is not done with this Brady and why wouldn't he I mean he's already fought this thing legally enough to actually win it last year and he feels like his reputation is at stake and it's just to me it's almost weird how like possessed the league is about winning this case I played wise fool ESPN it's all NFL propaganda don't you get it we know the deal is why he live in the way right face alive in this Kennedy is live in the Pierson case how many times you need to know that this guy is the flaming life news this just in our Andrew bran is reporting that the court has decided to rule in favor of the NFL resulting in Tom Brady being suspended for the first four games of the season I said from the start the wells report was full of inaccuracies and inconsistencies and overstatements all aired toward railroading Tom Brady into being the scapegoat the fall guy played game it's finally over amid this we all know I'm a die-hard Steelers fan we'll talk about them a little bit later I'm scared as hell could you imagine if the New England Patriots ended up going to the Super Bowl and winning it and Roger Goodell had to give the Lombardi Trophy to the do aggravated this dude is on another level to begin with but what what I think he's going to do right now as if this dude who is clearly an ultra competitive who is a four-time Super Bowl champion okay who's been the six Super Bowls as if he needed additional Football League is but in the end Tom Brady managed to the future Goodell by not only saving his legacy that project into the tarnish of contract but he enhanced it last night by starting off so poorly and finishing so all-time great that's what about the Robert you know how hard these aren't again and this is your fifth under your leadership coach Belichick and Tom Brady what for your organization congratulations your organization tear fan community take your two gold trophy home they're doing [Applause] as well his mom was sad his mom was going through cancer so I think you know Towards the end of the season, the Deflategate stuff really stopped mattering as it became clear that we were on another strong playoff run. It still felt good in the moment to watch Goodell hand that trophy over, but I was way more elated over the unlikely victory and feeling the effects of the half-bottle of Jameson I guzzled while we were losing. It didn't fully hit me how powerful the victory was as a personal statement for Brady until watching this.

Seeing the whole season as a complete story like this really brings it all back full circle, and I've gained a little more appreciation for the journey. I doubt I will ever witness another season as amazing as that one, with such a meaningful and appropriate punctuation at the end. You can talk shit about the Patriots, you can blast them in the media, you can rig fake investigations to undermine the best player on the team- it doesn't matter. Even in the closing minutes when the end is all but sealed, this team never stops winning.

Fuck Goodell. Tom Brady is the fucking GOAT.
