we finally got to see a little romance in this film which I like very much they tease you and Zenda kissing in the trailer I'd very much like to be equal to you maybe I'll show you the way I know you you guys are friends really friend what is it about her that makes it so natural for you guys or is it when you have to kiss her is it natural I mean um you know within the scope of the movie it is with within the scope of the character's relationship but I want to just give you a boring answer I mean it's not weird in the scope of the movie but we have a joke I mean I don't want to say I don't want to say the word here because you know but but but it's just like it's it's it's um in another nature it's weird as hell cuz like we're we're we're so close platonically so it's just the strangest part of the job listen I'm with you because I was like well I know they're like home girl and homeboy so even though you're actors and you're the conate actors I still would feel like man no it's strange kiss D it's super strange yeah no but but but I also don't want to say that either you know in the scope of the movie is totally what is what is happening but um no I'm also like I feel like we are we are so tight now it really is just like another day at work I don't know what that says about the nature of our jobs but it is just another day at work you have us all in a Chokehold now saying we've been saying this man's name wrong we've been saying no no no you mean based on last night yes it so it is timate it's supposed to be but I would never hold anyone that anybody ever call you that um uh in France they call me that and uh uh like your mom never called you that as a kid no okay no okay so your mama didn't call cuz I was like if his mama calls him Tim we need to be calling him Tim that's all good it's it's really it could be whatever okay thank you though but if you have that respect for me you got to be calling him Austin Aus that's correct Aus my guy Austin cuz the dot above the eye the two dot two Dot it's been a while since you've had one of those nightmares tell me what was it about it's only fragments nothing's clear so go with me for a second on on this journey because when I was watching the film like the whole cast is captivating but when I'm thinking about the core four you you two and Zinda and Florence I felt like I was watching this generation's brat pack like I really did and I mean I know I don't know if you guys get that I mean maybe it's just because it's young Hollywood Power Players you all seem to be like homeboy and home girls outside of it do you see where like that could kind of correlate my thing is okay I I should obviously know more uh like but did we're R pack like part like partyers or no I knew well a little bit that was I know that was the day that's where that's where the comparison dies in my opinion cuz I feel like I haven't seen any you party at all no I'm kidding we're tame yeah so tame it's cool to be surrounded by people of a similar age who who care a lot and who work really hard and whose work is very inspiring you know it's and then to be able to to go through the process together is uh is a great experience agreed yeah it's cool and y'all go Toe to Toe in this film y'all do not play around was anybody close to injury during combat training I would say probably more for me yeah yeah I don't to give too much away about the nature of the fight in the movie but there was definitely one day MH that um that one Thro did you put did you brl up a little bit for this I felt like you did I was watching I was like I think he broked up a what what did you do just lifted heavy things and ate a lot a l Lots ofs yeah rumors Yeah sry Tim Tim who what do people call do they call you Tim or do they no Tim's the one red zone you put your foot down foot down there another mistake I made once I'm kidding what do they it's just Timothy usually yeah Timothy Timmy m l Paul trades Willy won come on Paul trades come on Willy won come send assassin fed rur he's psychotic I can't get your stare out of my head from this film like and then the way you look I mean it's a complete one from what we've ever seen you do how long do you spend in the makeup chair and when you first for the first time when you turned in that mirror and looked I remember talking to you about how you felt when you put the Elvis outfit on but when you turn and look at yourself what's that like yeah so it's 3 hours in the in the hair and makeup chair and it started at about 5 cuz CU it's really meticulous but they're the best makeup team in the world and they attached the Capal like right above my eyelids so you got to be really you you you can't be a millimeter off off cuz you can't open your eye so yeah so that was uh so that was why it took so so long in the chair and the first time that I saw it I didn't see myself and and that's the greatest gift that you can have yeah licking the knife good stuff oh thank you really good stuff was that was that actually in the script or were you like let me just put a little sauce on it no that wasn't that wasn't in the script we Austin being just me that's Austin being aus yeah so yes okay so where what was in your head at that time where did that go you know you try so many different things and and uh little little quirks of the character and um this was one where where it was there was so many possibilities you know and um you know in certain moments it's it's always how you trying to affect the other people on the scene and and affect this other person that you're working with and um and so it sort of came off this moment of looking that guy in the eyes and then just it felt right in that moment it was right it was right um something else that was really right whoever the marketing team for this movie was genius with this popcorn bucket oh yeah of subersive marketing yeah whoever saw that yesterday yeah that was the first time you'd seen this I would be really curious to know if yeah what the discussion was around the yeah who actually designed this cuz it might have somebody might be mortally offended right now about the reaction to this or someone's going this is exactly I planned it yeah no listen there can be no one who knows this went so viral and everybody's talking about it there can't be anybody who's by it you're right I think you're right I think you're right so when you first saw it were you like for real is this real I was kind of like you I was like wow this this is so clever because uh people are rightfully like so suspicious of viral marketing you know uh um stunts whatever in movies so um this just seems F on I don't know yeah see Josh broland said I'm not putting my hand in there I'm not doing it I'm not going to stick my hand in there like I'm good I'll starve unless I'm getting a milk DT out of it forget it particularly mil if it's milk I'll do it that is my my treat of choice at a movie is oh yeah I want to ask you real quick you're about to play Bob Dylan uhhuh oh yeah I need a second for this I mean look you got Elvis here with you do you lean into like playing the icon what do you do where do you go AB I've been picking Austin's brain non-stop but you know I was supposed to do it 2020 I was supposed to do it last summer so I'm just when the camera rolls on that I'll feel like all then I'll have to realize that we actually to go shoot the whole thing but I'm just dying for it to start you know and uh could be more grateful
