right that was just a friendly reminder not to use my 1500 horsepower this morning drive it like a grandma well now we're gonna go test drive at bugatti pure sport and i want to really see what's the difference between my shiron and the pure sport i'm told is one tenth of a second faster and more agile tighter suspension so i'm excited let's go check it out well i just realized i'm out of gas it says zero mile range no you don't have any uh high octane here we do no way staying oversea this is why i love bugatti they're prepared all right guys we're here with bugatti team and this is a pure sport bugatti much quicker than my car maybe not much quicker but they're going to tell us all about it but first i'm going to take it for a joyride and test it with a professional driver from bugatti butch light singer hopefully they're mispronounced right now so let's go for a joyride tell me everything about the car wow looks just like my chiron engine sounds a bit louder yeah the only difference on this one is that the the four and a half from the seats is uh mechanical so there's a bar underneath the front too okay same weight that's right all right driving mode here that's right right now we're involved yeah pretty cool i love this suede all right well see you guys later [Music] [Music] wow guys it may look a little bit different but it's a lot different when you're driving it let me calm down this car is so nimble fast tight loud and i'm gonna let the professional driver tell you all the difference between this and my chiron to get closer look i felt the heat when you're coming down the road no way oh my god well first of all it feels a lot lighter but it's only 109 pounds lighter than my shoe on that's right yeah but the downforce and the biggest difference is the acceleration because there's a different gear ratio right and i must say it's one definitely for a as a joyride versus a comfort the shiran provides this is not as comfortable but i don't think my wife would want to sit in the passenger in this one active wing oh it's not actually no the wing is fixed it's fixed that's right and that's where some of the weight came out of the car by not having all the hydraulics uh in the back of the car um and and gives it some more down force but also makes more drag which is why you know the top speed on this car is much below this this is 261 limited to this actually is 218 miles per hour that's it you see how fast it gets there it is fast guys and it just feels faster the braking power seems better but he's telling me it's not but it's just that experience you get out of and you've got so many different vents and the front diffuser it's much bigger and what is that a splitter dude that's for downforce that's right uh this this longer nose here and actually the cowling here comes down a little bit more all for more downforce just to plant the car into the road more all these things also make more drag yeah so this is also you know things that we we didn't do with this car because we wanted top speed out of out of your car yeah but but this car it was made just more to plant it on the road much harder i see it and the horsepower same same horsepower same thing the only only difference on the engine is that it's the same 1500 horsepower yeah but the maximum rpm has been raised to 6 900 rpm so just 200 rpm got it but it does sound a lot louder different exhaust the exhaust is a little bit different oh wow is that it's actually a 3d printed uh exhaust you're kidding you can see how uh how intricate the manufacture of it so basically you can just go ahead do a 3d printing for me and i can pop it in i'll i'm sure all right i'll see you i'll see you after the video [Laughter] but this is huge yes the the the diffuser is much larger and again creating much more downforce to be able to suck the car to the ground wow now um i know the super sport that did the top speed that also aside from being longer car yes but that also had a rear diffuser that's right so you guys took this from that right yeah because one of the nice things about the diffuser is it makes downforce but it doesn't make much drag yeah so it's a good way to uh you're not penalized for the downforce that you wow guys all i can say is worth the extra few bucks over a regular chiron if you like speed and this spec is beautiful i love the carbon with red yes and the suede interior now they're only making 60 of these right that's right look at that interior all it's all suede with a really cool red accent stitching and exposed carbon and i like the chalk color well thank you so much this was a real treat i'm gonna give it a 10 out of a 10 if you're a bugatti fan 100 and i'm going to seriously think about maybe ordering one yes yeah thank you yeah the acceleration on the car is mind-boggling compared to what this is already mind-boggling well the tires too i feel like the tracks they track they're especially built specifically for these 60 chassis yeah michelin did a special run of tires just really really these these are different than the tires that explains it feels lighter obviously it's 100 pounds plus lighter a little lighter suspension's much different yeah the gear the whole the main thing is the gearbox yeah gearbox is the main difference between the two i feel like aside from the horsepower everything else was re-engineered to give you a little bit more you know track feel yeah well thank you sounds good this was great now i got to get back to my catalog it is going to feel like a catalog guys what a car wow i'm seriously thinking about adding it to the collection but i got so many other cars coming it's uh really a challenge but i love the car i give it two thumbs up it's more expensive than chiron but the whole car is re-engineered for you to get a really more aggressive driving experience basically a track version of the shira thanks for watching subscribe like the video and see you guys next
