Thor vs Sasuke Uchiha: Who Would Win?

[Music] a ninja draws his sword a god holds his axe both of their eyes spark blue as lightning surges through their bodies they both know that only one of them is going to survive what comes next then sasuke uchiha and thor odin's son fight for their lives whoa hold on just before we get to the fight let's take a step back and look at each of our combatants now if we were talking about thor we've got to figure out which store to go with that's not an easy decision considering there's the marvel thor the ultimate thor the mcu thor the norse legend thor and even the thor who's going to throw down with kratos in god of war 2. heck even the various thors of the big screen have varied wildly in power level depending on thor's emotional journey at the time so first let's take a look at the marvel thor the comic version of thor who has recently become a god even by god's standards while thor did see quite a few setbacks after he lost his hammer mjolnir to jane foster he eventually regained his powers and even proved himself worthy of being king at last he also absorbed his father's powers the odin force making him a true all father naturally because thor's in all universes have the same level of ego thor immediately renamed it to the thor force the thor force which i don't think i'm ever going to get used to saying like the phoenix force is a near limitless source of power that makes the user nigh invulnerable now recently the celestial being known as galactus also took thor as his latest herald granting him access to the power cosmic this is another unbelievable source of power so mcu thor sounds like a better fight to me not that the chris hemsworth version isn't ridiculously powerful himself while end game depowered thor considerably with a very understandable mental breakdown that would allow him to be closer to iron man and captain america for the last team-up infinity war featured a very different god after losing mjolnir to hella asgard to certa and his brother to thanos thor was more determined than ever to prove himself as the strongest avenger while the rest of his friends were thinking up their own ways of de-powering thor thor decided to craft himself a weapon capable of destroying the infinity gauntlet itself that weapon would be stormbreaker his most powerful weapon to date it allows him to channel the natural power within him to manipulate weather and lightning it also gives him the power of flight it can activate the bifrost and it seems to be truly invulnerable are these all the same things that mjolnir can do yes but it can do them better the weapon was capable of taking on the full power of thanos infinity gauntlet and nearly obliterated the mad titan it also doesn't have that pesky spell from odin making only the worthy capable of wielding it did i mention that he made it by taking the entire force of a star on his back to forge it ah yeah that's probably the most thor thing any thor has ever thought now judging from some of the set photos of thor love and thunder it seems like thor is back to the power level he was in infinity war i mean chris hemsworth seems to have out chris hemsworth to himself this time seriously chris goku called and he thinks you may have overdone it this body is appropriate though because even without stormbreaker he's an asgardian warrior who can trade blows with the likes of the hulk without needing a single burst of lightning or an uru super weapon i mean if you had to look like you could punch the hulk in the face you'd be going for that all might body too now that doesn't mean that thor is quite as invulnerable as he likes to pretend he has some major weak spots that i don't think he's ever addressed while he can take hulk in a fist fight and still walk the next day he has been shown to be susceptible to incredibly sharp blades like loki's knives speaking of loki the god of mischief has a pretty high success rate when it comes to pulling tricks over on his brother when you're fighting a ninja tricks are like 60 of the game it's a good thing thor is packing enough power to level konoha and half of the shinobi world not that he'd be the first god to try so if thor is back to being his godliest self how can a mere mortal hope to compete with that well anyone who's familiar with sasuke and his unique abilities knows that underestimating him never goes well just ask the various corpses who have tried now you might think that marvel loaded up thor with so much power that it's just ridiculous but the same could be said for sasuke while naruto was the one who proved himself to be the more powerful shinobi between the two i always felt like this was a hardcore case of protagonist syndrome naruto won at the end of shipuden in my opinion because it worked for the story and less that it made sense sure it was a brutal showdown between two incredibly powerful best frenemies that ended with both nearly losing their lives but i think sasuke had it in the bag and that's because sasuke is one of the most capable ninja we've seen in the series it was clear from the earliest episodes of the series that sasuke was far ahead of most of his class even his losses only served to increase his strength until he was one of the strongest young genning of his generation all this without a tailed demon sealed into him from there his powers only increased as he studied under orochimaru got revenge on his brother hitachi more revenge on danzo and then helped naruto stop kaguya from taking over the world and that's a good thing too because youtube is competitive enough without an infinite tsukuyomi channel as one of konoha's most legendary shinobi his ninja virtues are countless he is an incredible hand to hand combatant with many enemies remarking upon his speed and taijutsu talent as far as ninjutsu goes he's also mastered several advanced techniques including snake summoning various fire jutsu and other elemental jutsu most notably sasuke favors lightning release first taught to him when kakashi imparted the chidori technique this has led to sasuke mastering lightning to a ridiculous degree frequently using it through his sword the sword of kusanagi all of this has been combined into a very shrewd shinobi who has grown out of that rage that made him somewhat easy to manipulate as a younger man all of these talents would be worthless unless he was a brilliant combatant even from his earliest battles sasuke showed a penchant for ninja tactics trickery and setting up the perfect finishing move he learned from an early age that all the powers in the world aren't always enough for a simple substitution jutsu at the perfect time just ask his brother itachi and that'd be threatening enough if sasuke weren't also loaded up with some of the fanciest powers in the naruto universe most notably sasuke possesses the shotting gun which allows him to see chakra memorize his enemies jutsu and a whole host of other abilities now that weren't enough he has further evolved it into the eternal mangekyo shotting gun this is one of the most coveted abilities in the entire series this has even given him the ability to cast amaterasu black flames that will not be extinguished until the target is eliminated he can also create a perfect susano a giant warrior made of chakra who acts as a defense and a powerful attack for sasuke now he also has access to the renegon which gives him even more enhanced abilities such as being able to trade places with anyone he sees at will and even travel through dimensions now he may have lost to this ability in the boruto anime but if we're gonna show thor at his best it's only fair to give the same to sasuke i mean he isn't even a god now that does bring us to sasuke's weaknesses which are pretty obvious while thor is a full-blood asgardian who can take quite a lot of punishment sasuke is still very much human while he has incredible powers his body is not capable of taking the kind of damage thor can he may have more specialized abilities than thor but he's much more mortal the former king of asgard has taken on giants titans alien armies and the hordes of the dead is one ninja really going to be enough to end 1500 years of norse god carnage all right so let's go ahead and set the stage for our showdown all right all right how are we gonna do this oh okay all right uh let's say that asgard and the shinobi world take place in the same universe okay so let's subtract the avengers and leave thor as the one-man asgardian army he's often depicted as in his own films alright so what scenario could put these two heroes at each other's throats well that should be obvious thanos we know the toll thanos's armies and his eventual infinity gauntlet snap took on thor but what could it have taken from sasuke imagine if sasuke watched as naruto boruto sakura kakashi and sarada all turned to dust before his very eyes all of the hope naruto successfully resurrected in his old friend would be obliterated for no reason it would be like he lost the uchiha clan all over again but much much worse it's possible that sasuke could track the power source that cut down all of his friends and family then he could use his rinnegan to potentially transport himself to thanos farm only he wouldn't be alone the god of thunder would already be there holding stormbreaker to thanos's throat once it was revealed to sasuke that thanos had destroyed the stones and his friends were truly lost you know that he'd want vengeance he would then threaten the warrior in front of him with his sword drunk thor would ignore this claiming that thanos will face asgardian justice and that sasuke should leave before he gets hurt sasuke would then use his renegon to trade places with thor rearing back to finish thanos off enraged thor would fly forward and tackle sasuke out of the shack with surprising speed as the pair go tumbling into the field sasuke would teleport himself out of thor's grasp he would then test the god by striking him with kunai fireballs and some light attacks none of which would register on thor after that failed sasuke would take it up a notch and attack thor with a chidori katana attack unfortunately the blade would bounce off of his chest not only that but the lightning would only charge thor up and lead to him unleashing a wave of lightning sasuke would have to jump back to dodge thor would then bring down his axe on sasuke's blade shattering it into pieces sasuke would then get away from thor again but by this time thor would be impatient with the games he would then create a tornado obliterating the farm around them sasuke would have to summon his perfect susanoo to defend himself thor would then pull back stormbreaker and hurl it at sasuke with all of the mighty threw it at thanos with in infinity war sasuke would have susan oh guard him but the axe would break through it and slice into sasuke's body he would fall as the tornado dispersed thor would casually summon stormbreaker back to his hands and tell sasuke to stay down as he tried to walk back towards thanos then he would feel a hot flame eat into his back as sasuke engulfs the god with amaterasu's flames even an asgardian would scream as the black fire ate into his back it wouldn't be enough to stop him though sasuke would be shocked to see the suffering god inch towards him with his axe lifted a man who has withstood the full force of a reignited neutron star would be the only kind of person who could suffer amitarasu and still fight he would come up on the brutally injured sasuke and raise stormbreaker over his head then he would bring it down with his full force only to find he'd cut into a wooden block a simple substitution jutsu a trick then a piercing pain in his back the amitarasu weakened thor's asgardian flesh enough for sasuke to stab him in the back with his broken blade thor would then drop to the ground as sasuke took up stormbreaker for himself and admired how the lightning sparked off of it he would use the lightning to burn close the wound on his shoulder as he slowly made his way back to the mad titan it ended quickly for thor it would not end quickly for thanos it would not end quickly at all you
