what is up YouTube Zach here veteran construction got a special video for you guys today one I'm genuinely excited to make something uh we haven't filmed in a while you know shingling competition I'm just gonna pretend like it ain't been two years since we made a video but it's a special one today we've got a uh three-way competition so obviously I'm gonna be in it the world's fastest shingler the only man that comes to mind when you talk about the world's fastest shingler the one who holds the world record for most shingles ever installed in one day the only man alive on the face of this planet that can verifiably say he installed 40 square alone 120 bundles by himself one day and if you think I'm pumping up my introduction wait till you hear the next one we have an absolute legend in the game when it comes to Roofing he is the goat he is the greatest shingler that's ever lived if SportsCenter did their job and actually paid attention to roofers and kept track of all their accomplishments and all their good qualities and all the numbers and everything this man would be at the top of the discussion when it comes to shingles laid when you look at the numbers there's not a chance that this man don't land in the top tenth of the one percent of most shingles ever installed in a lifetime I've learned everything from this man I've witnessed him shingle 33 Square in a day by himself I've witnessed him shingled 20 square houses hip roofs and everything like this vents valleys hip Cap all that good stuff completely alone he is the reason we have this YouTube channel the legend himself ducky no for real ducky you've been shingling since you were what 20. 20 you're how old now 49. 29 years of shingling I asked him yesterday I said what's the longest you've ever gone without shingling he said I took November off that's the longest he's ever gone so 29 years of roofing you guys wonder about me how I shingle and stuff in my back and all that that's the man right there to look at because I shingle just like he does we're nearly identical and then of course and lastly we have a young man a sophomore in the game a fan favorite if you will it goes by the name of boycott but that name was gifted to him lately he's been earning himself a different nickname of course we still call him boycott of course we still call him boycott Jr when he messes up and when he messes up again we call him boycott Jr Jr and once in a while I call him bear cub because you guys seem to think that's his name and I think it's funny but lately this boy right here has been nothing short of admirable we would call him bruticub because he's a true bruticide a member of the Budokai Clan and loves to brood out just like his abusive step daddy so here we go we've got three identical sides this side back here we've got this side right here 's how ducky wants his shingles stacked so it's going to be mine for Stucky boycub's got that side down there he doesn't know it but it's about six inches wider we don't think he's going to be anywhere near the top of this competition but I'd love to get surprised I want him right up there but anyway the rules are the same as the last competition I did whereas me versus Tim actually he snapped his line already so we've got the line snapped which was not in the last competition and we're just basically going to shingle all by ourselves and uh you're finished once both your uh both your hips are cut so you got to cut your little tabs back it's pretty much the Only Rule so we're just going to get right to it and have some
