free [Music] so the first thing I want to emphasize is actually the fit of your bottom I have noticed that a lot of women do not like when the clothes fit too tight especially in the waist area so they simply prefer to go for low waisted bottoms as a result they get this cute little roll above the waist because their bottom simply doesn't give enough support in the tummy area this works not only for pants and jeans but likewise for skirts and shorts another thing here is skinny fit of the Bands which does accentuate slim legs but at the same time it makes the midsection simply larger by comparison so if you have a little tummy just avoid low waisted and skinny bottoms foreign bottoms are my favorite because they do not only give this perfect support for your tummy they elongate your legs they make you feel absolutely comfortable and they also conceal the volume in the tummy area galve straight or slightly flat model to elongate the legs and Slimmer the silhouette as you see here I'm wearing mid-rise midways straight fit leather pants and to be honest these are probably the most comfortable and flattering bottom I ever had when choosing a skirt the same logic applies go from mid waist straight fit to balance up the volume in the middle and create a Slimmer silhouette and a small disclaimer today I'm going to show all the do's and don'ts on myself on my figure and I know what you may think first of all she's skinny she doesn't even have a tummy what she can possibly know about concealing the tummy but believe me this is absolutely not true my tummy was always my weakest area and especially after having three children and gaining 20 kilos in 9 months then losing them then starting all over again my tummy doesn't look that flat and perfect at all and to be honest this is actually the first thing I'm thinking about when I get dressed and because I apply all the styling techniques I'm gonna share with you today first of all myself most people have this impression of a perfect fit body which is absolutely not true so I've tested all the styling hacks I know they work and I really hope that they will work for you [Music] fabric is always the king when it comes to dressing your figure type and I can't emphasize enough that this is the fabric which makes or breaks the Garment especially when we're talking about hiding the volume and a lot of women are afraid of light colors or wrong fits but it is actually mostly the fabric which defines how your figure will look and a certain clothing you're wearing thin fabric especially with loose width will accentuate any single flow even if you have nothing to hide they don't give enough support or coverage to your figure on the country especially when we talk about the tight fit they will highlight every fold on your body I love this dress but honestly I wore it only once so maybe twice because I always have the idea that I need to lose weight to be able to wear it it's just too exposing too honest I would say so I don't really feel comfortable in it [Music] the most flattering fabric when it comes to concealing the volume are those which are slightly thicker not too thick have no texture do have this compact weave which perfectly conceal and cover any flaws and any falls on your figure and are also elastic enough to follow your natural curves it can be knitwear but it can also be a satin or Crap fabric for example or some mixture of synthetic and natural fibers as you see here I'm wearing a similar knitted tube dress but because fabric is much thicker and compact woven it does create this magical slimming effect for my figure and of course the rib texture also helps to conceal flaws without adding extra volume so it's definitely a good combination as alternative you can go for a fitted dress in a thin crab with a slightly higher waistline it is a very good hack to shift the focus from the widest part to the narrowest one right in the middle of your ribs and create the illusion of a narrow waistline I must say that v-neck also helps to create the slimming elongating effect so please keep it in mind as an extra hack if you have a little tummy it is not ideal to go for simply tops especially knitwear because they will definitely emphasize the volume in the tummy area and not only the volume but also the Narrows part of your body so that the volume will look even larger in comparison and they will create just in general rather unbalanced unflattering silhouette as you see here I'm wearing again a very thin Jersey top without any extra layer so obviously it highlights my mid section and this cute little curve from the rib cage down to the valley so definitely not flattering for my type of figure foreign best way to hide the stomach and to create this well-balanced silhouette is to go for structured layers such as a blazer for example and wear it on button this way you will not only hide extra volume in the thumb area but you will also create this elongating slimmering lines and elongate the silt in general you can also accentuate the most narrow part of your body which is slightly above the tummy area actually just in the middle of your rib cage ideally I would recommend to go for single breasted one or two button model slightly tailored around the waistline this way you create the illusion of narrow waste and achieve this perfect well-balanced hourglass silhouette you can also opt for double-breasted model but only if it's quite tailored and fitted one this way it doesn't give extra volume in the middle it can be monochromatic look as you see here an example I'm wearing black tailored Blazer to to match with top and pants and I have also added metallic shoes and chunky necklace to create some focal point and make my monochromatic look more interesting and polished or you can go for contrasting color like another example here it's actually the same model but in contrasting color and high contrast vertical lines elongate the silhouette and again make it look slimmer and more flattering refer to Central bottom with a belt it is very important to go for a very subtle neutral option and not to opt for some statement about for example in a contrasting color to your top or your bottom or some belt with a really heavy embellishment a heavy buckle for example or some belt with a very rich texture to it it will definitely emphasize the widest part of your body which is your ballet area and make it appear even larger as you see here I'm wearing a white contrasting belt which not only draws all the attention to the by the spot the tummy area but it actually makes it appear even larger Plus on top of that the Buckle also adds extra volume so the overall effect is rather than flattering if you have a little tummy it is better not to wear a belt at all or to go for a very subtle belt very thin white matte in terms of finish with a very subtle buckle and very important to match it with the color of your top and your bottom that it doesn't break the silhouette and doesn't break your torso in too and doesn't drag all the attention to your midsection as you see here I opted for thinner rather subtle belt with small sophisticated Buckle which actually adds this Finishing Touch to my look without accentuating the ballet or adding extra bulk to it so go for mod finish leather and metal to achieve this more polished and sophisticated look without adding extra volume to your tummy foreign to remember that back itself is already an extra volume extra bulk this is why where you wear it can significantly change the overall impression of your figure and the silhouette so if you have a little tummy don't go for cross shoulder back obviously you don't need the extra bulk on your belly which is exactly what cross shoulder back gives to you [Music] the best option is to go for top handle bags such as a hobo or tote bag and wear it in your hands this way you don't add extra bulk to the silhouette and create very feminine sophisticated look and it is also a very good hack for those who always don't know what to do with their hands when they're free me included [Music] if you have a tummy mostly probable you are not comfortable with tucking your top inside your bottom which is perfectly fine as long as the top is not too long and it doesn't make your torso look longer than your legs breaking the proportions so it's definitely an option but sometimes it feels sort of boring unpolished as if something still needs to be done with the look when it comes to tucking the tops in the pants you need to remember that first of all not all the tops can be tucked in the top should be in quite thin fluid fabric so when you tuck it in it creates this beautiful drapes which conceal the volume rather than adding extra bulk to your tummy you can tuck your top with one side and create this beautiful asymmetrical line which is always very flattering and slimmering or you can just tuck the front but then let most fabric drape over the waist of your bottom so that you almost don't see that it's tucked in it will help you to create a polished finish look and conceal the stomach and instead of drawing a sharp horizontal line right on the top of your tummy another must-have for women who have a tummy is definitely a wrap top or a wrap dress there is definitely something magical about this fit the b-neck elongates the top part and accentuates the cleavage the wrap detail conceals the tummy and creates focal point on the narrow spark slightly above the waistline and it just feels absolutely comfortable so feminine So Sophisticated definitely the must-have especially for women with curves and a tummy and the last not least no matter which shape you are just be proud of it because no one is perfect but not everyone needs to know about it so we can be just a little bit smarter about the way we dress and use clothes at our advantage thank you for watching see you very soon bye [Music]
