apparently this is the ultimate rhythm game keyboard hello everybody so what exactly is this thing this is camel tooth K 28 keyboard it's a keyboard creator for most um game titles available it's compatible with PC ps3 ps4 and the Nintendo switch so far the running game it supports our DJ makes respect project diva tackle on a precision use - pianist ah voice emo awesome and basically any rhythm game on PC that supports key binding it also supports fighting games and Tetris it has a total of 31 different preset layouts for all these games and you can also set custom layouts for ps4 ps3 or switch unfortunately for now you can't set a custom layout for PC very simply put the k20a is a mechanical keyboard controller the price sits at 149 USD and it's release day is set on 10th October 2009 keen right now the only offer black card switches but offer Browns or Reds in the future I was really curious to know how useful this key what was and if there's any point to it so I decided to get one and so let's get right to unboxing the keyboard comes in a very pretty box the design kinda like Gamow to spin x1 box with the picture of the keyboard on the top the names on the sides and the Gamo 2 logo on the other sides opening up we're greeted with the controller sitting right there and the controller felt a lot heavier than I expected which was surprising the legs underneath the controller looks interesting but it was disappointing that you can't adjust the height furthermore in the box there's the USB cable the keyboard uses a USB type-c cable but gamma to X and he sent me the wrong came home they also have a bag of all rings and a key kept cooler and finally the manual keepo has a very premium and novelty feel to it it's body is made of an aluminium alloy making heavier than I expected the back has a port for the USB type-c cable and an audio input jack overall the keyboard controller is very sturdy and has a solid feel to the middle panel is an RGB light area on idle mode it shows a G that cycles through rainbow but when you tap the keys during this mode it doesn't rain pattern that follows the position of a tap on the keyboard Telemann you can use the audio visualizer mode to activate this mode is to plug in your headphones into the audio jack at the back when you press the keys during this mode the screen doesn't change it only shows the visualizer now to see how it does with games but before that a sound test for PC games this ski was definitely overpriced if the same want money you could use it to buy a full flashy mechanical keyboard instead this even though the key caps a high quality I don't really like how it's forced on an elevated height you can make it lie flat on your table and I prefer playing rhythm games you may give up flat on the table so yeah because the key ball uses backstitches I found it pretty hard to do stream maps for very long on this because it takes more force to press the keys down but under it's alright and at this section I think I'll just show a bunch of PC games that I try it with the keyboard I'm not very good at all the PC games I'm showing that it's a no sooner in a house oh yeah [Music] [Music] for some roblox it works except that the two top keys that you can use for the laser slams can't be binded in the key bindings so I had to put it into ps4 mode and use joy the key to get it to work I'm not sure joy the key has any latency or lag so and because the keys are separate I found it pretty hard to do these chores I also tried it on some vortex and I think it's probably easier to play this on a normal keyboard than this keyboard so I really don't recommend this to us on vortex [Music] [Music] [Music] on a Nintendo switch you'll have to enable the pro controller setting for the keyboard to work at first my friend I didn't realize that and we had no idea why the keyboard wasn't working at all but then we finally figured it out and it does work quite well actually the keyboard works nicely for taiko no tatsujin but I wouldn't buy this keyboard just what I call it kind of feels exactly like playing no cycle or DJ player 3he but I would use this key before Project Diva when it does come out the switch also my friend tested the keep of wattage is 99 and it actually works very well move the cue ball in the right hands those players would probably be able to stack really fast because they won't be limited by thumbs and one finger anymore you have your entire hand on a keyboard I don't own voice or email other games on the switch so I'll be skipping those generally all in all the keyboard just works fine for the switch console as for ps4 I think this is where the control does the best actually especially GMAX the almost feels like the controller was made just for the gmx it has the most ergonomic key positioning and the two long buttons on the bottom is actually for a key more on the gmx anyone who touches DJ Max for first time with this keyboard will do much better than anyone playing with the controller for the first time it almost feels a cheating actually it probably is keeping [Music] as for project Eva the controller actually is pretty fun but it doesn't mean the game any easier unlike DJ max but one thing I noticed is that the two bottom buttons the arrow directions in the opposite direction for some reason if are we off to play and I always hit the wrong direction generally this is the thing that you can learn to get used to over time but it just didn't feel intuitive to me that pressing the right button means sliding to the left also the home trees on the bottom left fever and I can't I see hitting a wall playing which is a problem I mean I guess I could always make a custom layout I'll use the key get political of the key care of the button so it's not actually a problem but kind of a progress of time I'm just being nitpicky so now for my final thoughts on the controller if you only play one rhythm game it's definitely not worth getting this especially if you're only playing on PC if that one game you play is only DJ Max and would prefer keep our setup I 100% recommend this controller another reason is if you are a pro Tetris 99 player and prefer playing on a keyboard in a controller in general this keyboard is best if you have multiple users of it it's well-built and very pretty I initially thought that this keyboard would turn out to be a novelty item but from my experience with DJ Max and other games it definitely isn't and so yes I do believe that this is the ultimate rhythm game keyboard I hope you enjoyed the review thanks for watching [Music]
