The optimistic conclusion seems a bit out of place considering the 20mins the leads to it. The reset they reference where Disney improved all involve Disney making better, yet very different movies that were not related to each other. Of cause the change in corporate mentality also involved many changes in the organisation. Thats yet to be seen in anyway in relation to SW.

An interesting video.
It spends most of it's time blaming TLJ for what is happening to Star Wars, but it sneaks in many of the Pro TLJ arguments as one liners (maybe to get TLJ defenders to agree with the premise of the video by having them recognize their own arguments in there).
