early morning start combines in the field that's all fixed up we're ready to send it [Applause] oh don't tip the mellow over look at all the dead soldiers it's rock and roll baby i need fuel check oil and i think i'm ready to combine windy all night long could have combined all night long if a guy wanted to i didn't so much want to cold it's like 30 40 degrees outside service truck out why aren't we moving i can fix that problem we're moving we gotta go we're getting heads off we're out of here dead soldier [Music] we'll check my oil or something checked hydraulic oil hot or cold warm just after i shut it off off running it off hot or cold any time why you don't have to like lower the three point or anything if it had one i suppose probably why because she's really low fairly low almost to the bottom oh that's not good we need a bigger fuel hauling thing what mono we don't have any just gotta pour open hand and spill all over put that on the list of things we need to purchase where's the list make a list of things we need to purchase here add another 790 to that list too we didn't get her quite plump full but it's got 132 000 pounds on it wow just doing my once-over check here been hearing some growling sounds from up here and my concern was that there was dirt built up in this but it's not appearing so it's looking good but i should probably look into where that sound is coming from this is quite concerning actually oh america so we should get a bigger fuel haul or something so we got 240 gallon tank and 175 and it ain't enough for both combines and you don't get any on a tractor so actually this thing's pretty low this might actually take most of the trucks she really got worked yesterday i don't like to openly admit it but she really got worked and she needs oil i think i got some oil on my new curry shirt that's right if you buy a prairie reel you get this awesome shirt you didn't give me a new one this is wet she needs another two quarts are you recording oh yes you are well we're all fueled up while the heater's on that was warm in here it's going first chad how about that we're gonna get a good early jump on the day it is uh nine o'clock feels good it was windy all night long so gonna be good and ready to go i've said this before and i'll say it again i love driving the big equipment but i think i'd enjoy watching it do work even more i just love watching it actually just equipment in general i love watching it work but that is just awesome gosh that's awesome love it let's have a good day today [Music] aren't it let's i'm ready you know it's good moving up all night long in the middle of harvest watching movies that's a new one i've never heard of that before she in prison he's tick-tocking we're tick-tocking the other combine showed up without his head no trucks yet come on we gotta go i'm gonna unload onto him so we can keep going and his head ain't even here well he's storage then i do this trucks are here he's currently gonna do an unload he's gonna unload it and fill two semis that's gonna be awesome that's why i really like that big cart it's because i can fill it at nighttime both truck drivers show up right away and they both got a load that's awesome so off we go again [Music] so right here is where the old wind system really works nice how it's blowing everything back on the belt because the beans are six to ten inches tall back there in that drowned out area and look at this i got a pusher so that's why we cut at an angle but on the headlines you can't cut on an angle because the heads like the push when it's dewy out a little bit damp from overnight yet even with this wind it seems to be pulling pretty hard but that's what happens at nighttime everything gets a little bit wetter and tougher to thrash takes a lot more horsepower and then the headlights start pushing piles in front of it and not cutting so nice now i got another pusher i gotta stop [Music] there he is just got done loading two trucks right back to back still has 14 thousand pounds on the card unreal gosh i love that hey that's a new guy in that machine randy's combining beans why don't you know you nosed me up into the cocktails again yeah that's what i was seeing again can't keep you're like a magnet to the cat tails tart's so long that he's way out into the cat tails and got 110 acres here and we're all jam-packed in one corner it's the way it always goes gotta make it as dangerous as possible [Music] that's just beans coming out of the unload auger for whatever reason we call it the bird feeder i only wish i could stick you guys down in there and show you how that works nice and close to the sickle or the cutting bar but neither you or i would survive that one the day after the big sickle breakdown we're that's soy beans with the oil it's soybeans ground up in the oil they come in the top there yeah because the top seal is out the bearings out every everything's destroyed it's all jumped yeah yeah i just cannot believe it so it was still turning do you think that if i just run it until it don't run any longer what will we break if that does quit [Music] [Applause] [Music] now you know what this means sickle fixing time one guard one section and then there could be improvements made into how to design a socket set holder instead of everything falling out every time you open it up the wrong way frustrated you know what i got an idea master what is this master force master force if you can't make a decent holder don't even make it oh everything's wrecked now the bearing's totally gone but it's so full of beans now that the oil is turned into a slime oh yeah no no parker on the headlamp so i called kibble and said air force one down air force one down they started laughing and say what's wrong loading gearbox shot and they said okay we're going one up we'll be on the way a half hour so i'm not the guy to just sit around and do nothing but technically this is a warranty claim 130 hours on the separator but being i am who i am i'm gonna go in there and start ripping it apart because i got nothing else to do that's just who i am you think that john deere warranty would pay me 150 bucks an hour maybe i could go make money i don't think it works that way though [Music] checking to see if the bolts are tight [Music] [Music] you know it'd be weird to carry a milwaukee impact instead of this little thing who needs speed to only harvest all right one new guard one new sickle section because he keeps breaking stuff then you gotta set the pull downs to whatever the specs say i don't remember any other falls being so windy gosh every day it's just blowing like crazy my eyeballs are so full of dirt and bean dust that just itches the itch pussy-eyed deer in the morning too okay tools tools sorry for that gross image by the way gotta go and inspect talk to the mechanic he wants me to check it over i'll make sure they don't need any extra parts you want to know what might be the most annoying sound yet that i've heard is that flapping sound i'm not even going to be able to videotape it in here because it's just so irritating how does this work does that just go oh it just goes so he was asking to find out if anything else severely bad has happened here the bottom of the auger here is looking fine i'm not too worried about that this is a little tad bit beat up but i think it'd run but obviously the problem is that all the bearings are gone out of it and that needs to come out and be totally replaced i mean it's totally done junk it's junk stop please please stop that we got almost a bigger problem now does anyone see the bathroom there ain't a tree to lean on at all anywhere to be seen i gotta go i gotta go into the cat tails it's time are test firing the fix and we did around and he was commenting about how there's no beans hitting the windshield and you can't believe how well this wind system is blowing them onto the belts just really awesome to hear that because he said he was just with a farmer that did not have a wind system and he cannot believe the difference so that was awesome to see his comment that ain't a lie that's what he said these short little beans like right now see them short little beans getting blown right back on the belt this green grass here nice smelling a little rumbly she keeps on feeding [Music] traffic jam opening up another field go get em eric fill it up go get em havin so much fun gosh these are nice beans and they're combining nice machine is fixed so happy the big swedes got a nasty job many other green card drivers have to pull all the flags and then we combine over them and they put the flags back who else makes the drivers do that you got to do it i had to do it so they're gonna do it yes do it [Music] what are you doing here well one of the favorite pastimes being a grain carter is you gotta move flags and if you take too long it's your fault if you forget when it's your fault if you're halfway across the field and someone runs one over it's your fault all at the same time i have to unload you even if your spout is over a lake my home but we also have to admire how the big swede's so strong he doesn't even wear gloves with the fiberglass sticks oh you hardly feel it hey unload me i'm full yeah he knows if you're wondering what this blinking light means it's indicating that i'm three quarters full and then they blink continuously when i am plumb full so i literally am plumb full right now about 30 000 pounds [Music] [Music] [Music] hear the
