that's all the main courses done  girls it's pudding time made meals   over we can't believe that we just did that losses there in the fridge they taste  awesome they look great we know what   we're doing now so we've just got to push and  finish off this last photo [Music] just trying   to get everything together so we actually have a  detective now it's the final battle I won't move time to serve dessert now and I have really  happy with the flavors especially that bird   got a sponge but I didn't really have time  to think about how I wanted to plate it so   I'm using a glass for each one what is it in  the bottom place there's a nice event but a   sponge and crimp a lace that one ready yes table  31 rhubarb it's not looking really great but I'm   hoping that the balance of flavor that's there  is going to impress the judges today [Music] [Music] this is for the red team  George that's what it belongs [Music] a really great effort by the red team  and they needed it because I'm now burn butter   sponge is delicious and it's just cracking it's  really moist because you got that burn butter in   there it's gonna love Lee crumb lovely texture  when strange it is quite a bit of salt in that   rhubarb compote I think works really well with  the sweet elements on the fly yeah surprise   surprise the great thing about the dessert  we've chosen to make today is that it's all   ready to go it's been sitting in the glass that  we're going to serve it in in the fruit we just   need to add figs blackberries and pomegranate  seeds the syrup and a mint leaf and we're done [Music] that looks pretty doesn't it  yeah nuts that yeah Sentinel   give me a number of covering over there [Music] you know what combination of white chocolate  and pomegranate I love it I think it's really   tasty and yummy a thoughtful smart dessert  knowing that you're gonna be under pressure   today you're gonna really get pushed to the  limits so I have to commend them for that please be roasted in be softer  very hard - beautiful Joel went   really well together and it was really refreshing we are getting in orders for 10 desserts at a time  and they're just flying out 10 more figs please Marco is yelling out orders left right  and center quickly quickly when there's   already tell me I'm sure that I've made  enough to cover all the dessert orders the first we number 35 35 we're rapidly running   out of booze 231 take to table 31  the next one for 32 the next one 32 we've only got three desserts left so  I really hope Georgia's got her numbers   right otherwise very big trouble okay fix one  two three four five six seven fix seven things I can't find anymore glasses with  white chocolate mousse in them we've run out of moose we have Marco  screaming at us quickly quickly where's   your plates where's your plates where's  your where's your plates we've only got   three left pocket well that's why they're  not here yes that is why the hunt here I won't seven fix well I Lee at 7:00 plus four it's only  11 in total if we don't get these last   desserts out to the diners before the  end of service we lose this challenge   will blur any chance going through the final three I'm so sorry if I got that so wrong  we think you can make a bit of white   chocolate whipped cream thing to go in  which is pretty much the same flavor so I'm weights got one two  three eight fake sideways ADEs fix we have no time to make more moose so the plan  is default some melted white chocolate into   the whipped cream it should look and taste the  same as the mousse so fingers crossed it works [Music] I'm waiting for my face I want  my face how long for my bakes the latest is ready Stickley come on come on in yeah be more generous they've waited two  hours two hours two hours push you prefer it's still mousse like it's still light it's  still taste like the other one it just upset   come on come on come on push push push push push  push push pretty strong you got one ready yet   [Music] send it to Table nine one to take my  waiters Table nine go once table 13 Billy is like   a machine if I didn't have heard then we would  never have got it done the last one well done   [Music] well done ladies cleaned up well done by the way Jojo I've seen some people in my life  dig themselves out of a hole but not as big as   the hole you dug yourself out today oh my goodness  how was that we certainly threw you into the Lions   Den didn't we that had four of you cooking with  mark obviously running the past but 17 guests   so that's pretty tough just so you know normally  there's eight chefs in the kitchen looking after   a similar number so don't underestimate  the challenge that you just undertaking   absolutely amazing impressive question is who's  safe and who's going into tomorrow's elimination okay how they go in the kitchen that was tough  wasn't it and tougher and earlier in the week   but there were moments when some of you wobbled  though amendments when Zoey you wanted shout out   I can see in your eyes there were moments when  you lose the throw your towel at me or throw it   in your choice but you know we got that unit and  I've got to say you come a long way in a few days   we were delighted that you each  put up two dishes that we loved Blue team your Beast was a power house of   a dish banging with flavor and as  prawns the mussels naughty person when your beef hit the table we were a bit  underwhelmed but the moment we tried that   speck and cauliflower puree puree Queen Denis  we were interactions that was the best cure a   we've seen this year from anyone it was as silky  smooth a promise from the menu they were clear   who that leaf which is also perfectly cooked  so that was some great assured cooking Red   Team Red Team that salmon an elegant dish with  every element perfectly cooked the crispness   of the skin the lovely gentle by those petals  of flesh peeled apart to the little whisper   of meat so in your sauce and the beautiful  peas that popped when we get lucky [ __ ] in the desert you'll see there's still some  crazy battle magic going on between the two   men a sponge is delicious you know Gary  what's resting forward it's good but both   teams had problems with one dish Blue  team your dessert the fig was hard to   eat then you ran into trouble at the end  of service and you had to make my mousse   Red Team your lamb dish that combination  of chocolate blackberry lamb didn't work and Red Team that's why you're going  into tomorrow's elimination I'm sorry Billy and Georgia congratulations you've made it   through to the finals thank God we are  straight through to finals week I can't   believe it the relief all based on  your cooking well done good stuff
