so it's been a while since I've made one of these videos but we've got so many new people here on the channel That I think it might help explain exactly what we do here this channel is dedicated to saving everyone's time when you're learning 3D modeling animation materials shaders or anything related to game design and there's something small you don't know how to do but it's completely stopping your progress and you're wasting hours trying to figure it out my mission is to give you the solution in less than 5 minutes so you can quickly solve the problem and get back out there and continue to build awesome stuff and I do this for free because I know exactly what it feels like to be a poor kid from nowhere with nothing but dreams and drive and I know what it feels like when you go to classes you don't care about and you work at McDonald's to barely pay rent you finally get home with 2 hours left in the day to try and build your dream project and instead of making any progress you spend those two hours struggling to understand why your normals are inside out or how to add textures or how to mirror the bone on your rig or why the character explodes when you export it to your game engine trust me I know I really do it's absolutely fcking soul sucking especially when you realized 3 weeks later that there was a button that could flip your normals that you were one click away from mirroring your bones or one plug away to connect all your textures and eventually you realize that solutions that take weeks to find usually take less than 30 seconds to implement and that's why my channel is really just a collection of simple solution videos to a lot of the problem problems that people waste hours of their lives trying to figure out on their journey to be a 3D game developer or an animator so I thought instead of everyone wasting their time figuring this stuff out separately you can just use my time and Coast off the solutions that I've found and maybe even find better Solutions but at least you'll have a solution that you can build off of and that's what I do here and that's what I'll continue to do as long as I'm able now of course there's the usual patreon coffee membership stuff that you can do but I know most people can't afford that and honestly the best ways that you can support this channel are completely free I'm not joking when I say just hitting the like button at the end of each video would probably help me more than if you signed up on my patreon like if you wanted to rock my world probably one of the best ways you can actually help the channel is just dropping a like at the end of each video leaving a comment liking other people's comments or sharing the video with your friends on Twitter or Reddit when you find it applicable these are all things that boost the algorithm of the channel and help us grow so we can save people from even more wasted time and if you ever wanted to be a true hero you can force YouTube to pay me a little bit more by just not skipping the ads that appear before each video things like that are completely free and they really do make a huge difference if you've already been doing these things then you are a hero and I want you to know that you have truly made a difference for me and I hope you know that I'll do my best to keep it up but in the meanwhile as always thank you so much for watching hope you have a fantastic day and I'll see you around
