now that the sign has finally aired Bluey fans have an entire special dedicated to the long awaited wedding episode the series seemed long overdue for an episode themed around marriage and many expected that the lucky couple would be rad and frisky now that the animated wedding of the year has occurred it leaves room for smaller episodes dedicated to other weddings they don't need the same high stakes but can be equally beautiful many potential couples could become the next bride and groom so in today's video we'll consider which blue characters will be next to get married number one Cornelius and the Terrier's mom in the episode helicopter Winton tells Bluey how his parents no longer live together newly divorced his father Cornelius spends most of the series searching for a new romantic partner going on dates in the background of various episodes he finally meets his match in TV shop When approaching the Terrier's mom who he must have developed feelings for as he uses breath spray before starting a conversation his desire to to make a good impression must pay off as the pair appear again in the sign but as an official couple during their brief scene in the special Cornelius stands before his house which is now up for sale he Embraces the Terrier's mom before they climb into her car which already has all four of their children waiting in the back seat although there's no dialogue the scene indicates that the new couple plans to live and raise their children together since they're taking such a significant step in the relationship there's no doubt that Cornelius is more serious about about living with Miss Terrier than his previous girlfriends meaning one of them may take the next step and propose while a couple doesn't need to marry if they want to live together or have children it's a subsequent step that many people take although cornelius's last marriage didn't work out he desires a happy ending and a successful love story he gives the impression of being a romantic so a second marriage may be in the cards especially if he's found his true love with Miss Terrier number two cherry and Chippy during the episode tradies Chile arranges for a fish pond to be built in their backyard two tradies arrive including an older character named Sparky who Chile appears familiar with likely from past construction experiences Sparky receives help from his employer chippy a young Afghan Hound who is more interested in his phone than the work at hand when chippy arrives for the first day of work at the Healer house he's driven by his girlfriend Cherry although they're arguing concerned with mending things with cherry chippy spends the entire day abandoning work to check his phone through spying blue and bingo assumed Cherry must be chippy's enemy however the audience can guess otherwise chippy's character design also insinuates the true nature of their relationship as he has a tattoo of a cherry on his shoulder it's common for couples to get corresponding tattoos that represent their partner so Cherry must be an important part of chippy's life over the corresponding 3 days chippy tries to mend his relationship while helping Sparky build the pond when Sparky prepares to leave for the final time Chile notices that chippy does doesn't need a ride home like the day before and it's because Cherry has arrived to pick him up the healers watch as the couple reunites and share a loving hug they have a brief cameo in the sign an episode about everything including relationships working out in the end their Cameo may be a nod to their relationship thriving and the potential of their future wedding number three captain and Mia Bluey fans loved captain and Mia who debuted in the episode Barky boats upper classmen at Glass House Prime Primary School the two 12-year-olds serve as buddies to Mackenzie and bluee from the episode it appears Calypso's students were assigned someone from the older class to mentor and play with them occasionally blue and Mackenzie are excited to spend time with their buddies but they quickly realize the older children have their attention divided Mia and Captain have crushes on one another and struggle to express their new emotions however they know they want to be around one another and make excuses to do so Captain tries desperately to get Mia's attention when passing by and School the following year and how scary the change is but find comfort knowing they'll be there together naturally blue and McKenzie feel abandoned by their buddies Calypso comes to the rescue using the Barky boats to describe the emotions captain and Mia must be feeling stating they didn't mean to leave their younger friends behind and that they'll be back as soon as possible Calypso knows the two 12-year-olds have feelings for one another and that they must process their Mutual crushes over time captain and Mia may become the series's first High School sweethearts number four Bluey and McKenzie Bluey and McKenzie remain a popular pairing among Bluey fans many believe these childhood friends will end up together due to their families getting along their complimentary personalities and how they interact however the series has started to insinuate that blue and McKenzie will end up together be it passing fling or a serious relationship once they're older in the episode Barky boats the two friends narratively mirror their older buddies captain and mia Who actively have crushes on one another when Calypso describes what's happening to Mia and Captain's emotions she begins from when they were 6 years old and became friends explaining how their new feelings developed gradually until they couldn't be ignored anymore The Narrative seems set up to foreshadow how Bluey and that blue subconsciously dreaming about McKenzie May symbolize the start of a crush in Surprise there's also a flashforward scene where the audience is given a glimpse of Blue's future child although their father isn't mentioned the puppy's design leaves some fans hoping the other parent is McKenzie number five Rusty and Indie few students in Calypso's class share the same parental and doting nature as Rusty and Indie in the episode moms and dads we see the two friends playing their favorite game of pretend they pretend to be married acting as the parents of their daughter Polly they have an easy time caring for their child at home but disagree about which parent should leave to get a job when they can't agree they decide to play separately however Indie struggles to find a babysitter for Polly while Rusty becomes the baby in the game he plays with bluee the two come together again after they realize they prefer playing together at least when they want to be parents to ply they overcome their differences and find a compromise that works for them which is how many married couples in Bluey handle their problems the episode May foreshadow how Rusty and Indie will one day raise their child and work together as a couple they're already very caring individuals as shown when Indie takes caution when pretending to care for a newborn in early baby and how Rusty interacts with his little sister in cricket these two could be kindred spirits who found one another early on while some older characters are more likely to get married Bluey isn't afraid to jump into the future to show how Bluey Bingo and their friends grow up there likely won't be romance or explored crushes when they're young but that doesn't mean they can't meet their future Partners at a young age giving themselves time to build a lifelong friendship with their perfect match it would be sweet to see who Bluey and bingo have families with once they're older and there's a chance those Mysteries will be
