The new Feel Free Moken 10v2 (my new bass slayer)

[Music] [Applause] [Music] hey guys welcome back long time no see once again uh sorry about all the delayed videos life is life you know what it is uh so today's video as you can see in the title i'm going to let you guys check out the newest addition to my fishing arsenal my brand new feel free mochan 10v2 fishing kayak i'm going to take you through the whole thing and show you the things that i've done to it so far and how i feel about the kayak itself so stick around and we'll get to it all right guys here she is full body view now we'll take you around start at the back here this is ten foot uh this is the version two that's what the 10v2 stands for uh it's a very well made kayak especially for it to be more of a budget friendly kayak have a little storage container here and i just keep my keep me a light and my scale and some stuff like that in there it's got gear tracks both sides has very easily adjustable foot pegs you just twist and pull and then twist it back to lock it in place this here is your lanyard to stand up with uh you've got your uh fiberglass backed foot pads here for standing um it has the adjustable seat and i have to tell you that is an awesome awesome seat especially on a budget kayak uh it is adjustable to two different settings high and low and the back is adjustable and you can adjust the tilt of the back two rod holders come factory on it also has two gear tracks on the back uh here on the back it comes set up and ready to go to put a rudder on here which will hopefully be coming soon and how that works is your rudder mounts into here it has your control uh not your control it has your line it runs to raise the rudder up and down out of the water and here on each side it's ran to run to your controls to your foot pedals so that's it for the kayak itself now for the add-ons that i've done this is the yak attack anchor trolley i actually really really really like this anchor trolley it's very nice you can see that it locks into place right here you can lock it where the anchor will not move either direction and you just slide that back and it unlocks and you can move it anywhere you want so you can anchor to the front or back and when you're not using it just pop it into place there uh let's see what else have i done oh the uh the tackle box um i added that my i'm built that myself it's actually a really cool setup and i'm gonna do another video on that just for that um i added the zigzag cleat for the anchor i have everything except for the anchor itself so far um i have the anchor line anchor trolley the cleat the rope float um i just don't have the anchor itself right now i'm just using a dumbbell weight as as a anchor but it does the job so on my tackle crate i added a couple extra rod holders and uh the reason i've had a lot of people ask me this the reason i have so many rods on here and actually honestly a lot of anglers will tell you that this is nowhere near as many as you need but the reason i have four is because i am going to be doing tournament fishing on this thing so uh all right let me go let me set you guys down on the ground and get back in view and i'll give you the overview of how i feel about this kayak all right guys i know the video quality isn't the best i'm in my garage where all i have for lighting is open doors and a workshop light i don't have any of my lights wired up into the ceiling yet and the fan probably gives horrible sound quality but it's like 100 degrees out here and i'm sweating balls so i apologize for that but uh for the overview the overview of the kayak um i'm right at about 290 to 295 pounds this kite holds me no problem the weight limit on this thing is almost 500 pounds it's i can't remember exactly it's like 475 or something like that but it holds my weight very well it's very stable this is the second kayak i've owned and compared to the other one this thing is an absolute dream this is like getting into a cadillac after driving a pinto i absolutely love this tie and i plan to have this for several years a lot of people ask why i went with a 10 foot instead of something longer and quite frankly it's because i feel like with a 10 foot kayak though it's a little bit slower it's a little bit more maneuverable and it's easier to load and unload into the back of my truck and all these times when i go fishing it's just me by myself and uh one thing i didn't point out on this kayak which if you know anything about feel free you know this they have a patent uh wheel in the keel they have a wheel that's built inside of the keel of the kayak so where you can just drag it along and not worry about scraping up the bottom of your kite which works great unless you're in a very rocky area and that that in that case i just picked the whole thing up and pack it around and as for packing around goes it's actually very light i think it's like 50 pounds for this thing so it's very easy to pack around so i can take this thing just about anywhere i want to go as far as standing in it this is the first kayak i've ever stood in ever attempted to stand in i can stand in it though i am pretty shaky i'm i'm pretty sure that the more i stand in the more stable i will become in this because it's not like standing on the ground guys i mean you're standing on a 33 foot wide piece of plastic there's going to be some sway to it i've just got to get comfortable with it and learn my limitations on it to be more stable so uh as far as that goes guys the seat is very comfortable it's adjustable up and down the backrest is forward and back you have and i keep but guys uh i've took this out several times already i've caught some fish on it if you're on my instagram you've seen the fish i've caught nothing huge but decent
