[Music] quarantine many time doesn't exist that's true it's 949 today's breakfast is one of my favorite types of breakfast that we make we learned this recipe meal idea by a food truck company out here in LA that makes bagel sandwiches well and so what they do is they take a blueberry bagel with - banana slices Venessa slices talk right now I'm so hungry blueberry bagel bananas peanut butter and jelly incredible it's like a better school lunch Dave's killer bread boom and berry organic bagels usually I make much up but I think today I'm gonna have some of your cold brew some coffee coffee we use this little bottle here's the filter and it connects to the top and you add 55 grams of ground coffee correct and we ground it here at home because we don't mess around and then you let it sit overnight steep it for eight hours steep it for eight plus hours we went to nice tea to grab our bagel and they were like yeah we know you ordered one but sorry oh my god you took my banana I know yeah that's all I wanted though yeah we take another slice it looks like you can use more but I thought guilty no no no peaches waiting as if we're going to give this to her we just fed your peach can you show them your little sandy yeah these bagels are too small it's our few really satisfy anybody Santa Cruz organic crunchy peanut butter [Music] it is extremely hot out today I'm walking around in a bathing suits but we recently ordered a bunch of fresh fruit so I'm going to try to get through some of it right now I'm probably gonna take two little cuties is this ready god I can't wait for this to be ready organic Honey Crisp apple I was hoping this would be ready but they're a rock-hard I'm gonna grab another one of these having some fruit good job [Music] I know mochi cashew cream frozen dessert strawberry this is really turning into a what we eat every day go have a date having some mini chocolate chippies you're adding it to the last of your much quarantine baby lunch part two sometimes I have three meals a day sometimes I have smaller meals and snack a bunch in between also given what's going on in the world right now we tend to eat a lot of just random meals of like frozen things and pantry things that we have and then occasionally ordering to support our favorite small businesses right now I'm gonna have leftovers from yesterday I made it without really being hungry and then realized I didn't want it and so I saved it for lunch today we've got some soup I actually do have the container I got a bunch of these like two months ago Pacific foods organic Thai sweet potato soup so good I also chopped up a head of broccoli steamed that first and added it into the soup so that's what's happening in here I want to show you guys like another soup from this company they have split pea soup tomato basil butternut squash really really great love the serving size and it's really easy to just heat up and then also yesterday I made a batch of right rice which I'm pretty new to it's rice made out of vegetables like I think lentils and pea protein and stuff like that and this is the Spanish stock oh no this is the Spanish style rice I think I had a Thai version as well which would have made way more sense but that's okay it all tastes great so I'm anything both of these up my Invisalign always just puff to the side we've got our rice and our soup there's a bunch of pieces of broccoli in there is definitely almost time to start taking about dinner and what we should either cook or figure out what to eat I'm at my dining table editing a blog right now so I'm just gonna have some finally this is what we ate in this day this is an eclectic yeah it's not supposed to be showing you guys some healthy lifestyle this is what you should be eating or this isn't necessarily even what we're eating every day obviously every day is so different today we ordered food we got takeout for dinner tonight it's a vegan Thai restaurant cuisine that we're really into I'm sure people have different opinions about getting takeout and I think if you're careful about it and you wash your hands it's helping keep businesses open I look at it the same as like you're buying groceries anyways or you're getting groceries delivered to you be careful with all that you have to be careful about it exactly so we've got some soy drumsticks with barbecue sauce on the side some orange chicken we also have sauce for that this is like this nut cashew situation with rice so good chow mein YUM he's got the same thing and we're watching Atlanta right now well now it's on the screensaver [Music]
