[Music] before we start this video pause go get a snack go get something yummy if you haven't eaten a lot today grab something that you really enjoy and watch the video because today i'm going to give you an honest what i eat in a day and i've done these before and i don't mean my other ones aren't honest honest as in i don't know what i'm doing um and i'm just a normal teenage girl that honestly has a good relationship with food i haven't in the past but i'm proud of myself and everybody deserves a good relationship with food if you think you may be triggered by any of this stuff that they've had an eating disorder in the past i mean you saw the title it is or what i eat in a day i really just wanted to share what i have in a week and it was also just nice to record what i have like everything i have so i can look back and see what i actually eat and feel my body with i'm also just really nosy like i love watching what i eat in a day videos because i just like to know what other people's preferences are um so yeah i hope you guys like this video and let's start off with monday so every single morning i get my coffee i normally just drink black coffee because that's honestly what i like more to have in the mornings whenever i wake up i have water coffee together it's amazing and then once i started to feel hungry i made a little bowl of fruit and had that and then for lunch i went to clean juice because i have a gift card there and i got the wake up juice super yummy and energizing and then i got some avocado toast with hard-boiled egg on top so it was a really good clean meal before my workout so a little bit before and after the workout i finished this celsius which was so yummy and then for dinner i had an early dinner it was around like 5 30 but i was pretty hungry so we got a lot of mexican food really stocked up had a lot of chips in queso and i actually had like two chicken burritos and like beans and rice and it was just so good and then after that for dessert we decided to go to the store and try and recreate like our favorite holiday drink i don't know it was pretty fun this will be in a vlogmas video coming up soon on my vlog channel so if you haven't go subscribe to that channel i already have two really fun vlogs videos up on there and i'll be uploading tomorrow but anyways moving on to tuesday woke up got my coffee and i snacked on some blueberries to start and then i eventually made my favorite breakfast which is raisin bread eggs chicken sausage and that's just so good and then um after that i got some coffee with my friend nolan it was really good this is also a vlog coming up um but yeah then we got some lunch after that by the way my coffee was like an oat milk latte with some sugar marshmallow flavoring in it it was really yummy but we got pizza for some lunch i got a big pepperoni pizza and then for my snack i just finished off the blueberries because they were super good [Music] i did in fact just order pretzel bites um did i eat the healthiest today no absolutely not um i had some fruit and i like went to eat a cucumber but they were all rotten i think like that's gonna make up for everything um some days are healthier than others my car's beeping and it's okay frick i was still hungry after culver so jacob made me some mac n cheese and chicken tenders it was amazing for wednesday i was back at my mom's and i started the day off with some coffee as usual and water yes i'm wearing the same thing if you noticed that i just didn't wear it for very long the night before blah blah blah needed a picture and it wanted a picture in it then i had an apple and it was really good but my brothers and i skirted off to coffee um i tried this new kind and then i also just tried some of theirs so yeah mine was just like an oatmeal iced latte super fun and then we just ordered some takeout at this place called the electric cheetah near us i got this yummy sandwich with some fries [Music] fries look at this bag it's sick hey what'd you get bro i got the the brother sandwich whatever it's not my brother's sandwich yeah look at these sick bags like i'm sorry they're still pinterest so it's in the menu so i got this one and then for dinner my mom elle and i also got take out we got a margarita pizza and then i also had a little bit of my mom's kale salad so yeah that's exciting had something healthy for dinner there's me munching on it proof um and then i convinced my mom to stop for another coffee um i forgot to tell you guys i also literally got a venti um iced peppermint mocha with cold foam it was really good um so yeah so later jacob and i made some popcorn and then i also had a bowl of wheat bins and cheez-its yup so thursday this was actually thanksgiving day i started the day off with an apple because we had to drive to my dad's house which was two hours away and we grabbed a little bit of breakfast on the road i had an impossible sandwich and then i also had like the same thing i showed you guys the night before but i spilled it oh my god i just poured that i'm a stupid so we had thanksgiving dinner considering that it was thanksgiving um this is what it looked like i got this photo off of google um and then i had a drink or two around 100 calories i'm sure you guys could guess what that was and then friday i started my day off with a banana and some water and some coffee because that's how it always goes and the reason i always start my day off with fruit and like black coffee in water because it motivates me to try and eat healthy for the rest of the day it doesn't always happen but yeah it just makes me feel good like a good start to my day but yeah brunch like lunch and breakfast like a second breakfast my dad made hash browns eggs and toast a little bit later we decided to go grab some coffee at this local place called red dot it's in northfield michigan and then after that we stopped by and picked up some pizza i had a couple pieces of pizza but that was like an early dinner and i was still hanging out with my friends so i had kind of a second dinner and i got a celsius and then stopped at chick-fil-a with my friends cinematic chick-fil-a footage i'm filming what i eat in a week this is how i had a milkshake too so saturday morning i woke up and i got some coffee per usual i had an apple and then i also had some strawberries i filled up my water and then i took another shot of me drinking even more water once i was changed for my workout and then i worked out after that i went and got some lunch with my sister we had some bread cheese a little bit of lunch meat a coffee and then i had this super yummy sandwich was really filling so i saved some later for dinner and then had that with like cheez-its and ranch i don't know super weird and then i munched on carrots and cucumbers and then later that night we were snacking on some snack mix and drank some wine while we were playing card games and then i had some popcorn with my brothers and in the morning i went to the store and i picked up some breakfast stuff we made pancakes eggs sausage and then i put together this bowl of blueberries and pineapples honestly an excellent combination ella picked me up my favorite coffee which was the iced peppermint mocha showing you guys i had dinner back at my mom's house not quite sure what everything was but it was good had some water popcorn and then chocolate before bed and that was my week don't forget to subscribe and turn post notifications on because i am doing vlogmas which means i'm posting every single day of december mondays and thursdays i'm posting on this channel and then every other day i'm posting on my vlog channel and i'll link it down below because i have posted two
