After 30 min. The dough has reached the desired consistency. We never use flour at this stage. and divide the dough into 8 equal parts. roll the dough into a ball. Prepare all the dough this way. Take the first dough we prepared on the table. With the help of flour, you can do everything as in the video. After rolling out the dough lengthwise like this. Cut it very thinly using a roulette. The thinner you cut it, the better the result will be. 150 grams of butter, 1 tea glass of oil, 100 ml. apply generously all over. assemble as in the video. Set it aside like this.
