This is the collection of 12 amazing Egg Recipes. Part 2. (from my videos). Cooking Haru :) 1. Tomato Omelette. Super Red Tomato. Cut into 1cm thick. Come in, Green onion. Cut. Cute egg guys 4-5. Green onion. 2/3 Teaspoon of salt. Black pepper. Medium low heat. What am I doing all of a sudden? Fight?!!. Cooking oil and A little butter. Cook tomato first. Cook softly (Adjust heat to medium or medium low heat). A little salt. Oregano. Turn it over when cooked. A little salt and oregano on the other side. Change to low heat and pour 1/2 of egg mixture. 120-150g Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese. Pour the remaining 1/2 of egg mixture. Dip the cheese in the egg mixture. Close the lid and cook 10-15 min over low heat (Adjust the time). When fully cooked, the eggs easily separate from the pan. Fluffy. Fluffy. Cover it with the plate and turn it over. Easy!. Oh, no! It is placed on one side not the center. Wiggling Wiggling! Perfect!. Um... I need more green. I added herb (Optional). Let's cut it like a slice of pizza. Wow! Mouth watering! It looks so delicious!. [Epilogue] Little Moai(?) Eggs. Spatula Monster plays music on eggs...Do, Re, Mi, Do, Re... 2. Cabbage Pizza/Pancake. This cabbage seems to have a smart brain. If you cut around outer part, you can easily cut it long and thin. Julienne the cabbage. About 280-300g. It is shreded nicely, long and slim. Wash the cabbage with water several times. Remove the water. Low heat. Cooking oil. Put the cabbage in the pan until just before it explodes. Neatly. Neatly. 2 Egg guys. Spread the eggs on the cabbage. A little Salt. Pepper. Sriracha sauce (a type of hot sauce). Hot Love ♡♡♡♡. Mozzarella cheese. Without cheese, it is a delicious healthy diet cabbage pancake. I add cheese because I will start my diet tomorrow(True or False?). Cover it with the lid to melt the cheese. Cover....?. The lid is too small... Wipe off the moisture. Parsley. It is hot!. I will use a fork safely :). It is delicious cabbage pancake/cabbage pizza(whatever). [Behind scenes]Because I ate the meal a lot, I become too strong 3. Golden Triangle Gimbap. This is a delicious and pretty golden triangle Gimbap. 250-300g of canned tuna. Remove the water. Chili pepper (Optional). Cut. CUT. cut. I cut it into very small size. It is now invisible (Really?). Add creamy mayonnaise (2-3 TBSP). Mix. 3 Bowls of cooked rice (1/2 bowl for 1 Gimbap). 1TBSP of sesame oil. 2/3 tsp of Salt. Mix evenly. 3 Egg boys. Who arrives first?!! (Me! Me!). 1/2 Teaspoon of salt. Mix (Splash??). Wearing gloves. Make the rice ball with 1/2 bowl of cooked rice. Make it like a bowl and put tuna mayonnaise. Hide tuna mayo like playing ‘hide and seek’. Make triangle Gimbap with a triangle mold (which is my hands). Making triangle is easy thanks to mold. You can eat it as is. It is already yummy. If there are cracks, glue them with rice. No one will notice it. I am making a baby rice ball to place in the middle of plate. Put it in the egg mixture. It reminds me Youtube play button... Put it one more time to get pretty yellow color. Low heat. Apply a little cooking oil. Cute little yellow triangles like chicks. If it moves easily, it means it is cooked. Turn it over. Cook the sides as well. I cooked vertices for a while as well. Generally, 2 Gimbaps are for 1 person. I made more than usual. Dried seaweed. You can skip it. A little sesame oil & a few drops of water to attach seaweed. With dried seaweed, the yellow color look prettier. Wow!! It is pretty yellow flowers. Now, you know why I made 6. Wow! Hidden chili pepper makes it tastier. [Epilogue]‘ Wow! Long time no see!! I missed you’. 4. Egg Ramen. It is amazingly delicious egg ramen. Green onion. Cute 3 Egg boys. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and beat. Low heat. White part of green onion and 1.5-2 tablespoons of sesame oil. 1 Tablespoon of red chili pepper powder. Sesame oil has a low smoke point so cook it over low heat. When green onion is coated by red oil, add 600ml of water. Boil water over medium-high heat. Any Korean instant ramen (with red soup powder). Soup powder. Ramen noodles. Noodles separate after 1-2 min. As soon as the noodles separate, take the noodles out. The noodles are undercooked and not soft yet. Pour the egg mixture. Done! I will try it!. Just kidding! Stir them quickly. You can put ramen noodles in the bowl of egg mixture directly. Flakes. Add the egg and ramen noodle mixture when the water is boiling. It tastes different from adding egg mixture & noodles separately. The egg is well coated on the noodles. You can add green onion now OR after serving on the plate. Wow!! Delicioius smell! I am drooling!. A little green onion and sesame oil. I will taste the delicious and hot soup first. Yum!. Wow! Soft eggs are coated on noodles. 5. Sandwich Gimbap. Cucumber (Optional). Pickled radish (Optional). 3 eggs. Spatula Monster ‘I want to sleep together!!’. ‘Why am I alone?’. 1/3 Teaspoon of salt. Low heat. A little cooking oil. 5...4...3...2...1...0... Pour egg mixture!!. Chopstick skill. Oh, this part turned to brown :(. Cook the other side for a short time. One more. Cut the sides to make it a square shape. Smaller... 2 Rice bowl of steamed rice (500-600g). A little salt. A little toasted sesame seeds. 2/3 Tablespoon of sesame oil (Optional). Mix. Dried seaweed. Cut it into wide stripe. I do not need scissors. Be ready to make the gimbap♡♡♡. Dried seaweed, egg, sandwich ham, Cheese, perilla leaf. 1 (big??!!) tablespoon. Spread the steamed rice. Sriracha sauce (You can use hot sauce). Pickled radish, cucumber ...and Roll. You can use steamed rice like a glue to attach seaweed. Egg, ham, cheese, veggie...It looks like I am making a sandwich. But add rice and roll it instead of inserting it between breads. I skipped pickled radish, this time. It is still yummy. I named it as ‘Inside Out Sandwich Gimbap (rice roll)’. Don’t look it up in the dictionary. It is not in there :). Because the egg is big, it looks more like egg sushi??. It is very cute and pretty gimbap. ‘ Hey, wake up!!’. ‘Hey?! Do you have a problem?’. ‘Wow! I am a winner!’. ‘Hey??!!...’. ‘That was a lie! I'm fine!’. ‘???????’. 6. Egg Tortilla. It is delicious breakfast, egg tortilla. Slice the fresh tomato. Excited spinach. Put your arm down!. Low heat. As eggs or cheese may flow out, coat the side of pan with cooking oil. Tortilla. 3 cute eggs. Yolks moves freely. Place yolks slightly inside...It will be fixed as egg whites are cooked. A little salt. A little pepper. Spinach. Sandwich ham. Cheese. Tomato. Mozzarella cheese. Push cheese inside to prevent it from flowing out when it melts. Cover it with tortilla blanket. It is like my belly. Before turning it over, make sure nothing stuck to the pan. You can turn it over easily using a lid or a plate. Cook the other side as well. The outside is crispy and the inside is full of yummy things. Can you see the whole egg inside?. Fresh spinach and tomato make it more tasty. 7. Egg Gimbap. It is cute Egg Gimbap in the shape of fried egg. 4 Eggs. Beat the eggs. 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt. 1 Tablespoon of Sugar. 1 Tablespoon of Mirin. Mix. Low heat. Cooking oil. 1/2 Egg mixture (Divide it in 2-3). You do not need to make any shape. Just cook it in easy way. Add more egg mixture. Cook roughly and move it aside. It does not matter if it is torn a little bit. Add the leftover of egg mixture and cook. It looks like egg roll. My unconscious habit. Cooking wrap on bamboo mat (Gimbap Roller mat). Magic that makes the cooking wrap disappear. Wrap the egg with cooking wrap. Roll it with the Gimbap roller mat. Fix it with rubber band...(Where has it gone???). If you don’t have bamboo mat, wrap it tightly with cooking wrap. 1 Bowl of steamed rice (300g). A little Salt. 1/2 Tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix. 2 Sheets of Dried seaweed. One side of seaweed is rough and the other side is smooth. Place smooth side up. Apply a little steamed rice on the top part of the smooth side. Attach two sheets of seaweed. Put the steamed rice on the rough side of seaweed. Spread. Spread. Take out the egg from the gimbap mat. Put the seaweed on the gimbap mat. Cover the egg with seaweed. Keep rolling. Press and roll. Let’s cut and see inside. It looks like cute small fried egg. Slowly. Slowly. This egg tastes like egg of egg sushi, but the egg is in the rice, not on the rice. 8. Tomato Egg Noodles. It is healthy and nutritious Tomato Egg Noodles without flour. One Cute Tomato. Juicy and red tomato. Enoki mushroom (100g) can be a bouquet with green onion. It can be a broom for cleaning. Change the heat to medium-low heat and boil the water. black pepper. A little bit of salt. 1/2 Tablespoon of fish sauce. Add the remaining egg mixture (0.5 egg) you saved earlier. Check the taste. I added a little bit more salt. Add enoki mushroom as a noodles. Add the egg noodles and boil it for seconds. Wow~! Delicious smell!. Add green onion. It is healthy, nutritious and also pretty noodles. Eggs and tomatoes taste really good together. Wow!! It is amazing!. 9. One Pan Tortilla Wrap. This is delicious Tortilla Wrap for breakfast. 1/2 Tomato for salsa. Remove juicy tomato seeds (Not to make spicy tomato juice). Come on, Onion. I will use 1/4 of onion. 2 Tablespoons of Chopped Jalapeno. Chop. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Pepper. Check the taste and add more salt if needed. 2 Eggs. Hey, guys!. 1/2 Teaspoon of salt. Low heat. A little cooking oil (Wipe off the excess oil). Any kind of ham you have. Turn off the stove before adding the egg mixture (1 egg). Add the egg mixture under the ham, too. Salsa. Prepare mozzarella cheese...in...the...bowl... Tortilla. Turn on low heat. Press the side and attach the tortilla to the egg. The middle part...looks like my belly... Turn it over when the egg is cooked. I added cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Is it attached?. OK, It is done. Let’s check the inside. Wow! I am drooling. 10. Egg Dumplings. It is delicious egg dumplings (omelet dumplings). Green onion. A lot!!!. Chili pepper (Optional). Remove seeds and cut. 50g Bacon (You can use other type of ham or meat). Cut every ingredient in small size. Welcome, 4 cute eggs. 1 Teaspoon of salt. My bacon is not salty. Adjust salt according to your ingredients. 1 L of water. Boil it over medium heat. Boil 45g of dried glass noodles for 10 minutes. It is very stiff at first. Boil until it becomes soft and transparent. Wash with cold water and drain. Cut carefully into small size. 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce. 1/2 Tablespoon of cooking wine (mirin). 1/2 Tablespoon of sugar. Pepper. 1/2 Tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix gently. Green onion. Egg mixture. Chili pepper and bacon. Again... Mix it gently. Apply cooking oil on the pan. Low heat. 1-1.5 TBSP of egg mixture. Fold it in half when it is cooked 60-70%. Turn them over to cook both sides. Sizzling. sizzling. Mouth watering. This time I added cheese in the middle. Fold it in half when only bottom is cooked. Using a multi-hole pan is easy to shape but you can also use a normal pan. Fold it after it is cooked 80% when you use a normal pan. It is delicious and easy egg dumpling without dumpling wrapper. You can enjoy it with ketchup or seasoned soy sauce. Let’s cut it in half. The inside is full of delicious things. Egg dumpling looks like mini omelet. [Epilogue] Build the tower with egg shells. It is the last one! Carefully!!. 11. Egg Stir-Fried Udon. Green Onion. You can cut it in any size. Onion. It will be fantastically delicious onion. 2 Eggs (‘Thank you, Spatula!’). 1/4 Teaspoon of salt. 2 1/3 Tablespoon of soy sauce. 1/2 TBSP of vinegar. 1 1/3 TBSP of sugar. 60ml of water. Low heat + cooking oil. Egg mixture. Push the cooked outside to the center. Keep the heat very low. Super soft!. Onion. Stir-fry until you see some light brown. It is now very sweet onion. 210g Udon noodles (for 1 person). Soy sauce mixture. You can pre-soak udon in warm water to loosen them before use. But I will skip that step. It is separated well(?) thanks to water and heat. Add green onion in the middle of stir-frying. Wow!! It is yummy! You can add a little soy sauce if needed. Mouth-watering delicious smell. Add more onion. It is really delicious. You can put egg like this, OR stir-fry it a little with udon. Sprinkle with green onion (Optional). Mix and eat udon and egg together. [Epilogue] Green Onion ‘Nice to meet you. I’m onion, too’. 12. Bacon Garlic Butter Rice. It is ‘Microwave Bacon Garlic Butter Rice’. Slice 2-3 cloves of garlic. Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic. Green onion. Cut. 50g of Bacon. 2/3 Bowl of steamed rice. 1 TBSP of minced garlic. 2 Tablespoons of green onion. Bacon. 2/3 Tablespoon of soy sauce. 1 Pinch of salt. It can be stir-fried in the pan with butter instead of using the microwave. Cook 10g of butter & sliced garlic in the microwave for 30 sec. Apply the butter at the side of the bowl. Spread the sliced garlic. Put the rice in the bowl. Press. Press. Press. Press gently and make it flat. Cook it in the microwave for 1 min. Apply butter evenly. Separate!!. Move the garlic to make the space for yolk in the middle. Press the middle gently. Come on, Mr. Egg. Put yolk on the top and spread egg white evenly. Make holes in yolk. Cook in the microwave for 100sec (Adjust). It is a small meal. Increase the amount of rice to 1 bowl. Sprinkle with red pepper if you like it. I like the smell of garlic, butter and bacon.
