[Music] laughs [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign for a change is not from inside the workshop but sitting just outside the workshop in fact I'm just underneath the boat building shelter and there's the boat as it has a backdrop and what I'm doing today is very long day's work and so I'm preparing the boat to Grouse on the road again having you've seen as Garza before but this time we're actually going out with the intention of going to a Boatyard and launching so the the first job I've been doing this morning was we've got to be pulled the boat forward again and drop the Mast again and I've literally been I think two hours emptying the bows of all the um the junk that ended up there during the last few weeks of work and then I've given the Bowser Hoover house and a wet wipe out so it's a lot cleaner now and at the moment I've just taken a break from um packing all the loose equipment that's got to go back in the boat and also packing my own kit to go on the boat and all the galley stuff and all the bits and pieces and tools and things that are coming with us and so I'm just taking a break and um we're working right now is this is the boats this is going to be the boat's log book and I'm kind of doing a a pre-launch uh checks checklist and um notes to self about about um you know what to do how I did it I just noticed this is a really strange log strange book it's got it's a a dotted book but the dots are really big and large and I think it's going to be difficult to work with but I guess it's what I've got I'm gonna I'm gonna write it up and then if whatever I have to do a new one I'll do a new one and um I always tend to use this kind of this kind of notebook and when I've got a on a voyage for example I'll have uh left hand page as the conventional logo you know where we are bearings and courses speeds positions and all that stuff and down the other side is a kind of Journal uh about the voyage uh for the blog and also what I do is I'm running defects and Emissions list and that's essentially then forms a list of work that I have to do on the boat today it's going to be all about the jobs that we had to do next time we do this and all about the setup I'm doing now and how that needs to change and improve and learning a lot to go along because I'm just literally Pat all the gear around because you can't see on camera at the moment but I just packed and bundled the sails and I'm just um packing the personal case and I'm in in a half an hour or so I'm gonna start to restore the boat so that we can go out on the road so that's what's going on yeah that's um let's get to it [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] laughs [Music] [Music]
