The BIGGEST GTR Meet in Japan | R's Meeting 2019

welcome ladies and gentlemen to a another video I need to be a little bit quiet it's a little bit residential right now just outside of my apartment at the 7-eleven it is 1 a.m. past 1 a.m. and it's time to get this adventure started let's get in the car let's get going Fuji Speedway here we come ours meeting 2019 let's go starting route 2 Fuji Speedway that sounded so nasty man I love one day I'm getting something with one day eventually we're on the road we've been on the road for maybe an hour and a half probably an hour it's about a four hour and 45 minute drive to Fuji Speedway if I don't take the expressway and that's actually what I'm doing I'm taking the backroads I kind of want to see some back Knight roads of Japan enjoy seeing all the convenience stores lit up I just love this I'm enjoying taking a little road trip here in the middle of the night it's 214 in the morning and for at least half of the way I'm gonna take all the back roads I might jump on the expressway eventually let's keep on going hey hey hey I bet I know where he's going we're still about two hours away but that's our first gt-r spot of the trip we're getting being told in Japan problems about 30 minutes away from the track right now it's almost 5:00 a.m. check doesn't open for another like four hours or so so we're gonna crash here for a little while try to get a little bit of sleep the sun's already starting to come up this I don't know how much I'm gonna be able to get any sleep in my car we're gonna set a little parking area right here off of the expressway and we're gonna be heading the rest of the way once it gets a little closer to opening time there's a lot of cars parked over here and a few modified ones too but I don't want to invade on anybody's privacy while they're probably trying to sleep so for now I'm gonna try to KO and I'll pick you guys up soon it is a pretty beautiful view as the Sun does start to rise which means I quickly need to get to the super and fall asleep well it's 821 and I sort of got some sleep so let's go to the track oh yeah boys there's also a 34 GTR behind we are very very close ladies and gentlemen welcome to Fuji Speedway we are surrounded by skylines GTRs there's a few others in the mix too the man it felt kind of awkward in the middle of all these GTR is in the Supra let's get inside and check out what's going on we are here Fuji Speedway the parking lot here is similar to how Tokyo Auto Salon is if you've ever been to Tokyo Auto Salon and even eat this on a garage then told me he's like hey the parking lot better than the event so we're gonna go through the parking lot on our way up to the event we won't spend too much time I do have two extra batteries and an extra memory card just in case but I still get scared I'm gonna grab battery a lot of the parking lots already fill it up but let's look at this stuff I've got a spec to base I blue silver hour 34 hour 32 32 32 34 34 33 V spec to 35 32 not be so many beautiful cars I love white and gold and seeing some of these clean white our 32 s is really making me miss the one that I sold look at this stuff look at these clean cars our 33 3232 my Supra luckily a Toyota 86 we kind of came in together so it almost looks like maybe we you know pulled in together or something - silver Toyota anyways saw this guy - Lawson's like 20 minutes away 32 32 34 34 32 33 34 32 33 32 32 movement night purple 33 or God dang that black or 33 that's good there's no way I can feature this whole parking lot so the most common thing we're gonna see is probably 32 s because they made you know like 40,000 of them are 32 GTRs and then the 33 s was down to like 14,000 and then the 34 is was I think around 10 11,000 midnight purple with the BBS wheels I love the Z 2 and stuff they was eating fenders in the hood another midnight purple r33 oh my gosh oh my gosh all these clean our 33 s I'm sure we'll get back to the parking lot again later please pick tuner just chillin just chillin right here who the hoods a little messed up but I would I would take a V spec tuner with the messed up put it any day this is absolutely beautiful just a parking lot full of some of the best GTRs in Japan the largest GTR meeting in Japan every year right here or is meeting Fuji Speedway if the clouds run out I think Fuji is actually right there Mount Fuji but clouds are always covering that thing this morning I'm like 5 a.m. super clear but it was too dark to show you guys [Music] Hey [Music] first wipe late of the day figured we'd eventually find one didn't think it'd be in the first ten minutes of the day there is just so much down there I see midnight purple three hour 34 GTR see a sea of Bayside blue r34 GTR s tons of white ones I guess why it's probably the most common color on all the generations I think so what an amazing way to start the day there's a coast go down there oh I see what's the color gold silica breath OC silica breath the beautiful base I blew our 34 GTR followed by the Alltech r33 GTR 4-door those are pretty rare you don't see those very often I've seen maybe three in my lifetime in person they have a whole line of huh kousaka's right they're so cool this whole video is just gonna be me oh my god this is so cool look at this it's so cool you know I'm surrounded by these caliber of cars every day at the shop but seeing this amount of them all together for one event so I spy with my little eyes at 180 just some more general parking here this isn't the event just the parking lot heavy hitter after a heavy hitter just keeps coming I've never seen an inspector in black in person we SPECT to our 32 pretty rare oh man I love that red pretty rare to find him in that to more awesomeness and check out this one check it out check it out garage defend very nice now I know this is ours meeting but can't pass up the opportunity to show you guys one of these up close this is the Mitsuoka or itchy SEC Japan's only supercar you can consider the GTR supercar but these things are very interesting looking it looks like some kind of fish I keep saying Japanese cars a big fish like the super look to me looks like a catfish but this one definitely has like serpent styling from what I understand they're pretty slow though I think they're only powered by a six cylinder very interesting looking know another defending car I could film and keep talking for this whole day of all the amazing 50 RS that are out here I'll try to refrain under the track we will go over to the event square and where we can get a seat in the grandstand I see one of my old your car bro shirts nice shirt oh wait that was a old subscriber an old friend from Okinawa who actually is running a YouTube page called lab Japan now he took it over he's been making some videos he's been slacking a little bit lately he said but he's getting back into it here at Fuji Speedway for hours meeting so go check out his channel I'll leave the link in the description but for now there is so much to focus on I don't even know where to begin there's there's so many cars there's so much to see I guess we'll start with this 400 are not many places you're gonna see a legit 400 or this place is so so this is so crowded though so it's gonna be hard to get any kind of good footage here I don't know how much I'm gonna focus on in here I want to see what's going on on the track and then also want to get back down to the parking lots and kind of do some some parking lot dive and see we can find but let's take a look at some of the cool cars here legitimate 400r that's so crazy the rvx gt2 very very awesome LMG tees a very rare piece of history so many awesome historic race cars the minds cars I love the library on the minds vehicles very iconic I love the race cars [Music] our 32 lots of Tomei parts oh my gosh look at this setup that's cool to see it out I get to see a full breakdown of it another beautiful engine bay look at that strut bar that thing is massive that's a pretty interesting colored set of valve covers [Music] another one in that beautiful red it's a gorgeous color I kinda like when people do these kind of wrinkle paint jobs on the valve covers a little bit of nagoya in the house over here at Liberty walk we still have to go back and do a full video there we'll get there I promise go even older here for a minute with the Ken Mary Skyline GTR so fresh I think we saw this one at Liberty walk and we went and Jason and Dayton did his video super super rare not something you see very often at all such a clean example to few things here on this 32 first massive turbo awesome valve covers secondly this front diffuser could literally cut your ankles off and then look at this paint job on the or 33 GTR I've never seen one like that color obviously not factory but it looks really really good this is pretty sweet the 4-door r34 with the RV 26 and our friends from the south and osaka global auto are out here and here's another 400 are i guess if you're gonna see a foreigner door you're gonna see multiple of them at ours meeting not a better place to see him now we have the 400 or but hold up we got another showstopper right here an actual z-tune r34 GTR that's beautiful I don't know if I've ever seen the carbon piping like that but that's pretty sweet [Music] there's just so much to see here I'm kind of swirling back and forth Jen design I want to show you guys right now I think we'll try and finish the little event area there's just a couple or 35s out there right now rolling around I'd rather wait and see like the 32 33 s or 30 floors so here's more heavy hitters guys be spec - based on blue V suspect - nerve millennium jade z-tune fenders very nice but I won't come check out this midnight purple r33 GTR you guys know I have the soft spot for our 33 s lately Plus midnight purple is an incredible color this one has some nice modifications GTR badge on the side street [Music] once again there's just so much to focus on don't really know what to we haven't looked at a midnight purple three r34 gt-r yet today midnight purple three is pretty wild-looking very nice under the hood [Music] midnight purple 3 is just so like look at me color midnight purple on the r33 is kind of subtle midnight purple 2 on the 99 me specs a little less subtle the midnight purple 3 is just like explosion I always appreciate seeing the v-spec 2 or 32 GTRs just because you don't see him very often not easy to come by the last one I saw it was the one that was completely wasting away in that field stasia with the r34 front end looks pretty sweet something a little bit different haven't even shown me over 35 but this one what the flat paint job is pretty interesting with him and these are the guys that are at took yatta salon every year cool racing I always have some crazy engravings on them another taco this one's from Rocky auto and another beautiful beautiful can Mary looks absolutely great in red hey project move has are 32 I've always liked their break products midnight purple are 33 again lots of carbon parts carbon-fiber door look at the size of the wing on this thing massive insane that is awesome looking very very aggressive r33 GTR [Music] I don't know how much time I want to spend in here looking at some of these show cars because there's just so many of them and I don't even know what to feature it's overwhelming and that out there is not even a show here anymore that's just car parking and there's some absolutely awesome cars out there that we should probably go take a look at plus I think they have some of the skylines out on the track right now so we definitely have to get back over there active red r34 GTR I think that's where the feature you don't see Mary minion active red actual AR to thank code as well it's an interesting contrast to with the blue accents in the engine bay another beautiful r33 GTR oh that's pretty cool I like that airbox oh it's got the glass probably plastic so you can see through it the r34 GTR to match and what I want to share on this one is Rogers been cooling panel Epstein crouch pin stuff out here on 4-door vaulteq r33 GTR the third 400r of the day I don't think I've ever seen three 400 hours of my life you see three today pretty awesome ran into some subscribers here hey this is the car guy good car guy gonna be on YouTube okay look what I just frickin found a GTR LM oh my god I have one just like it on Forza but seeing one in real life what the heck that is absolutely incredible and worth a good walk around here for a minute never have I ever imagined seeing one of these in person this is a real treat I don't remember the exact production numbers of these but it was extremely most who knows how long the guys own that thing it's not in crime the best condition but that's what makes it really cool teeny little tires on it right now we are just in the parking lot again in one of the upper parking lots not even part of the actual show itself but there's just so many amazing cars be spec to silica breath in spec 33 GG r GG r GG r GG r GG r GTRs midnight purple - I don't know if I've seen him in that purple - yet today it's got the v-spec diffuser there's no v-spec badge z-tune fenders very well could be one of the early 1990 specs midnight purple to the show in display USA import legal color interesting paint job HKS r33 GTR iconic the or 35 GT race car taking pictures with all the customers out here over here doing a little interview but GTR surrounded by people r35 dashboard this thing is sick it was for sale to Tokyo Auto Salon I don't know if somebody else bought it or it's still a top-secret car I'm not really sure but this one I did like this full video when I was at Tokyo Auto Salon on this car did a whole feature on it [Music] what is this sim I was filming this first I've done this three years ago in Tokyo Auto Salon nice this is Kim buyer all intake it's directly directly like the replica from like group a race car like the airbox yeah yeah section reminds you of my right the cooling panel in this is made of titanium that's pretty awesome the color on this thing yeah dude beautiful it's it's a it's a traditional color very true it's like a beautiful beautiful Kenny blew me with like this class t37 song oh you got to have the t37 [Music] super like this one Zeke tenhoff bumper from benders this is my side skirts rears and it's really clean at the same time really awesome bismillahir expensive yes yeah of course guys that was video of ours meeting cars leaving the meet the show and there are so many GTRs out here right now to film so I'm gonna in this video because it's probably already pretty long we're gonna start the
