[Music] this is my personal opinion spectacular silverstack Euler my opinion on what I believe to be the best silver that you can stack I have some reasons why I'm gonna choose this particular piece and I'm gonna start going through why I'm not choosing other ones here in this display as nice as it is this one's easy to remove from the pile poured silver that the premiums are way too high and therefore it does not make a good candidate to add to your stack for the best possible silver so along the same lines for the high premiums that the poured silver has our L so the collectible stuff so not in this video you're not gonna be the best this time although they are fun to collect we're left with this so far let's talk about weight for a second so you can actually this is a Johnson Matthey 100 ounce bar now there is a bit of a lower premium sometimes with the higher weight stuff Johnson Matthey demands a bit of a higher premium because of the name but some of the off-brand or let's call a generic silver could be much cheaper so that's you know a possibility right because it's cheaper but very very heavy let's talk about shtf or a stuff hits the fan scenario or an economic collapse of you know just everything we thought was wrong with the economy now goes really really wrong you know you thought gas was high now imagine you know it being $25 a gallon or something ridiculous although I don't believe that that's gonna happen in my lifetime nothing's impossible so now you can't be walking down the street with a bunch of these unless you know you're in a bad neighborhood you want to use one to beat somebody with but this is not going to be great in your pants this is going to pull those pants straight down to the floor and you're gonna be walking around like one of those thugs that likes to have their pants down below I'm gonna say no to the 100-ounce the kilos the twenty ounce the ten ounce it's all too heavy and also let's imagine you do need to use silver to pay for something besides it being heavy how are you gonna break this thing up I mean there's nothing no where to start that little crack right there we can take a hammer and try to chisel that piece away well you'd still be left with two giant halves and it's it's not not gonna work not gonna be an easy solution now you want to pay off you know buy a whole house or something like that that might be a solution but not for something simple this is not gonna be my choice for the best silver to stack so let's get rid of it alright so relax with this stuff let's talk right now about this right here this is silver shot and as pretty as it is and as cool as it looks these are great if you were going to pay for something with little individual pieces but there's no markings on it this could be just about anything nobody really would know for sure this silver unless they had some sort of test kit maybe some nitric acid whatever the case may be there's no way to really know what it is the premiums are not too bad on this stuff but just not having any markings make it a poor choice in my opinion got to get rid of it alright so if I don't like the kilo and the 100 ounce and the 10 ounces and etc for the best-possible silver to stack in my opinion what about the 1 ounce stuff now here's some 1 ounce generic stuff and I want to give this honorable mention because it's it's hard to hate the stuff you can get it sometimes for spot really close the spot it's a great silver to stack now here's one thing I want to say is being able to recognize this stuff when you when it comes to you know that shtf scenario and economic collapse you're going to need something that's going to be easy to recognize for sure they're gonna have to people are gonna have to look at these and see that it says fine silver and you know one ounce etc which is fine there's nothing wrong with that but there's so many different ones out there there's so many different ones it's going to put people kind of on edge a little bit so there's no consistency here you know so people gonna have to look through your stack and see okay this one's good this one's good this one's good very time-consuming you know it's hard to it's hard to only you know throw it out from that reason only and I mean I don't mean throw it out on my stack don't get me wrong but I mean throw it out of the running for best possible silver to stack but I think just because of the it can't be consistent because there's so many different ones out there that I just I can't I can't make it the best I can't make it the best so for this little demonstration it's got to go now that I've gotten rid of a few things you know that what I'm looking for is something that's consistent something that's recognizable and something that's lightweight those three things are going to make the perfect silver for your stack in my opinion so you want to jump to government bullion right so over here we have different forms of government bullion coinage etc so this stuff right here you may think is going to be the best you have a very recognizable Canadian Maple Leaf these are small these are about one ounce even has a nice dollar amount on there which is you know convenient that it shows an actual you know numismatic value on it drop that one let's say Kruger and you have the Mexican Libre tab and dropped another one you know like all of this right here government bullion silver eagles highly recognizable and now you know in America we may not recognize and I say we I mean like as a population as a as a group we may not recognize the Libertad as well as an eagle so if you're over in Mexico this right here may be more recognizable to you than our eagle you know so that's why I want to throw all government bullion into this mix so now that's a great choice and a lot of people's argument is that with the American Silver Eagle that that is the most recognizable piece of bullion out there and you know it's it's hard to disagree as far as bullying is concerned but is that the best silver to stack is that it for some reason they didn't think to put 999 fine silver on these things I don't know why I don't know why they didn't want to do it I don't know why I'm using gloves these are in airtight so let's take these off now this is you know in the opinion of a lot of people that this is the best thing right here to have for your stack I'm gonna disagree I agree that within the community we're in so the coin collecting the silver stacking etc that American Silver Eagles are highly recognizable so I mean you're not gonna be able to go to a coin show a pawn shop a coin shop anybody that that deals in precious metals and stuff and and have them go I've never seen an American Silver Eagle before you know it's going to be one in a million that hasn't seen one of these in that group but I bet and I've said it before that if you just walk down somewhere let's say your own neighborhood go door-to-door there's only going to be a couple people that have seen these before you know it's not like everybody knows what an American Silver Eagle is now you know it's it's it's recognizable but it's not the best choice in my opinion as far as you know being recognized goes another big downside to the Silver Eagles is that the premiums are kind of high so in order to stack these you're going to be paying you know two to three dollars probably over spot sometimes even more sometimes the shops sneak in four to five dollars on you as far as the foreign stuff goes I mean you know a lot of this stuff can carry a heavy premium sometimes even higher premiums over here in the United States because they have to import this stuff in so like for instance the pandas those have a pretty high premium on them as well and one final downside to the government bullion is its smaller sure it's one ounce but you know what is one ounce gonna buy if there's an economic collapse is it going to be a lot of money or are you going to be able to buy you know maybe just one loaf of bread for such a thing or is it going to be to the point where you can buy a lot with there's a lot of buying power with silver it would be nice to have something smaller than this right here because you just don't really know what 1 ounce is gonna buy it might be too heavy and what if you have to bring this many one ounce with you to buy somewhere this gets kind of heavy I mean trying to carry all this right here in your pocket again you're gonna have that pants down below your waist phenomenon that's gonna happen so now finally the moment you've all been waiting for except for those of you who decided to fast-forward to the end to find out but what I think is the best silver is going to be right here in this pouch this is new stuff going to by the way so this is a bit of an unboxing for the channel so right here it is the best silver possible there it is what do you think Roosevelt dimes the best thing so now you're gonna ask me how in the world would you choose Roosevelt dimes you had so many you know cool things you had silver eagles everybody recommends silver eagles to be the number one thing spectacular is choosing Roosevelt dimes to be the best possible silver you can stack and these are going to be my reasons they are small you can see that I have dimes right here inside of these tubes so here's an entire tube of Roosevelt dimes okay and there's a bunch in there you want to take them out let's take them out in that back a little bit so there's you know there's quite a lot going on here that's enough to where you can put them in your in your pants in your pocket in your purse and not be weighed down completely to the point where it's just becoming too heavy in fact you could have a couple of these tubes in there before you start feeling some real heaviness go on so I mean look how many I got here I got a bunch and you remember that a dollar 40 so 14 of these is one ounce of silver so there's there's a few ounces of silver right here too which is great very recognizable we're still using Roosevelt dimes today in our currency so that hasn't changed the design hasn't changed in many years the only thing if so ever changes really is the date and of course there are proof versions and some that are alloyed different these for example are the silver ones anything pre-1965 so 1964 and before are gonna be made of silver 90% to be exact so you know that's great and believe it or not it's you know some people say like well the american silver eagle is 999 fine silver so it's just you know it's it's better because it's almost pure silver it's not that hard and you can look up how to do it on the Internet to extract silver from ninety percent coins and get that copper and the other metals away from it it's not that difficult all you need is some nitric acid and a couple little odds and ends around the house maybe a glass beaker etc etc do a little science experiment it's actually pretty easy to do so it's not impossible and you know for the sake of just trading and things like that if there was an economic collapse this this is fine you don't have to convert it to pure silver etc you know 90 percent silver would still be just fine let's talk about some things that that I think are just totally pro with these of course the small size easy to you know like hey boom there's my loaf of bread no big deal you know I bought it now it's cheap too the premiums on junk silver are very low I can get a about ten of these for eleven dollars right now twelve if you want to go on a high you know it's it's it's pretty low oftentimes you can get really close to spot price if not lower than spot price if you get some deals with the junk silver so really good price on them premiums are not an issue here real real cheap and Roosevelt dimes they are really cheap compared to some of the other dimes like Mercury's have a little bit of a numismatic value barbers as well so you're going to be losing some premium on those whereas Roosevelt's haven't had that hit yet I will also say that you don't have to worry about getting like a collectors you know coin here with the Roosevelt's they're in my opinion and you can argue this all you want there is no key dates for the Roosevelt dime series that's ninety percent silver the it's my knowledge the best let's say the best the lowest mintage Roosevelt dime is around twelve and a half million so if you want to call that a key date yeah be my guest not really a key date in this series so you don't have to worry about you know like oh no that was gonna be you know a good one or a lot of he knows a lot of value there excetera you can just buy them and just walk out and not have to have any kind of other thought in your mind so because the Roosevelts are a newer dime compared to like Mercury's and Barbour dimes they haven't had all the where that those older coins have had yet yet so on average the Roosevelt dimes haven't got worn down to just almost nothing yet and I can pick one of these nasty looking black ones right here and even that being nasty looking it hasn't got worn down that much it's actually have still a lot of life to it you know despite it being a terrible color it's not so bad and not a lot of silver loss is taken away from these right now I have another video feel free to look at it about me weighing different you know types of coins to see the silver loss that happens on average so check out that video which one do you think look at the size right here is going to be easier to counterfeit I think so too I agree let's talk about it being recognizable go down you're that same neighborhood that you went down with your American Silver Eagle and bring out that dime every single person every single person is going to recognize that dime there everybody's going to know what the Roosevelt dime it's it's the most recognizable coin you could possibly ask for and it's still being you know used today the only issue will come from using Roosevelt dimes is that they do not say silver on there it's it's just something that you know because they were 90 percent silver in those years that's just the way they did them they probably didn't feel the need to write silver on their coinage so you know it's just something that you're gonna have to explain show etc if it ever did come to that that these are 90 percent silver coins any coin that's dimes half dollars quarters that's 1964 and prior are gonna be 90 percent silver all right now that we're at the end of the video and this is my choice though Roosevelt dime as being the best silver that you could add to your stack period I gave you my reasons I want to say that you know just adding only Roosevelt dimes to your stack may not be the best idea that's not what I do i diversify and get a little bit of everything and that way I can't be wrong because I've gotten everything but you know this is definitely something to consider if you haven't gotten to the junk silver or any Roosevelt dimes consider this stuff consider grabbing you know a couple tubes of those so cheap it's so cheap and easy to transport alright now that you have my opinion on the best silver to stack go ahead and leave me your comment tell me what you think maybe you think something different let me know what you're thinking why you think that way there's nothing wrong with thinking differently that's what makes this community great we can think differently we're allowed to it's oh it's a ok it's fine we're gonna survive together if you like the video please thumbs up it I love your thumbs the thumbs are awesome I appreciate your nice little leave me a comment down below like I said and subscribe if you haven't share the video with friends maybe some other people out there would like to see what you know I believe is the best and maybe they can give me their opinion maybe they can change my mind anyways I better go now spectacular is out [Music]
