foreign ERS it's angry turtle and today I have for you power armor tier list and of course I will include all the essential information and I will do my best to compress those as I have already so many videos analyzing different Power armors testing them against each other so my knowledge and answers in here will reflect practical performance of power armors in Fallout 76 rather than comparing stats on paper as I already proved many times those do not translate into Power Armor performance so we are starting with tier B just before we continue please check out the latest offers from G fuel zero sugar 140 milligrams of caffeine to keep you energized and thanks to G fuel being our sponsor all those products 30 off with code Turtle links down below and do I probably like how why are you starting from tubing and that's because there is no bed power armor in Fallout 76. they all good so the worst ones are in tier B this is t51b ultrasight power armor prototype x01 Raider nt45 all those five power armors and if you want to know why every Power Armor is good that's purely because every single power armor piece have hidden effects providing damage mitigation and radiation mitigation which is way more important than damage resist energy resist or radiation resist so that's all together every power armor without any mods regardless of its level will provide you with 42 percent damage mitigation so that is a lot and about 90 radiation mitigation so this alone is incredibly good and those power armors why those particular are in tirby because outside of resistance they do not offer anything special the those are not the best in anything although if you want to use any of those you can they're all good they all tier B and Worth to mention here Raider is available from level 15 so if you want to use power armor at low level you absolutely can you absolutely can go for a radar power armor and you will be incredibly tanky as soon as you complete the set now tier a and for tier a we have three power armor sets t65 Strangler heart and excavator why those in particular even though excavator has very low resistance it does provide you with 100 carry weight if you have a set and quadruple the mining yield if you need lead ore you will still use excavator even if you have something better for everyday use case so it is absolute tier a it changes you into mining machine multiplies everything and gives you carry weight I was using this power armor daily before the better one came out so I was using it for years exclusively all the time it was serving me well then Strangler hard this is a unique power armor the full set will add some additional acid damage which is in practice poison damage to everything you shoot at it's very small but it can be multiplied if you use multi-projective weapons like shotguns and it does have it place in PvP so that's why it's tier a the total resistance is really good and then t65 only tier a because even though the resistance is absolutely the best the resistance of this power armor is absolutely the best of all possible power armor the problem is that's it there is nothing special about it good resistance nothing special now what's in tier s so absolute s tier the best of the best two power armors Union or Hellcat now why those particular too Union power armor provides really good resistance and on top of that full set increase your carry weight by 75 so close to excavator and gives you 150 poison resistance none other power armor will provide you with poison resistance it's a very important late game and it helps you to save on legendary perk funky that's you don't need it if you are new to power armor you should know that end game very rarely anything can kill you if you are wearing any power armor and poison is one of those things that can kill you the second one is the fire damage but poison is absolute number one so this helps you out mitigate the poison and adds extra carry weight then Hellcat it's not the best resistance there are power armors with better resistance but what power armors do not offer you it's additional two percent ballistic damage mitigation per piece topping out at 12 even though it's not specified for the helmet helmet does provide two person two so total of 12 percent ballistic damage mitigation and he would say that's not too much that's just 12 percent the point is this is 12 percent that's not damage resistance related damage mitigation so in case of Daily Ops decryption where you'll damage raises energy resist does not matter at all as enemies have 100 armor penetration Hellcat will still provide you with those benefits on top of regular damage mitigation that every Power Armor has and on top of perks you can use with this power armor what makes it the most powerful power armor versus Daily Ops decryption versus imposter event and versus all types of ballistic damage as you add damage mitigation on top of damage resistance so the best power armor versus ballistic damage the best power armor where other power armors cannot help you which is Daily Ops decryption and who knows if future will bring more content like that or not so those are the reasons those two power armor sets are as tier of course you know which one is my daily driver it's Union power armor the poison resistance and carry weight absolute the best for me and I do own every Power Armor in the game I'm still using Union Power Armor All the Time even though sometimes I need Hellcat I just cannot move I'm carrying too much stuff I cannot sacrifice this extra Caraway now is my tier list aligns with yours let me know and that being said thank you for watching and see you all in the next one
