I love Victor Borge. I was lucky enough to see him perform at 89 years old. I'm 14, in the front row, laughing and gaping at his talent. He notices something odd, a kid in his old audience.
"Young man, how old are you?"

"Yes, sir. Very much."
"You know when I was your age, I was 16."
This is pure nostalgia for me. For my grandparents, Victor Borge was the pinnacle of comedy.
Victor Borge was one of the last great vaudville acts. His partnered rendition of Hungarian Rhapsody is the very thing that got me passionate about music.
Not to mention that I still use inflationary language to this day. My wife loves it when I say the she looks "twoderful tonight."
