The BEST goldmaking addon in Dragonflight is a gamechanger

what's up guys so I've talked a while ago about the crafts and Maddon and this just this is a game changer and it's just gotten better ever since so we're gonna take a look we're gonna break down some of the new features that I didn't look at in my last video and I'm going to tell you how I use this and this add-on is just absolutely fantastic for uh for any profession work in dragonflight will help you figure out all the stuff related to the value of stats um which recipes should you craft what material should we craft with and all that jazz so let's just uh let's just take a look um so obviously we have the control panel up here with a ton of different models modules that you can turn off and on which will open up more more windows so some of these are are fairly straightforward material optimization it will tell you the the best material combination to reach a specific inspiration breakpoint um or just the cheapest one so there there can be sometimes a little bit of issue with some of these items being temporarily mispriced but usually this works pretty well um and then you have price details shows you the item the most important one is average profit I talked about this this will show you the average profit from crafting a given item and it'll tell you the value on the average or change of the value average profit if you add more of one of the stats so if you're looking at Burning devotion right now you'd lose a thousand gold on average that would be really dumb to craft that to go to um well I'm not wearing my I'm not wearing my top profit gear either either so that's going to make it even worse um but if we if we put on the inspiration gear then we can see that now that I have 150 more inspiration this one's actually profitable uh 400 gold average and I'm obviously relying on the quality three to to get any profit from from this specific recipe and the same for for rafting devotion um so this uh this will tell you so you can figure out if if one number is higher then you know that's the stat you want for that recipe um and this will obviously help you make the right decisions but they have some more um cool stuff that they didn't have back then recipes scan this is so useful I use this all the time on my jewelcrafter you can set what you want uh you can optimize for a guaranteed Max quality you can use a specific materials quality for instance when I do this on my jewelcrafter I just set materials quality to three um because I know that for all of the the rare gems with materials quality three I'm guaranteeing Max Max rank it will also optimize profession tools so it'll look at your different profession tools and swap them out if necessary to get higher profits and it'll scan and then you get the sorted list of the average profit now this is just raw profit not profit margin but it's still very useful so we can see that and we also see how many you have of Any Given item so you can see that I have a bunch of I have a bunch of Frozen writs somewhere software grids they're both apparently pretty good right now then you have the devotions the rafting devotion burning devotion and some other some other uh recipes that show off and then you if you click the uh the little arrow then it'll navigate straight to that one and you can start crafting so I use this all the time like I'll just uh jump to the next one slam this and then just craft a couple most use this for drill crafting but it also works well for enchanting worse for pretty much every profession just to give you maybe you're missing a recipe that you haven't thought about well use this and you'll maybe you'll be surprised maybe you won't uh but this is definitely a way to to find a bunch of of profitable recipes apparently the solution Primal fire recipes extremely expensive right now I guess I have to craft one um but yeah this is um this is essentially what you um what you do with that the recipe scan and I find this to be just uh absolute Game Changer uh trade skill Masters still doesn't really support looking at the profit correctly for uh for dragonflight items so having it um here is just fantastic then you have another another fun one craft results uh this will essentially just track your your profits over a um a rear crafting session so um if I well right now it's not on on one of the recipes but if I go to howling Ridge which I crafted a couple of earlier we can see here I crafted 27 of them the expected profit is 2.2 gold 74 silver but I got unlucky we can see the red multicraft and the red resourcefulness so I got less multicraft procs than I should have and I got less value from the resourcefulness process that I should have according to the average math so the end result to that is that I lost about one gold per craft instead of earning two gold cents for silver the session profit is extremely low because it apparently for I crafted to crafting orders for aspect Shadow flame quests and just assuming that I put the set the materials on fire so this that's the the issue here but outside of that this is very um very useful very fun uh this will let you know if you got unlucky or if you got lucky during a crafting session it will also help you figure out like how much gold you're making per hour um so if you do minutes or whatever of howling Rune crafting or something like that and you can see how much cold you or how much profit you're expected to make from that um which is uh which is pretty fine pretty fine then we have some other useful ones is these price details or price and cost um so you have price details this is this one right here I'll show you the prices of the various finished items so you can see here that uh the quality two ones are pretty much worthless and all of the value is in the quality three ones not surprising and then we can take a look at the cost details which is just going to show you a breakdown of the material costs that craftsim is using and that's basing this we can see the crafting cost is 58 gold right now we have a children um so that quality two so the crafting cost there is quality two now obviously I got really lucky so maybe we're profitable now yeah one multicraft proc and we are in the green nice um but yeah that's um that's the price and cost details now if you see something that here that's wrong that's possible maybe maybe someone's reset quality to your children's and and you bought a bunch of them at 60 Gold but they're now what 70 80 gold uh maybe because of the Border brick Quest so everyone's buying it today then you can just go to Price overrides here and you can change the price of any item you want you can see here that I have some some price overrides here that I set during uh one of these border brick Mania days where I had the bunch of idol fin Dorado already um so I just wanted to sell um Zelda stews for something that was a profit for me or try to figure out if it was a profit to craft with the price based on the prices that I actually bought it for a little while ago um so you can change the item you can change the price of any of the materials you can change the price of any quality of the finished item and then this will update the average profit um for the item right here so if I if I set um The Howling Rune our children quality three and we set this to say 60 Gold and we save we can see now it's suddenly extremely profitable and then if once you want to remove it then you'll just click remove um or we can see here that I have some active oil rights you can also just click clear all to remove them um this looks pretty useful there's also a module for dealing with customers but since I don't do crafting orders then uh that's not really really useful to me um you can see what the crafting orders you've done and you can see there's an add-on for auto Whispering where you can set up a message with a specific format this can can be useful but I think there might be other add-ons that can sort of solve the um send a whisper I think you'd probably just have a a macro lets you update manually is just as easy um like people don't care about your crafting costs but this is just a default message and they have a bunch of different codes that you can support to get Dynamic data from your crafting professions into into chat which is kind of useful that's kind of useful so those are the most important parts that I haven't covered I think this this recipe scan is the main thing that's new since the last video and this is extremely useful and also make sure that you always if for for some professions you'll want to swap gear depending on what you're crafting so for instance I pretty much know that one if I'm crafting fauna runes then I just want multicraft but if I was crafting doing crafting orders for the staffs or the offhands then obviously you want to swap to inspiration so you can change to top inspiration you can set the top resource unless you can max out the specific Stat or you can just max out the profit of a given recipe all those work and it's extremely extremely useful to help you craft the right items get them onto the auction house find items that are profitable and have the right setup to you to make them profitable so yeah that's sort of how the main things that I use crafting for I think it's the best um add-on on the market right now if you're looking to do anything with crafting professions so hopefully um you'll uh you'll be able to take advantage of the of this as well [Music] [Applause] [Music]
