all right guys so part two is up ready to go give you something pretty cool and interesting to look at all right [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] part two's here we're ready to go we got the grip we got the triangle we've got a little bit of chest rotation now we're going to learn center your center your center of gravity [Music] okay where that's positioned and how that affects the bottom of the arc so for guys like adam turn around he struggled really badly i guess you could say really badly with it last time because he had all the right elements the grip the triangle but he couldn't rotate he was always sliding to the right in order to get your weight and cg to a place where you get that arc moving in the correct way okay you've got to feel like you get more to your left hand side okay yeah we have to hit down on it we have to go through the ball right but how do you do that he's trying to go through it but his weight's over here so you can never get to the ball he's gonna chunk or thin it so for part two making sure that he's going on top of it and down and through it is very very essential so we're gonna show you a little bit of how he was able to do this [Music] guys the new start learning about how the hips rotate so that's going to affect cg so if i slide to the right all my weight's on my right hand side okay if i slide to the left all my weights on the left hand side but i can also rotate on this so i can rotate back and on this right side you can be okay but at certain point time you got to get back over to where your weights on your left-hand side i mean tiger did it back in the day where he was more on his right-hand side then he went to his left hand side but for you guys i want i want you to feel like you're staying more on top of it and then moving your left hand side like there's a hill you're falling down like you're falling down a hill over the left hand side and you're turning and pushing out of it when you're turning back the right knee needs to straighten straighten and it has to look almost like it's angled back if it's straight over it that's no good that means your weight's gonna be too far on your right hand side so turning over the top of it getting to your left hand side and then pushing through to your left add with the chest rotation right it's gonna look as such [Music] see what adam has now take what you learned over in the bunker right yeah bryson had me he was literally pushing me this way in my back swing he's back there and he pushes yeah so take it back and stay on your left hand side try and feel like your weight is over in this area yes i'm here yes before i was yes exactly that's no good that's called a sway swing is no bueno obviously at first this is a very foreign feeling yep it was the only way i was able to get down on it yep there's literally the only way so let's hit a couple let's see let's see what you got whoa that was clean that was really good but you still slid i still slid a little bit and i still chunked it just a tad turn your hips more don't be afraid to turn let the hips turn let the right knee straighten yes that feels much better all right down through it so that one i really felt like i maybe came down too hard so the right arm is what's straightening not the left arm let's go back to part one the left arm is straight the whole time so take it back yes if you're on top of it that's a thin shock that's better than it there we go that's clean it's still not rotating enough so let me help you so see you're bending down this way yep you need to stay tall rotate [Music] okay so you're not too stalling yeah you need to rotate all the way through all the way through [Music] that's how you finish through see how it brings the right foot up i feel like i have more power that way too yeah it's coming from the ground this ball did it it went i just miss hit it we're good i'm tired no i hit it on the heel just just a bit okay let's get another one but that was a strike but that was a strike rotate through yeah chunk but it went i mean that wasn't too bad of a child no no yeah oh that was sick that's the best hit of my life right there dang that was clean yes that was so clean see how easy it was though it didn't feel like there was much effort to it you weren't driving it hard no it's just like the club's getting thrown out it's the contact but again without bryson physically moving my body yeah i couldn't imagine being able to do it on your right it's tough to do it on my own like that's what i gotta try try a bunch of things oh we're getting somewhere now baby that's pretty solid that was clean that was dope i'll take that okay let's go again let's keep hitting it that rotation really helps time that release because if you watch this if you stall on hip rotation right you're gonna throw it out okay so if i sort of rotate so so if i stall if i don't keep rotating the hips yeah that's gonna happen oh wow it really opens it up yes you have to open up [Music] nope nope what happened no i feel like i came out of it too early or something and i didn't swing down at it you still got to swing down yeah not going down through the ground again again yeah all right that was good you still didn't get to your left hand side and you didn't turn through look at your hips towards the target the hips need to be pointed all the way yes keep turning through focus on straightening the left knee that's the thing too late so you stalled essentially went like this you didn't i want you to keep turning through the whole swing do the whole thing like spin out get your belly button pointed way to the left stay on the left side stay tall go to point to the left it's closer [Music] this is all what part two is about is just turning the lower body back right knee straightening and left knee straightening [Music] you're like slipping again i went and you feel like you slept take it back a little bit slower don't be as like violent okay take your time at the top sure [Music] there we go that's better that's good the rotation allows the club to get thrown out if you stop the clubs can be thrown out really early you're gonna chunk it and you're gonna fight with your hands to pull through it you want the golf swing to be as easy as possible you don't want to you know struggle to force the club into the ground or whatever you want the club to work for you and so letting that club get thrown out by your rotation of the hips is super important we don't talk about that that much especially i didn't talk about in part one because this part two is super important for people to understand so they can get good proper biomechanics and physics working for them instead of against them if he's install his hips well now he's trying to pull the club through is aggressively pulling the club through rather than if i was to keep rotating club gets thrown out and i'm not even working hard to hit it i want the club to work for you not against you i'm trying to literally have the club swing in a plane in a position it's just passing through i'm not trying to forcefully hit anything that's why i'm trying to get him on his left-hand side and straightening and getting up on top of it [Music] last little thing is a small tidbit but very important as well as keeping your head still work on keeping that head dead still as you're rotating around your body okay so because if you rotate you can rotate and then move the head we want the head to stay dead still okay so this is going to be me showing you guys how my head is moving i still do it i thought the ball but it's not powerful i can't produce power doing that whereas if i rotate on a stable base i can produce way more power okay so those are the three things in part two they're gonna be very important to creating a consistent and effortless and powerful swing those three things and part two are super important i can't wait for you guys to try this out
