official claim range right yeah so I I mean we've seen so many EVS uh already roughly can guess what kind of pricing from China Brands M and what kind kind of mileage we can get the same pricing from a European brand they will never be able to get this kind of range just purely China uh dominate when it comes to battery uh cost versus capacity yeah but to be honest the price in China is so much different than in Malaysia no choice because China you have to understand H China is Left Hand Drive market right and in China a tiny brand a small tiny brand like Hyundai sells 250,000 cars a year a tiny brand in China sells 250,000 cars a year so a Big Brand like Cherry de all right they have massive volumes in in in China so when your car sells a lot what is the cost to produce it's a lot cheaper right mhm uh so for our Market is homologated to right hand drive understand yes it's a totally different volume when they calculate right how how many they can sell right you cannot reach there yet if if right hand drive Market has the same volume as China obviously the prices will massively come down because you look at all this thing right the screen the whole dashboard right you cannot take a left hand drive one and put here the angle everything is different it's a totally different molding and all that uh I mean some parts are sharable but anyway let's not talk about industry specific stuff first okay the car feels quiet so quiet that I can hear the tire because it's quiet and I'm amazed with the view quality oh the car just helped me I I wasn't looking ahead and then my car crossed the line and the car very soft some cars are very loud so I like this one very very minor hint girls like this Ty of interior very very very very much right yeah even if it's not pink doesn't matter you want pink interior man not really would you not if there's an option that means right if now maybe not pink like maybe like beige oh beige beige and then the combo color is pink right I know would you okay let's say if omoda has two option mhm beit right here yeah beit right yeah and then this is the blue combo yeah another one is the pink combo not the bright pink not the neon pink but the light pink the softer pink so which option would you take this one the blue one or the pink one I'll go for the pink one the inner princess in me but yeah the the blue one still five and then they just take out the grill they change the whole exterior look in front oh the grill yeah the gr TV uh is very important for a clean not uh aerodynamics very important yeah it greatly affects the range yeah so nice at interior yeah we should switch everybody to when are you getting your EV let you all see what's that when are you getting e wait okay let them see the dashboard okay front ooh F tries to cut me okay straight though straight so basically they renew this part this part go what is this white what oh there's a screen there yeah there's a screen here and then uh okay it says T there's a t here and then there is a figure here and then this is the the whole figure of without E5 then you will light up during the night very nice very beautiful oh yeah yeah oh yeah oh so basically I'm going to peel it off sorry this guy is like super new you know yeah can you see and then there's a tiny tiny little dot though here there some texture it's a it's a decoration it's a decoration yes you yeah it's meant for decoration you crumple up the plastic how to put back sorry Cher there's a lot more Plastics over this guy is super super duper new yeah it's like okay let me let me fold it back okay okay oh yeah and then I want to show you guys one thing that I really really in love with what is that then when you open right see usually I know it's not more than a cosmetic mirror right but it's so different that you open there is a light on it like all over and then it can switch different colors you know like you touch it becomes White oh and then you touch it becomes warm light I just love it so much I always wonder one thing you know it's like how how expensive can a mirror be why every car maker put a tiny tiny little mirror there and look at this this is so nice really it's a back lit uh LED light and it's the soft warm light right and you can change the color for your makeup and all that right yeah yo they have perfect they also have it for driver side yes they have both side yes see that's why you know that's why this era right is is I mean the traditional car makers the especially the Japanese Carm they try to cut this thing cut the thing with let me change you guys flip let's cut the sound here okay I mean that's why I like one one thing I I love about Chinese car makers is that if they can give it to you if they thought about the idea they will just give it to you yes yes they won't try cut it keep it cut it and then they say I add it into like here and there no they just give you everything they have why can't other carmers do that this is it it it shows sincerity you know it shows that they are sincere like I don't know whether you know or not like uh that that Honda eot right yeah you buy 2 lit you see the sunglass holder but you can not open it you buy the 2.4 you can open it yeah that's what they do it's there but it's not there I don't know they go especially they they specially manufacture a a cover uhuh just to be a dummy and and not allow you to open it and and oh my God okay so here's a wireless charger yeah the car drives really well it's comfortable it steers well you know one thing I I want EV cars right every time I put the the foot down they don't have the to Steel this and that you know it's it's it's they just go so it's nice okay this is currently at this price point my favorite interior definitely my favorite interior for this price point okay let's go through the interior in detail yep okay let's look at the interior architecturally we are familiar with it mhm uh yeah and Rachel is here so she's going to block the how the front seat looks like but generally it's the same it's just that it's really really good looking uh remember I mentioned to everybody that the Hoda's interior look like 200,000 exterior look like 300,000 now the interior look like 350,000 yep it looks like that now because I just absolutely love this color combo now before I continue I know a lot of Malaysian especially people who buy cars around the 100,000 150,000 range will say this a white color the how I don't want this combination I want other color I want black I want gray I want black I want gray now let me do my justification okay I know I know I'm not as good looking as her okay but let me do some storytelling first okay okay the the thinking that IO I don't want this beautiful interior because I'm worried it will get dirty and when it's dirty means it's no longer beautiful right mhm so in essence you are worried it is not as pretty later on yes because you dirty it right yeah so the logic for Malaysians is a it's so pretty yeah I'm worried it's no longer pretty later so what's the solution for most Malaysians let's get an ugly one now or get the less prettier one it's like hi imagine she she sells cars richel this interior is too beautiful I'm worried it will no longer be beautiful can I get one that is less beautiful right so people when you see something beautiful go for it go for it it's like you cannot think that wow this is my girlfriend she's so pretty what if she run away with another guy let's look for one that is less pretty so that she won't run away to with another guy joking catch it if you can so I just want to get this out of the because that's what most Malaysian say when they see a beautiful white beige interior that's the first thing that come comes across their mind but we want beautiful things right okay actually it's not too hard to take care of because just now uh I end got to FL it there's some stain on it and then I just wipe it off it's just as easy as that yeah definitely I know that I mean material wise and whatnot you mean as days goes by is yeah two years down the road three years down the road obviously you need to take care of it okay obviously you need to take care of it but just look at it it's so pretty it's worth taking care of it's beautiful all right now for those of you who has never seen the omoda interior let's go through the interior this is how the door panel looks like look at that the top part the stitching all right what I like about the way they Design This is that there are multiple types of material over there there just 1 two three four exactly there are many many types of material and the combination makes it beautiful I know this one is not real wood you cannot expect that kind of this is 160 yeah expenditure on this this level of car but at least it looks beautiful all right and it's smooth to the touch it's a nice touch okay uman even the look at the airon vs the handle to the airon vs they care to do a nurl pattern over there it's cold to the touch you know and all those lines yeah the curves and all yeah it's a it's a beautiful mature design that is what I I like it's artistic and look at the speaker grill that is laser cut next to the speaker grill that indentation there see this one here it's nice it's nice and having the airon vent here as it blows against this right they all feel cold to the touch and that is a nice feeling when you are in a beautiful interior all right it's so nice now the stocks the stocks are also wonderful for a car at this price point all right the operation of it the feel of it and then this thing just feels good to the touch when you operate them it just feels nice this car is Thoroughly premium oh oh oh oh how do I switch it off okay off okay I like the operation of it and when the moment you put the the signals it's very very clear is it wow different angles also look at this just now we went into our colleagues forun to right mhm the reverse camera is so bad what's going on with the re oh the whole PL thing the the the plate yeah yeah yeah it looks like a wave coming coming coming at us is the the what's that called the the Dealer's number plate we don't this car is not registered yet okay now let's go through the exterior design of the car from here because it's so nice the rim yeah oh the rims are different huh 18 in Rim yes aoy R this kind of look looks good the omoda 5 E5 E5 yes yeah electric version of omoda you know every time when every time uh when when the omoda first came out mhm everybody thought it's an electric car really because it looks like an electric car right the design of it looks like an electric car yeah all right let's go through the rest even all these buttons you look at the the it doesn't feel plastic at all yeah this are called the the I call them satin Chrome satin Chrome Mater basically they they make plastic feel like metal and it's a very very nice touch yeah feels solid oh that is to angle it and then this one oh this one is can oh okay nice yeah and then this is manual okay this let's talk about the seats oh my god it feels so comfy yeah look at the design and all yeah the seats are fantastic they look like gaming seats H yeah all right so they put real money into seats all right umof German car makers German car makers why people who buy your 250,000 300,000 cars you don't give them this type of seat you only give you only you will only richel do you know that you will only able to get this type of seat in German car because when you spend upwards of of 700,000 oh really 700,000 800,000 then only they give you this level of seat because most of the time they give you the the lower cost ones and uh there's something I want to check oh I want to ask you something do you know how to switch off this car switch off yeah uh there's no on off so I assume parp and then open the door walk off actually here the power off it just switch the button done what if I don't do this I just take the key and walk off I believe it will off this is what they thought me if you want you can try so uh now it's on again mhm where's the key I take the key uhhuh I walk out now it's part redemer right yeah I just open the door and then I walk out close the door ah okay now that's why stupid cannot be okay okay okay okay okay I mean no no Engineers no Engineers would design a switch off feature like that right right because they will think whether it's uh logical for for users or not right so that is a way to do it I guess yeah that's a way to switch off the car yeah if I want to really want to sit in the car I just don't want everything to be on I want to switch it off then you can do that now without walking out anyway this I believe is the indicator everything I think this is the infrared thingy that reads my eyes see whether I am concentrating or not on the road right you know one thing I like about them is that see they they they covered every surface you know the color sorry the space below this they have like an anti sleep thing where you can yeah rubber Riz yeah it's rubber Riz fantastic all these cars and there's USB Point all over M lovely okay this one is there's air coming out you can let air come out chill your stuff yeah yeah yeah good and look at this nural pattern and rose gold my God here rose gold that's the thing in most car makers how much you need to spend in order to see these type of things in there this kind of touches you know I just I love the interior I absolutely love the interior this this is one of the most beautiful interior out there for this price point okay let's check out the yeah I'm going to go to the rear seats no point for sitting all the time in the front in the okay put in the Middle look at how new this car is okay let's drag this out okay okay okay nothing much cup holders just let's sit here okay I am 5' 11 You Are I Am 158 157 157 uh 1607 according to my passport okay but you wear high heels M so 160 okay M okay my feet is size 11 and a half and luckily I'm able to put my feet comfortably between the base of the rear seats and the rails so that it's comfortable interestingly there is a small little bump here not extensive and this one the airon van first time I see a single one usually they they have two right yeah so USBC USB Pockets over here this is also nice setting Chrome material real reading R yeah all right and uh now for you okay right now for Rachel see just like a pal okay for me like two fingers the seat back is all right for long distance okay it's not the the the most angular like slanted type but it's not too straight either there are some SUVs that are like this straight so this one is okay but it's not the most but let me can you help me press the headrest down all the way is it all the way down okay okay yeah so even at even if you drop the hitrest it doesn't block the back of your neck some European cars do that you know they block the back of your neck so it's all right at the end of the day right this is not a very very very very big car okay okay you can see from my the space available okay it's not a huge car but as a family small young family car it's all right okay and yeah that's how the interior looks like it's beautiful beautiful of course really love of course I I would wish if had if it had a full panoramic but at least there's a sunroof it's okay as for vantage point this is my eye level because of the extremely comfortable seat in front is rather big even though I am sitting higher than the front passengers but at least the view is okay from the side because you won don't feel super claustrophobic the windows are big enough all right actually at the end of the day the windows will be bigger if they did not design such a sporty exterior if you make it very blocky right right give and take give and take it's always at this one when car makers design something Ultra sporty you're going to have some um sacrifices when it comes to Ingress and egress you know putot space and all that the the the trick is to balance it though oh actually there is interior like around the sound system yeah just not when a car pass by right they indicate that there is car pass by and then you will have like a a orange rate oh oh the the blind spot warning and all that oh wow very nice all these nice touch uh things to be discovered okay so like I like I said again the Chinese car makers so far now for me they are the most sincere if they can if they can s it in if they can do it for you they will do it for you it's so nice all right so uh By the time this video comes out the car should be launched now M yep all right and uh by then we'll try and do a patrol variant yeah so again these are the daytime running lights the signatures are here and these are the headlights the actual headlights all right and the charging port is in front so you don't
