salvation father thank you for bringing home lost sons and daughters father god i thank you right now in this house that you are breaking things off of homes i thank you that you are restoring marriages right now father god i thank you that you are going into hospitals and you are healing the sick god i pray right now that there's a radical movement and that people are coming off a ventilator's god and i pray right now that you are going to move like you have never moved father god father we pray for the churches father god across this world that are being persecuted in god the ones that are hiding god the ones that are desperate for you that we cry out right now for your protection over them god we pray right now that you be with them god god that you go within them god and amen your giving to god should be something that is near and dear to your heart you couldn't even go to the temple without a sacrifice if you study the scriptures and you know the biblical foundation and the biblical pattern friends we ought to live by biblical pattern if you want the bible to work for you you can't just do it have it your way a burger king experience right you got to go according to biblical pattern the foundation is the word of god and the bible says bringing all the tithe into the storehouse how many are seed planters i ask this this more i want you to raise your hand if you're a seed planter you know you can expect a harvest amen if you're a seed planter and you plant it in the right place now if you go out there and put it on the pavement on ramona boulevard it's not going to produce but if you put it in good soil and that you got to define that you got to look into the word what's good soil people lack a harvest because they're not planting seed he that soweth sparingly come on help me church he that soweth sparingly shall reap sparingly [Music] how many want a bountiful harvest this season tomorrow evening at six o'clock we say six at sundown rosh hashanah begins it is also the feast of trumpets wouldn't it be something if the trumpet blows tomorrow night hallelujah even so come quickly lord jesus the rosh hashanah new season new year and we're going to declare that but you got to plant for that if you if you do this with god that's the response you get you determine what god puts back in your life by your steps of faith jesus said according to your faith be it unto you and if you do this with god that's going to be your response this season but if you do this with god you're bountiful you're so s bountifully what's the god what's god's word say you're going to reap everybody say bountifully how many want a bountiful season this fall hallelujah this offering is for the lord's tithe and offerings when you're seated the ushers will come back and give everyone a special offering envelope and i'm going to ask in that offering you can sow it while evangelist is preaching and uh if that word gets under your ribs and in your stomach and somewhere and in your spirit uh you need to sow into that word amen if that word is touching your heart and life and you know that's a word for you and you want to embrace that word i won't encourage you to sow into it and so uh josh carter we don't let many evangelists do this but uh i know the covering he's under but right after the worship team he's coming straight up and start free so that we could be free indeed well what is free indeed pastor josh free indeed looks like a lifted hand on a sunday night free indeed likes like a little bit of a jog in your step free indeed looks like i am not where i used to be i am not in what i used to do i am not addicted to the things i'm addicted for the sun has set me free if you're free in the room take 10 more seconds and let every devil know and every demon know i am free come on i said you're free i set you free i said no weapon formed against you shall be able to prosper i came to declare to you that if he be for you normal you came to see what god had prepared for you if that's you shout amen well my lord i feel like having church just a little bit jesus come on slip up your hands in the room i sense the presence of the lord come on i sense the presence of the lord come on just open your mouth all across this room and begin to worship for just a second come on just begin to worship just begin to worship come breakthrough in this room i feel glory in this room i feel the anointing of god that comes to break every yoke in this room tonight [Music] on if you pray in the holy ghost just begin to pray in the spirit i feel like we are on the threshold of miracle territory right here i feel like there's somebody about to get a miracle in this room somebody's about to get healing in their body god's about to restore he's about to answer a prayer come on begin to pray in the holy ghost for just a second in fact if you fear if you feel comfortable just reach over and put your hand on somebody's shoulder i feel like somebody needs a miracle i feel like somebody needs a miracle i feel like god wants to heal bodies now i don't believe god has to wait till the end of the service to heal about it i believe god can heal about it i believe there's somebody watching me online right now you have you have issues in your body in fact in the name of jesus i cursed covered 19 by the root in the name of jesus i curse delta varian at the root in the name of jesus i say watch this people are coming off ventilators in the name of jesus i declare as this word goes forward in the next days and weeks god is about to heal now look you've got your hand on your neighbor's shoulder i want you to take 30 seconds and i just want you to pray the prayer of faith over somebody and if they've got sickness and disease come on pray for them if they've got issues pray for them i believe god's going to heal somebody right now come on take 30 seconds begin to pray one for another come on do it do it now do it now do it now in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus christ in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus arthritis in the name of jesus god's dealing with arthritis there's a knee injury god is healing right now ligaments in the back of the knee god is touching it right now [Music] come on ten more seconds god is regulating diabetes right now he's getting in the blood he's getting in the blood with a greater blood i said he's getting in the blood with a greater blood me in fact can i obey the lord for just a second i'm gonna preach i promise you got a bloody you got blood is something in the blood blood issues issues in the blood diabetes some virus in the blood who am i talking to in this room if i'm talking you just slip up your hand real high you're dealing with an issue in your blood one where you at where you at two three come on where you at i sense this strong there it is in the back i see hands going up all the way in the back hands i hand i see it i see it i say yes i see it i see it i said keep your hand raised keep your hand raised if you're near somebody with their hand raised come on i want you just to put your hand on their shoulder nobody left untouched for just a moment i feel like we're in miracle territory i want to obey the lord i want to obey the lord i want to obey the lord for just a moment i sense this in my spirit it's in the blood and if you're not near somebody just extend your hand towards somebody with their hand raised and we're gonna ask the lord to begin to touch issues in the blood oh i feel me i feel i feel the glory of the lord coming are you ready to help me pray all across this room come on let's begin to pray right now father in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus in the name of jesus father i thank you by your spirit not by might or by power but by your spirit you are cleaning and cleansing the blood father right now lord you are sending her sending your power of your spirit lord the power of your spirit lord into blood cells god and i thank you lord that you are strengthening the blood with your own blood and father we declare lord that miracle signs and wonders take place in this room not by the name of a preacher not by the name of a church not not by the name of a pastor but god by the name of jesus christ we declare bodies are being made whole blood is being made clean in the name of jesus and we declare it to be done and we declare it to be finished come on now if you believe that put your hands together and give god some praise in this room come on i said if you believe it [Music] come on if you believe it that there's power power wonder working power in the blood of jesus well if this is where we start and i'm not sure where we're going to end up come on somebody i want you while you're while you go while you're standing grab your bibles and turn to the gospel of john how about this worship team come on can we give god some praise for them the gospel according to john and if you can stand if you can't stand if you would it's just just a custom of mine the gospel of john chapter 2 and it's such an honor to be back right here at what i believe is one of the greatest churches in america i said i believe this is one of the greatest churches in america led by some of the greatest pastors in america come on if you love your pastors i honor you i bless you i thank god for you and if you love them real big on labor day weekend come on can you let god know how much you appreciate them let them know let them hear you tonight if you can't tell i feel like preaching just a little bit and uh i thank god every time i hear your pastor talk about generosity it builds my faith your pastor is an incredible man the hand of the lord is on him and there is no doubt not only will you recover you'll recover all [Music] everything this sickness tried to take from you in this last season everything he tried to distract you from in the name of jesus you won't just recover pardon pieces you're going to recover everything in some in fact you're going to come doubly strong out of this thing and the hand of the lord is going to be mighty upon you and i just believe that i just believe that i just believe that john chapter 2 familiar passage of scripture tonight i just feel like it's the word of the lord for you i try to not come rehearsed i try to come fresh i believe that the preacher has the responsibility to come fresh before the people of god every time he brings the word to not have a rehearsed sermon but to have manna from heaven for a people to feed them in a season amen and so uh your pastor's right i'm about to go on vacation i've been a long time since we took one but we're gonna take one now in jesus name amen amen john chapter 2 11 verses this is what the word of the lord says tonight and on the third day there was a wedding in cana of galilee and the mother of jesus was there now both jesus and his disciples were invited to the wedding and when they had run out of wine the mother of jesus said to them they have no wine and jesus said to her woman what does your concern have to do with me my hour has not yet come and his mother said to the servants whatever he says to you do it now they were set there six water pots of stone according to the man of the purification of the jews containing 20 30 gallons of peace and jesus said and fill the water parts with water and they filled them to the brim and he said draw some out now and take it to the master of the feast and they took it and when the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine it did not know where it had come from the servants who had joined the water knew the master of the feast called the bridegroom and he said to him every man at the beginning sets out good wine and when the guests have well drunk then the inferior but you you have kept the good wine until now this beginning of signs jesus did in cana of galilee and manifested his glory and his disciples believed him i want to take just a moment tonight to tell you that god is about to move in our nation like we have never seen before i said god is just about to do something that we have never seen before there is a move of god coming into the earth that we have no reference point for god is about to do something fresh and new but there is one prerequisite if you want to join the move of god and that's what i came to preach tonight god said before he moves he wants your water so if you're looking for a title tonight i i want to preach for just a moment on the subject he wants your water let's pray father thank you for your word speak now in jesus name somebody say amen you can be seated and as you see to just look at somebody say he wants your water he he wants your water thank you so much my friend he wants your water he wants your water if there's anything i believe that many people desire in the world that we live in today yet few find is this nebulous thing called purpose everybody wants to find and discover their purpose everybody wants to know the reason why they exist and why they are in the time called this time called today everybody wants to know purpose purpose is an elusive thing and many people will spend their entire lives chasing what after what without ever discovering why because real purpose is not found in what you do it's found in why you are many people will chase what after what after what without ever discovering why and they'll under they'll get frustrated because of all the things they do nothing hits like it should hit and nothing satisfies like it should be satisfied because purpose is not found in what you do until it's found in why you are god has a purpose for everybody that purpose did not start in time that purpose did not start when you took your first breath or let out your first scream or cry as a baby purpose began and started whenever you were in eternity in in god what am i trying to tell you that long before you were a person in the earth you were a purpose in god in eternity that's why i don't get caught up in what people say about me and what people talk about me and what they called me as a kid and what i went through with my daddy or what i struggled with with my mama because the truth is i didn't go back far enough if i believed it i didn't go back far enough in my lineage to know that i didn't start with what they called me i started before they called me what they call me and god has already said some things about me and if i'm going to believe anything in these days i'm not going to believe what my past says y'all ain't saying nothing i'm not going to believe what people have said about me and what my mistakes have said about me and what demonic spirits have whispered in my ear if i'm going to believe anything in 2021 i'm going to go beyond that back in the day when god looked inside of himself and declared some things over my life because i am not what they say i am what he has already declared god held you back in eternity because of the purpose watch this not that you have because of the purpose you were because many people think that they have purpose i came to tell you you don't just have purpose you are one and god held you back until the perfect time to put you into time god waited and held you back that's why you didn't dance with david and that's why you didn't walk with the disciples that's why you weren't there in the hundreds of years ago but god waited until just the right moment and when he saw what you were in him and saw what the world needed he pulled you out of himself and blew you into time and my friends that's why the devil hates you y'all ain't saying nothing i said that's why the devil hates you that's why the enemy wants to come against you because he knows if you don't quit you can't be stopped oh y'all ain't saying nothing but i'm gonna preach it anyway i said if you don't quit you can't be stopped if you don't give up you can't lose in this thing god has already predestined you and you will win if you do not quit long before you were a person you were a purpose that's why the enemy worked so hard to get in your family because here's what i know about god and here's what i know about purpose that god sets the stage long before he introduces the actor that's why the enemy worked so hard to get in your grandfather and to get in your granddaddy and to plant seeds of lust and generational curses and addiction not because of who they were but because of who you would be you know they say nothing but i came to though i feel the anointing but i came to tell the devil something tonight i came to tell him he's too late y'all miss what i just said i came to tell every demonic spirit you're too late i came to tell every devil you're too late because baby i am in the earth and i have breath in my lungs and because i'm here i'm about to tear down every work in hell and up the devil's kingdom if i got anybody in this room who's ready to take it on for jesus somebody ought to give him some praise right now [Applause] oh come on let every devil know let every demon know you tried but you're too late you hit me but you're too late you came against me but you're too late i'm just about to step into what god has prepared everybody wants to discover purpose few fight it but i want to tell you tonight there are some things god will give you to help you discover your purpose number one god will give you passion passion is the fuel of purpose if you want to know what you're called to look at what you're passionate about god works passion and purpose together look at what you keep running to every time other people run away you always say look at what you are drawn to when everybody else is drawn away if you want to know what you're called to do search out the passion because passion will run you into your purpose what are you passionate about what causes you to cry when you see it and lament over what you see what is the thing that every time you're near it you come alive on the inside what is the one thing that every time you touch it it prospers y'all ain't saying nothing what is the one thing in your life that every time you get near it you feel like you could do it for the rest of your life and it would never be a strain or a stride you could do it easy my friends that is passion the tragedy is is that most of us spend our whole life doing stuff we ain't passionate about we spend a lot of time investing ourselves in things that are not connected to what god has called us to do but in 2021 god is realigning his people there are some blessings with this pandemic i said there were some blessings in this pandemic because some of us were so busy we weren't effective some of us got so busy we weren't doing anything for the kingdom in fact we were barely holding on to salvation we were barely holding on to faith and there was a little bit of a blessing god slowed us all down so that we could finally get back to what matters y'all they say nothing and get back to what he has called us to do and sometimes even if there wasn't a worship team or a preacher you ought to praise god that he slowed us down for a year and gave us back 20 20 vision even though we're in 2021 everybody wants purpose if you want to discover purpose number one you need passion and i've heard preachers preach that all over and over about purpose and passion but i don't hear a lot of preachers talking to you about what you need number two to discover purpose everybody gets the passion part but if you really want to discover your purpose you don't just need passion you need a problem if you really want to discover your purpose your purpose is not wrapped up and when everything is going well your purpose is hidden inside of a problem that your life is called to solve y'all ain't saying nothing i said your purpose is hidden inside a problem that your life is called to solve and when you finally get some unction about you just not run away from stop to stop running away from every problem you see and start running into a problem and saying maybe god has called me not just to see this problem but to solve this problem then perhaps you'll discover your purpose you do know that's why jesus never had a pharisee on his team why because pharisees are good problem seers they just weren't good problem solvers and you know you're a pharisee when you can point it out but you don't ever solve it preach pastor josh you know you've got a pharisedical mind when you can come to church and point out every issue in the church every issue in the pastors every issues in the song every issue online every issue and you don't solve none of it sit down somewhere cause if all you gonna do is complain get out the way cause i can't carry something with somebody who's complaining get up under this thing with me and let's solve something so we can change something [Applause] purpose belongs to the problem solvers if you keep showing up and a problem keeps confronting you perhaps that's god's way of saying this is yours pastor josh why did you just take all that time to talk about purpose passion and a problem because ladies and gentlemen this is the backdrop of our text the text i bring before you it's not a prophetic text it could be construed prophetic but it's not really prophetic the text i bring before you is a purpose text a purpose text that lets us into a problem because many will see this text as a miracle text a wedding text but if you really read this text you wouldn't even known about this wedding had they not run out of wine this wouldn't have even been interjected in the word had there not been a problem a problem that is centered around the fact that they have been partying so hard that they have run out of wine they have run out of wine at a wedding they have run out of wine at a wedding they have run out of wine at a wedding which means that something in the atmosphere calls the problem because can i be deep tonight because every wedding can be broken down into two areas two parts number one it can be broken down into the ceremony every wedding has the ceremony every wedding has to party but there is a part of a wedding that you don't hear talked about a lot and it's called the covenant part of the wedding every wedding is either ceremony or it's covenant it looks a lot like church because in every church there are always two sets of believers ceremony ceremony and covenant you know ceremony believers they come into the room for the experience they came into the room tonight for the lights the chance of community they came in for the experience but there are some of us in this room that came in for a different reason that you didn't come in to see a preacher or hear a song you came in to experience god you didn't come here just to have an hour and a half to make you feel good you came in this room because to come in this room might need a chance that you encounter god and if you experience the worship but don't empower god is it really worth it y'all ain't saying nothing if you came in this room and encountered the preacher but never encounter god is it worth it god get us back to being the kind of people that say thank you for the ceremony but if we didn't have the ceremony i need the covenant so that i can go another day [Applause] they didn't run out of wine in the covenant party they ran out of wine during the ceremony why do you run out in ceremony because ceremony settles for the experience without the intimacy ceremony settles for the experience without that part where hearts are knit together in a perfect union and i've learned something those of us in covenant understand that as long as i stay attached i'll never go empty you don't hear preaching like this anymore about covenant you don't hear preaching like this about union anymore but i came to tell you that you can get in ceremony and come to church service after church service come to this and that and do everything and still go home empty you can experience religion and keep dipping into what god is doing but as long as you stay in ceremony there is a day that comes when you reach in to pull out something you need and realize you don't have it but those of us who are in covenant can tell you that there has been times that we have come and emptied and we have come in dry but by the time god got done with us y'all are saying nothing we didn't stay empty and we didn't stay dry because if you're attached to god your cup always stays running over even when seasons of and pain am i helping anybody tonight ceremony and covenant producing different things god wants union he wants covenant god wants to make sure you have what you need so you can do what you're called to do he empowers you even in weakness when you're in covenant well that's not my text my text says that somewhere along the way these people were so in the ceremony that they ran out time out for one second where do you go when it runs out because this text tells us that they had made some plans they had done some things in the running out that didn't involve jesus why is it that so many of us are content to go everywhere else except jesus when we run out we go to people we post on facebook y'all ain't saying nothing we go all these different places to get the need met not knowing that none of that can satisfy us like jesus came and they kept trying and it wasn't working because they were going to every other place except the one place that could satisfy it where do you run when it runs out where do you run when your joy gets low and your peace gets low where do you go when your happiness gets low and your strength gets low and you start feeling a little depressed and a little anxious and a little where do you go i used to preach this text and say that that they sent for jesus and he was invited but the more i read the text the text doesn't say that they sent and invited the text says that he was invited meaning that while they were running out he was under he was right under their nose the whole time he was sitting right there waiting to get involved in the situation and people ask me all the time pastor josh pastor josh where is jesus in tough times where is god when i was going through this where is god when i was going through that thing and that failure and that heartache and that and that disease and that struggle where was god and i would tell you this he was in the invitation if you want to know where he is in tough times in crisis he's always in the invitation he doesn't come just because you think he should he comes when he's invited to show up oh see that's good news for somebody in the room who's been dealing with a problem that you can't get over that you can't get past it's a struggle that you've tried everything with everybody and nothing's working and nothing's being fixed baby i came to tell you that disease that problem that issue that marriage issue oh that my friends is a job for jesus just look at somebody say this is a job for jesus this is a job for jesus this this is job for jesus i know you've been struggling for a long time but this is a job for jesus i feel the anointing on that this is a job for jesus you've tried everything else you've tried everybody else you've gone to every place you know and you steal the way you are but baby i got news for you tonight this is a job for jesus and the moment you send out the invitation i promise he's eager to get involved right in the middle of the problem somebody got wise enough to say perhaps maybe we should get jesus involved and the moment they got him involved everything changed and i came to tell somebody the moment you bring him into the problem you are going to get a solution you miss what i just i said the moment you really bring him in you are going to get a solution to a problem that you could not have handled without him can i go deeper he has been invited and helped solve a problem and the first person he comes to in the midst of the problem is his mama now i would have thought in this text that if you came into the wedding you would have been met by the chief of the feast you might have been met by the wedding planner you might have been met by the bride come on somebody bradzilla amen i mean after it all it was a problem at a wedding come on somebody i mean he wasn't even met by the groom the person that meets him is his mother i found it hard pastor that the first person to confront him in the problem after the invitation was his mama and he looks at her after being invited and says you gotta help out to which he replies listen to him woman time out time out whatever you do i'm gonna talk to every teenager in the room never call your mother woman hey oh the mama said that's right that's right don't call your mama woman listen i had my mama was pentecostal anybody got a pentecostal mama i had a pentecostal in fact you know what my mama wasn't pentecostal my mama was kind of hostile my mama had them go go gadget arms in church you know you'd be talking in church and somehow she could reach three four rows up in front still hit you in the back of the head you look back say jesus is looking at you there is no way unless i want to pick myself up off the floor and i ain't talking about being slain in the spirit that while i would have ever called my mama woman he says woman what does this have to do with me my time ain't come yet it almost looks like jesus is talking back a little bit yet in the very same reference of the text she looks at the servants and says whatever he says to do do it wait a second what a conflict how does it go from him seeming like he's not going to do it to him saying absolutely i will do it how do you get god help me do it holy ghost to do the stuff that it seemingly looks like he's not going to do i would tell you that he came because he needed they needed him bad enough but he did the miracle because she knew him well enough see what i'm trying to tell you is is that when you have a real covenant relationship with jesus when you have a real relationship with jesus you can get jesus to do some stuff but y'all ain't saying nothing you will always have the advantage in a relationship with god that no matter how the odds are stacked against you how what the doctor's report says what people have said about you no matter how close the road seems and how blocked the way is if you've got god you still have a chance at god answering your prayer because with jesus you always have the advantage she knew him well enough she said don't play that with me i've seen you do some stuff y'all ain't saying nothing i've seen you do some stuff i've seen you behind closed doors answer prayers i i've seen i know i know you're just coming into this thing and they know you publicly but i ain't been with you come on i ain't been with you like they've been with you baby i've been seeing what you've been doing when mama when you've been out there in the backyard and doing that stop and seeing you i've been seeing you do some miracles some signs and wonders i know what you can do and i've seen you do some stuff and i'm not asking you to do something that's outside of your character or outside of your word so me asking you to do this is me making a demand on what you said you would already do for me oh ladies and gentlemen that's why the bible still works that's why the promises of god are still yesterday amen because when your back's up against the wall you can remind god that he said he would do it even though the situation doesn't call for it you can still open up this book and declare healing over your body you can still open up this book and declare protection over your family you can still declare the blood of jesus over you and say thus saith the lord and god has to respond because it's his word she said i've seen you do some stuff and i'm about to place a demand on you according to what i've seen you do and what you said and all of a sudden he she says whatever he says to do do it because you are not going to get a breakthrough as long as everything has to be done your way you're not going to get a miracle if it has to happen the exact way you told god it has to happen in fact most times god will break the box and do it in a way that you have never seen or perceived just to prove that he's god and you're not and until you can get a whatever in your spirit you're not ready for a breakthrough y'all ain't saying nothing until you can get to the place in your faith where you say whatever whatever whatever whatever you want to do and however it makes me look if i come down to the altar and i get slain and shaking that's fine i don't care how you do it if you do it outside of my mode of thinking outside of my box and my reality that's fine because i'd rather have the miracle than i would dignity see some of y'all can't say amen to that because you're too dignified that it has to look a certain way because you got to keep a reputation and you got to have everybody like you but baby if you get desperate enough i found that desperation knows no decency and when you're really oh hallelujah and when you're really hungry for a move of god you'll say whatever whatever whatever if it has to happen on a sunday night let it be on a sunday night if it's got to happen on a tuesday morning i'll do it on a tuesday morning whatever it takes i need a miracle oh i wish i had some desperate people in this room in fact i get permission for every desperate person to take about 10 seconds and open up your mouth and let your desperation go on display to stir up faith come on are you desperate i'm desperate i'm desperate and i'm desperate i'm desperate i don't want to go another day i don't want to go another week i can't go another month god forbid another year i need a miracle i need a breakthrough today i remember growing up in church you get somebody real desperate they just shout out in the middle of the service some would start hitting in the service the spirit of god would start moving and you didn't even have to wait for an altar call because somebody somewhere would get so hungry and the word of god would be going with such power that all of a sudden now the depths of their soul you just hear jesus oh hallelujah holy ghost and god would answer because babies who are quiet don't get the milk first you know who gets the milk first the crying baby the baby that won't shut up y'all ain't saying nothing the baby that won't keep its mouth come on the baby won't keep its mouth closed the baby that says i gotta have it today i'm not leaving until i get a breakthrough i'm not leaving until revival hits i'm not leaving until god touches my husband i'm not leaving until god touches my son i'm not going another day with my daughter being not saved i'm not okay with that and i'm going to open up my mouth until he reaches down and feeds me till i want no more oh if you're desperate make a little bit of noise for jesus tonight [Applause] the days of cute church are over the days of cute little religious services are over god is finding a desperate people again and pouring out his spirit on people who are desperate in fact i'm going to give you 30 seconds in this room to put that kind of desperation on display if you gotta shout shout if you gotta run run if you gotta jump jump but somebody get desperate in the room tonight [Applause] i see some young people getting desperate i see some 13 year olds who say not my generation not my generation i see some granddaddy saying i ain't ain't done yet i'm desperate somebody take about five more seconds and get desperate in this room [Applause] hey i feel something breaking loose in this room i feel the heavens being stirred i feel glory being stirred god is hearing somebody in this room [Applause] are you willing to get rid of your opinion for the sake of his solution hear me by the holy ghost are you willing to get rid of your opinion to get his solution they said who i feel god they said whatever he says to do do it and the moment or whatever oh chateau mosha i can't get out of this show but a moment that whatever got into the room or whatever got into the problem or whatever got into the issue when whatever got in things began to change i wonder what's not changing because you haven't moved into whatever i wonder what god is ready to answer and he's not answering because you haven't got a whatever in your spirit yet what if the only thing holding back revival over churches is a people who say god i got to have it the way i like it can i tell you something real revival well incandescent real revival will inconvenience you a real move of the spirit will make you come to church at hours you didn't even know church was open a real move of god will have you and your family at an altar oh about the second song in y'all ain't saying nothing a real move of god will have you laying on your face wednesday night after church is over you just got to get to your living room and lay down because you get to a place in god where you say god whatever it takes whatever you want to do i want it so bad i say whatever [Applause] god's moving y'all i can feel him moving in this room things are breaking loose i'm going to try to press on this thing but i feel the holy ghost beginning to move come on just slip up your hands i feel the spirit of god in this room beginning to draw people beginning i believe breakthrough is in this room right now come on why don't you let a whatever get up out of your spirit right now come on i know i've been preaching for a few minutes but god whatever it takes to restore america whatever it takes god to see revival in this country whatever it takes god we are willing to pay the price whatever whatever whatever and the moment gee the moment that or whatever got in the room everything shifted everything changed and now just like a movie and someone can come to the keys i feel god just like a movie the scene changes we go from we go from everything being about him and the means of the miracle to now the method of the miracle because of a whatever because whatever builds a bridge between his world and yours and all of a sudden like a scene in a movie everything changes with the whatever and now the only people who are being talked to in the room are servants and vessels don't miss it in the text the only people that get talked to once whatever got in is servants and vessels because if you want a title that's the one you should want the title the servant and the title the vessel and 2021 away with being enamored with the titles that really don't matter god i want to be a vessel and god make me a servant because if you can find vessels and you can find servants there will be miracles in the house and the movie changes the scene shifts and the only thing that's left now is jesus some servants and some vessels and jesus is about to answer the problem in an unlikely place with an unlikely vessel because the bible does not say he goes to the vineyard the bible does not say he makes a phone call i was somebody who's got some grapes the text says that he begins to stare intently had some vessels and not just any vessels the bible says six water pots of stone six let me exegg this thing six six is the number of man because the first thing god wants everybody to know in this room that when he gets ready to do something great that will impact anything he always uses a man or a woman ah god is looking even right now in this service god is looking for a man and he's looking for a woman that he can partner with he's looking for somebody he can get inside of he's looking for somebody he can do with power he is looking for somebody that he can use to make a difference six six i'm glad it said six because it showed me there was more than one because we're better together we're better together we're better together six water pots of stone note john's viewpoint of the pond it is not gold it is not bejeweled or bedazzled it it's not silver or bronze it's stone because not only does god want to use men and women but he's looking for somebody in the in the room in the crowd that might not have the accolades or the pedigree he's looking past all that stuff you think you have to have to be used you always say it up there and he's looking for somebody in the room who might not have had a pedigree and might not have had the best upbringing and might not have had the most gifting and the most anointing nevertheless my friends he is still looking for somebody who says i might not have it but if you use me i'll be used six water pots of stone according don't miss it to the manner of the purification of the jews i gotta hurry according to the man of pure see every preacher leaves that part out perhaps because it's a lot of words or they just don't understand what this vessel was really like not only was it stone on the outside the manner of the purification the jews would tell you that these pots these pots were used that when everybody came in they would put their dirty hands and their dirty feet in this water so this ain't even just regular water this is dirty water and the truth is this is some of us tonight who say we can't be used and there's no way you would ever want me oh hallelujah don't you know what i've been in don't you know what i've been connected to don't you know what i've partnered with before this moment don't you know my past don't you know my mistakes there's no way anybody could ever use this there's no way everybody anybody would ever want this this is dirty it's the reason why some of us don't serve in church don't ever come into a leadership moment don't ever discover purpose because perhaps we feel like we are too dirty for him to ever really want us yet in the text the only thing that has his attention are some water parts full of dirty nasty water [Music] and for the person in this room that is feeling what i'm saying i'm telling you he is looking your direction as i preach i'm telling somebody in the room that he is staring intently at you and i know people gave up on you and i know people wrote you off and i know people said you would never amount to anything but to be truthful with you their opinion has no weight on his attention oh if god ever makes up his mind about you and turns your way it won't matter what people say it won't matter what you've been through god is still going to get some glory and he says fill these water pots with water fill them up that's why you come to sunday night church to be filled up and not just filled up by songs in worship we're pentecostal we want to be filled by the spirit of the living god that wherever i lack let the water of the word and the water of the spirit make up the difference so that i can be full of him and they filled it i'm done they filled it they filled it because that's what god's gonna do he's gonna feel it he's gonna feel it he's gonna feel you he's gonna feel you mama he's gonna feel you young lady he's gonna feel your man of god he's gonna fill you every place you lack he's gonna feel you if you surrender the vessel to him he's gonna feel you he's gonna feel you but my friends here's the problem all that sounds fine and good until you realize that being filled with more water doesn't solve the problem because the problem is not that they need water the problem is that they have run out of [Music] but maybe jesus knows something about us that we don't know about ourselves perhaps what jesus is trying to get the vessel to understand is that no matter how dirty the water is that their wine is in your water [Music] don't miss what i just dropped on you i said perhaps jesus knows something about you that you don't know about you because all you think it is is mistakes and failures and uh issues and struggles but when he looks at you he doesn't see the water he sees the wine that's in the water that hasn't been manifested yet [Applause] i came to tell somebody that the world's wine is in your water yes that dirty water that nasty water that issue-driven water that water all that nasty stuff you've done and all those places you've been and the residue of life and people god still sees the wine even though it looks like water and god is looking for people who say no matter how dirty it is how disgusting it is how unusable i think it is how disqualified i think i am god you if you can have my water and because god if i give you my water i know that in the midst of giving you my water you're going to turn ah you're going to turn you're going to turn you'll miss what i said you're going to turn it you're going to turn it let me give you a bible what the enemy meant for evil god is about god's about to turn it for good see you god can't turn it until you surrender it and god is saying to a people if you'll give me all that you are i will turn that thing into the thing that the world needs [Music] and in one moment he turned it who i feel him in this room that's a word for somebody everything you've been through is just about to turn [Music] all that fight in your body get ready it's going to turn it's going to turn that marriage that they said can't be fixed i got a word for somebody it's just about to turn that situation that the enemy keeps telling you will never be resolved god has a word for you if you'll give him the water if you'll give you'll surrender at all god is about to turn it he's gonna turn it he's gonna turn it and in one moment i got to hurry and in one moment [Music] it all turned the thing is it turned not from the outside in he turned it from the inside out because true transformation doesn't happen from the outside in [Music] true transformation happens from the inside out when god gets ready to change the situation he'll duck believe the surface he'll go incognito and he'll change it so the enemy keeps looking at the gold right at the stone and he keeps looking at the struggle and he said they're still good but little does the devil know while he's looking at the outside god's on the inside and he's changing everything [Applause] and he changes the water into one and then i gotta hurry he put somebody over it to monitor the transformation see that's why god gives you pastors and leaders and spiritual fathers and spiritual mothers not to lord over you but to monitor the transformation so that you don't give it away before it's turned that good and god put somebody over and at just the right time he said draw some out now you want another prophetic word get ready the drawing out has just begun no because some of you have sat on the sidelines and said when's it gonna be my turn you said on the sidelines and said i'm gifted and i'm anointed when god i've been faithful i've been submitted guess what i've got a word for you everybody who's been in the shadows god is just about to draw out he's about to make good on the investment that is you [Music] watch the process he drew it out and they took it too don't miss it he drew it out to take it too because god only draws it out so it can be taken too if you want god to bless you and anoint you just so you say that you're anointed and blessed god will never do it if you have the wrong motive behind your transformation god won't transform it because god is going to draw out of you what he needs to draw out of you because somebody out there needs to taste and see god pulls out of you what he pulls out of you because somebody in your neighborhood somebody on your job has to taste and see that the lord is good and until you let him draw it out and until you let him take it too watch this it will never be what it's supposed to be he threw it out he took it to the head of the feast can i finish right here and the head of the feast got a hold of the transformation and took a sip and when he took a sip he said wait a second i [Music] have tasted a lot over the last few days i've tasted what i thought was the best until now you just gave me something that i have never tasted before [Music] prophetic word again to the church what's coming out of your life this time is something that they have not tasted before listen i am thankful for brownsville i am thankful for a souza street i am thankful for moves of god but what's coming out of the body this next time is gonna be so good and it's gonna be so anointed and it's gonna have so much glory in it and it's gonna have some autopoco shot it has got so much power in it it's got so many miracles in it that they are going to say we've tasted a bunch but we ain't never tasted this before the whole body being back with words of knowledge and words of wisdom the whole body being equipped to lay their hands on the sick and see them recover the whole body it's gonna be different this time it's gonna be like anything it's not gonna be like anything we have ever seen he said you have saved not just the best but the good wine last point right here good wine so i wanted to know the difference between wine and good wine so i called up an old professor at the university of maryland dr hayam lapin and i said to him can you tell me from a jewish perspective the difference between wine and good wine he said it's actually very simple josh he said here's the simplicity of it he said good wine is wine with little to no water in it see regular wine had a little bit of water and a little bit of juice and they mixed together but the best stuff was the stuff that was all juice and hardly any water and i heard john the baptist scream at me when he said i must decrease ah so he can increase let me tell you how when god really changes your life it can't be about you keeping yourself up and keeping your reputation and promoting you if we want a move of god it has to be all jesus and little of us just a vessel he can work through and use to do signs wonders and miracles stand to your feet everybody [Music] i came to tell you that i preached this whole message because this kind of move of god i'm talking about we are at the doorstep some of you may believe me some of you may not but i have stood on stages around the world i've been in africa full of stadium full stadiums i've been there and let me tell you what's underneath of my feet right now in the spirit is unlike anything i have ever felt before we are standing on holy ground this is that hour this is that moment that some of us have prayed for and fasted for we are here [Applause] and the prerequisite the only thing god needs to do it is for you to give him yourself pastor josh i thought you said he wants my water how can you say that's about me well the last time i checked science your body is made up of about eight eighty percent water most of you is water so god is looking for somebody that he can change so drastically moving so drastically that they will see you but it ain't even the same you that they saw because it's not just you it is christ in you the hope of glory and i came to tell somebody he is asking an entire church tonight for their water because if he gets your water he can make their wine [Music] so the car is simple why you spy you're right there in your seat i have preached exactly what he said to preach there is only one thing that remains it's the moment that you get so whatever that you surrender everything once and for all so if i'm talking to you in the room and you say pastor josh i hear you he can have my water no fight no conflict i know it's dirty but i get it now god doesn't waste anything [Music] i went through some stuff but i get it now god ain't wasting nothing if you say god you can have it and you can have it all complete and total surrender for the rest of my life of unabandoned surrender i want you to slip up your hands right now and i want you just to begin to open up your mouth all across this room as the worship team comes and i want you just to begin to tell god and complete surrender god you can have it all you can have it all you can have it all god you can have it all come on open your mouth don't wait on a worship singer don't wait on a preacher come on somebody cry out somebody give god your water give god yourself in the name of jesus in the name of jesus come lift your hands all across the [Music] up your mouth i room the glory of the lord [Music] this is you and god either you participate or you know either you partner this is your moment to say god i give you everything everything belongs to you [Music] oh wanna know [Music] one last time [Music] come on open up your mouth we're about to do one thing and i'm about to turn this service over but i want you to open up your mouth right now every gift every talent no matter how dormant it's been no matter how long you put it in the in the backdrop of your life come on i want you to say god you can have it all come on open up your mouth and surrender and surrender and surrender and surrender he wants your water he wants it he wants it he wants it he wants it i knew you i knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb i know the destiny that i have for me i know the plans i have for you for the place of good and that of evil to give you hope for your final outcome yield to me suicide but i'm telling you tonight i am making good vessels and putting new wine in you today and you shall fulfill your destiny your god-given destiny oh you ought to give god some praise no no not that church he prays come on not that churchy hand clap come on you ought to open up your mouth and let us shout come up out of your spirit let us shout come up out of your spirit this is the word of the lord [Music] [Music] is [Music] me [Music] so i'm about to hand this over but there is one thing that remains i cannot ask you to give your water to a jesus you do not know i cannot ask you to surrender to a jesus that you are foreign to but i can't ask you to give yourself to a jesus that died for you and gave his life for you tonight in this room there are people who perhaps you are far from god if you really looked at the depths of your life you know you're not living for god you are not saved you have not given your heart to him yet in this atmosphere god has spoken emphatically through his word and through his word of wisdom knowledge and prophetic message in tongues that this is that season my friends god is not mad at you he died on the cross for your sins and if you're in this room tonight and you're not and you're not where you need to be with the lord on the count of three i want you to slip up your hand you've never given your life to jesus or you're far from god on the count of three slip up your hand right where you're sitting one two three slip up your hand you're not where you need to be with the lord hands are going up all across this room jesus i'm gonna give you we'll give you five more seconds hands are going up all across the room now i'm gonna ask you to do something bold i'm gonna ask you to bring yourself to him on the count of three if you raised your hand we're not here to embarrass you we want to celebrate with you but if you raise your hand to give your life to jesus tonight and rededicate your heart to god on the count of three i want you to get out of your seat and i want you to get to this altar altered i want you to meet me right here up front they're already coming one two three if that's you come on and i bet if you clap while they come they're gonna come come on come on come on come on come to jesus come on bring your water bring your life come on meet me right down here there ain't no say come on i bet if you keep clapping i bet if you keep rejoicing they'll keep coming come on i'll wait for you i'll give you 10 more seconds uh if you're still trying to figure it out come on come on jesus jesus wants your water i i don't want to delay this but if you need to come come i just feel like five more seconds somebody is just holding on tight five more seconds who are you where you at we're gonna rejoice when you come that's it right there come on come on come on come on evangel temple come on i want everybody at this altar look up here pastor josh look at that man the enemy would love to tell you that you're too far gone and it's too dirty and there's no way god would ever want you but tonight there has been an emphatic scream through eternity that god wants you he is madly in love with you and he wants you so much so that he gave his life for you and tonight the only thing he asks for you to do is to give yourself to him wholeheartedly no looking to the right or the left you may not understand it all you might not even know what the next thing is but still you must give yourself holy to him for he didn't hold anything back for us if you're ready to give your life to jesus we're gonna repeat a prayer and please know there's no power in this prayer only in the heart that believes it we're not saved by words we're saved by faith by grace through faith i want you to put your hand on your heart lift one hand to heaven and maybe we can all join everybody at this altar tonight can we can we all say this prayer can we say jesus tonight i give myself all that i am to you i ask you now to forgive me of my sins i repent i say i'm sorry and i ask you to wash me clean with your blood now jesus holy spirit come live on the inside of me and change me from the inside out and i promise to serve you for the rest of my life in jesus mighty name come on in jesus mighty name in jesus mighty name just come on somebody shout amen listen don't go anywhere i believe there's some staff that's going to connect with you but i want us to do one thing before i hand this over i don't know who's coming but i believe that this church is about to see its greatest days and i believe that victory belongs to us so before i walk off this stage and go on my vacation come on somebody i pray that if the lord would terry and pastor would so have me back that by the next time i come back this place is full not just the people but of the glory of the lord in a way we have never seen it before so if you believe it's about to happen and god's going to use you to do it on the count of three let's give god the greatest shout we've given him all night one two three come on give god a shout of praise in this room [Music] amen amen come on let's thank pastor josh carter for such an incredible word tonight thank you jesus for all those that have responded tonight i want to encourage you to stay right here they're going to get some connection cards to you this is not your final step in your walk with him amen this is your first step and you need community he talked about the other water vessels they had community they had things around them we need people around us that will help support us in our spiritual journey so our prayer team is going to surround you secondly i want to encourage you there was a woman a well in a bible that encountered jesus she didn't wait till she had life figured out to go in her city to the lord she started bringing all of the people right away tell somebody tell friends tell family get people in and share what god has done in your life you have purpose and you have a problem there's a lost world out there that needs to hear what god has done amen hey come on let's one more time let's celebrate the word of god tonight how many of you were blessed by the man and the word of god i want to encourage you to sow into this word tonight the offering baskets are down front i'm so thankful for this life and for this ministry and for the word that came forth we ate tonight amen and so sow into it tonight father we thank you for your goodness we thank you for your grace we thank you that you are sovereign you are high and you are lifted up and father you have brought us to eat in heavenly places tonight and so father i pray that this food it would be nourishment that would drive us and propel us forth father to go into a city to tell others about you father to allow the water that has been transformed into wine to bring life to all mankind we love you lord we thank you for it and we give you praise in jesus name we pray amen and amen come on give god one more shout of praise tonight [Music]
