Hello, I brought Ranunculus this week. I like big and fancy flowers like Peony, Lisianthius and Ranunculus. It was so pretty to see it bloom little by little as I brought it to the buds throughout the week. Just looking at it makes me feel good, I wanted to take a picture and post it, but I held back. Flower profile picture might be 20 years later.. I'll introduce you to some of the delicious dishes I ate this week. This is a salmon open sandwich with tzatziki sauce. This sauce is often used for greek dishes, especially wrap or gyro. When I ate it abroad, I ate it as a barbecued chicken wrap. It was so good that I tried it. All you need is some greek yogurt, lemon, dill, garlic and cucumber. olive oil and a little bit of pepper. It's so fresh and healthy. It would be better to have it with pita bread. I'll make a chicken gyros next time. In Korean, galbijjim is a party food, which is eaten on special day. And it requires lots of effort and sincerity. It's annoying, but compared to baking.. It's not a problem. Once you make one pot and keep it in the freezer, you can eat it two or three times. when you want to eat soy sauce-based beef. Any vegetables are okay, but don't miss carrots, radishes, green onions, onions and shiitake. Boil the ribs that has been drained for 12hours for 20 min. Meanwhile, grind the onions and pear without water and drained it with kitchen cloth. It's okay to sieve it. Add various seasonings to the broth. Check the detail in the description box. Take it off the heat, and remove the fat and any impurities once the rib is boiled well. Pour water until it's covered and boil it again for 10 min. This time add some cooking wine, kiwi and ginger. Add the broth we just made and boil it more around 20 min. Add vegetables except green onions, peppers and boil them 1 hour more. Add more water if there's not enough water. I add remaining green onions and peppers at the end for beautiful color. The meat will separate easily from the bone once it's boiled for 2 hours. I believe galbijjim with vegetables is a delicious way to enjoy veggies. Well cooked carrots and radishes are really good! You can make it even if it's not special day. It'd be a great dinner. I'll make ricotta cheese with remaining whey after making greek yogurt. Add whey and milk in a 1:1 ratio, stir well and boil. At first I thought it was screwed because it didn't come together, but that wasn't. Even if it didn't come together after adding the lemon juice, Keep stirring. Once you see quite a few white particles, turn off the heat And pour it into a strainer. Using this, I'll make a grilled cheese sandwich. Boil the spinach and drain it. Chop the spinach and garlics, add ricotta cheese to it. Season it with salt and herbs. Spread butter on the bread, flip it over and put Havarti cheese on the inside. Top with the spread we just made sprinkle with plenty of mozzarella and cheddar. It's already delicious. Cook it in a frying pan It'll become beautiful golden brown as the buttered side goes down. Collect spilled cheese to the side quickly. You can't tell haha Once it becomes golden brown, take it off from the heat and cut it. OMG the cheese didn't melt.. I'll bake it more in the oven. The oven works. It looks so delicious! Wow it's so crispy and savory. This spinach cheese is a little salty and milky which really goes well with the toast. I've found some similar pie in Greece called spanakopita. I think Greek people are gourmets. It was so good that I ate it in a hurry. Today I'll make matcha castella. I want to have moist castella out of blue. I'm gonna make 'Nagasaki'style castella which has tangy and hard texture using bread flour. Add honey and other liquid to milk and double boil it. Separate egg into whites and yolks. Whip the yolks with some sugar until it gets ivory color. Clean the whipper blade and whip the whites, too. Whip only about 90% so that the end is slightly bent. Add the liquid to yolks and stir it, add 1/3 of the white and adjust the consistency. Actually this is second trial of castella which turned out to be failed last time. I've worked hard to find a way. You can stir the flour with the batter first. Add sieved flour and matcha powder to the yolk batter and mix it well using whisk without powder. Once it gets mixed well, add the whites and mix by turning over with a spatula. You should not mix it too much otherwise all the bubbles will burst. Put the paper in the mold, fall down the batter from the top. Stir it slightly with a chopstick and hit it to remove the remaining bubbles. Let's bake it. After 25min, cover the top with a teflon sheet to prevent it from overcooking. How will it go? I like its convex shape even though the side of it a little burst.. Remove the mold and spread butter on top and flip it over. Let it cool. If you eat it a day later, it'd be way better. I'm gonna have it with black tea. Beautiful green color. While I'm cutting it, I can smell the green tea scent. Obviously you need some milk. It was such a happy tea time. I'm editing the video and thinking about baking with tea.
