STUNNING new 2024 fifth wheel RV design! 2024 Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK

oh my gosh I completely almost overlooked this fifth wheel and if I would have left this show without filming this thing for y'all I would have been so disappointed cuz man this thing is really freaking cool let's take a look man fiz wheel RVs are just getting to be more and more like homes every year and this jaob Pinnacle is a great example of that I was so stunned when I walked inside of this but also was like finally somebody took a floor plan that is not an original floor plan by any means but they made it just feel so much more residential made it feel more homey and like you know what I would want out of something in a fifth wheel especially in a rear kitchen layout and you'll see what I mean when we go inside or you might have already seen by the thumbnail picture that sofa in there is absolutely incredible so this here is it is a Jacob Pinnacle now Jacob Pinnacle is going to be their top-of-the-line fifth wheel they also make the North Point but that's going to be like the little brother to the Pinnacle and when we come up here I don't even know the model number cuz this thing is brand new so you come up here you have it's a 38 fbrk largest sectional sofa in a luxury fifth wheel I believe that to be true cuz it is huge and you can see here you have a U-shaped kitchen here in the back you have a sectional sofa here and this doesn't really do a good depiction of it because it's actually kind of rounded here and looks a lot more aesthetically pleasing than what this makes it out to be and it's a huge fifth wheel it's uh 14,900 really okay yeah I guess that's right yeah 14,995 lb hitch weight is 2,940 lb and gross vehicle weight rating is 18,000 lb 75 gallon freshwater tank 87 gray 87 black and as we go through this definitely going to be something that you know in the class of fifth wheels I would recommend if you're looking to live in something this is it so has a really beautiful looking front cap I love that they went away from like their tan colors it was a very old traditional look this is not that it's nice it's white it's clean you have you know your black front cap here as well it has a little bit of like a gold trim through here and it has a LED diffuser on here now the only thing I I just wish it was like a cooler light tone on that led light it's a pretty warm light but other than that that's all right have a moride pin box down underneath here are going to be prepped to add a generator have a drop frame construction they just started letting people into the show this is a very popular model so it's going to be tough to get you know real good coverage of it but I'm going to do my best that I can for you um we'll see if we can get at least like a good five minutes of inside by ourselves hopefully you're going to have 120 gallons of propane capacity so this is something both the Pinnacle and the uh North Point offer and that's going to be more than any other fifth whe wheel out there normally fifth wheels only have about 60 gallons of propane capacity and this literally doubles that so very um very uh impressive thing that they did there underneath here you have your pass through storage compartment huge pass through storage compartment this is a full profile fifth wheel so it does have a drop frame down underneath here LED lights underneath here as well and then you have a fully enclosed underbelly all your water takes and water lines sit above the enclosed underbelly and you are going to have 12volt heat pads on your water tanks as well you have an outlet here plus you have a spot to feed like an extension cord if you want to through there sound controls for the outside on your JBL sound system here so I love that Central Vac system here as well and then you have direct access into your water and heating components through here I would believe I'm not going to try to open that up with with just one hand here but that seems like that's what that should be this here is also I don't know exactly what this is for but it's some sort of tabletop here then it has a what looks like a propane cable there so looks like it's going to be for some sort of grill that you can use use outside now the jao North Point and Pinnacle they also give you this water jug here so this here is really cool because this is what your fresh water supply can be for the water dispenser inside on the sink and if you think about it your fresh water sitting in your fresh water tank like How likely is it that every single drop is going to get you know taken out of there and you know cleaned out properly it's very possible that you know a lot of people might feel uncomfortable knowing that that water is sitting in that fresh tank in that underbelly and it's you know who knows how clean that tank is over time but that's something you can control much more if you're drinking the water out of your you know tank in the RV something that'll you know give you a little bit more peace of mind you have two awnings outside LED light strips underneath the awnings you have an outdoor TV as well so that's going to be an Insignia TV and then down underneath here access to your refrigerator panel so this is going to be direct access to Refrigeration components so if you ever need to do any sort of work on that very easy to get to and then back through here you have a molded fiberglass rear cap so this gets it into a more premium quality as well there's going to be no seams except for the one window there and that's interesting too cuz a lot of times they don't do windows on a molded fiberglass front cap or back cap I mean but you have that here on the Pinnacle and it looks really good you have down through here they still give you access to I guess it is to your that would be like the rear bumper I guess I don't know I haven't seen this it's your jport so jport to be used for oh for this for the griddle that's what it is okay so that's the griddle we saw up front that's where that's going to go into there I was a little confused on that you have a Sixpoint hydraulic Auto leveling system you're going to have a um rack and pinion style hydraulic slide out on here and now let's go to the non-amp side real quick and get over here you have a 50 amp power cord reel so another premium quality there frameless windows and you do have slide Toppers on top of your slide outs down underneath here you're going to have a 21575 r 17.5 Tire it's a a uniy uni Royal Tire I haven't seen that tire before so I think it's a uni Royal is what it is and then this has a moride suspension down underneath here definitely a very very quality suspension system under there this is something that I've only seen on The jco Pinnacle and that looks very beefy and like it's going to do a good job come back back this way you have a water filtration system built in a nautilus water management system your auto leveling controls motion activated light in there and then two 10 or not sorry not 140 two 40 lb propane bottles in here and then the other one on the other side so three in total three 40 lb propane bottles in total you have this Dexter um toe assist package on here as well so this gives you an ABS system you have sway mitigation and a towable odometer on here this is interesting cuz a lot of people come in and ask you know on used RVs like is there a way to tell how many miles are on a used RV or anything like that and there's really not on a towable RV but that seems like that there is going to have some sort of you know odometer for Towing on here now oh and last thing uh side cameras pre for that as well and prepped out a backup camera and that's about everything on the outside so let's see if we can get a second to go hop inside and take a look at the inside of this fifth wheel if there's some people in there I'm just going to ask them if it's okay if I film with them in there and hopefully they won't mind okay as we go inside here this is going to be warrantied for full-time rving again it's a 38 fbrk and big truck big RV was actually here as well and he filmed this one too so look out for his video you have the mor ride safety rail here you have a JBL speaker system outside and it looks like yeah there is a privacy shade on your huge door window there as well now as we go inside right away it feels very wide through here you can tell this is probably a half bath but this width right here feels feels great and look at this I mean just look at this this is so dang impressive I love what they did here this furniture it feels custom it feels like you're in a um feels like you're in a custom fifth wheel it doesn't feel like you're in something that is being you know essentially mass-produced like a jaob pinnacle is not that Jaco Pinnacle makes like you know tens of thousands of RVs every year or anything like that but it just feels a lot more custom and a lot more premium than other things out there in the market and this is a rear kitchen model so it's not anything that we haven't seen before but they just did it different you know typically on a rear kitchen model I've seen things where you have two recliners here and a three cushion sofa here or a two cushion sofa there I've seen it where it's like recliner recliner and then I've seen it where they do sometimes recliners here or a sofa here on this one they gave you a dining table and you get a desk space as well but the sectional sofa I think is so stinking cool I mean if I hopped up on here look I mean laying back into this corner there's still a whole another cushion there and if you want to like actually fullon lay down here oh yeah I mean if you're like 7 feet you'll be able to lay on this thing so that is really really impressive I love the way that looks it is so dang cool and then the aesthetic in here is really nice they went to white cabinets in this 2024 it looks good the lighting looks good you have a barreled ceiling gives you a great ceiling height in here and nice accents with like this beam that goes across black ceiling fan huge Windows on this side this slide out is just massive you have three light fixtures up in the slide out LED lights over the slide out as well and then this looks I think this is a 50-in screen TV I don't think it's any bigger than that so it looks to be a 50-in screen TV a little you know decorative space here you could put some decorations and whatnot on or you could put something like a Blu-ray player whatever you want on there going to have a JBL Soundbar and a more traditional looking electric fireplace let's actually turn this on so you can see what it looks like does have multiple different um intensity levels for the light and that will be an electric heater for you as well your windows are wood framed windows and they do have a day and a night shade on them so day shade and Nightshade that's a big difference between the uh North Point and the Pinnacle the Pinnacle is going to have the day and night shades JC North Point will just have the night shades and then across from your sectional sofa you have the dining table it does have a Le that extends out nice looking dining chairs on here as well with storage underneath and they did know build in some storage around this space here big windows in your slide out and I'm curious too if this sofa here this should make into a bed which this is what I really like about these L-shaped sectional sofas yeah it will so you can pull this out this is going to pull out into a bed and that's going to essentially turn this whole space into one giant massive bed which is what's really fun about the sectional sofas we've seen sectional sofas in other fifth wheels especially for 2024 there's some other options out there but this is the only one I've seen in a rear kitchen setup so really cool and I'm sure somebody's going to bite off this idea and go and copy it cuz this is really awesome you have a desk here two pull out drawers in the desk and these drawers here they actually they have a high gloss finish to them soft clothes on the drawers but yeah they're not like a they're not a flat white they have more of a glossy finish folding chair there for the desk chair and then your slide out flooring you can see it matches the flooring in the rest of the fifth wheel and then if we lift this up it does not have a wrap sub flooring underneath here um I just show that because some other brands they do wrap the subflooring and so that's why I show it but this one does not now going back here you have an absolutely incredible rear kitchen it's a U-shaped kitchen back here a ton of floor space you get a dish washer already installed so if you want a dishwasher you already have that couple things I noticed right away too it has a pull out cutting board there or just additional countertop space with that again your cabinets have kind of a glossy finish you can see the reflection on them and this is just a really impressive space it looks really really nice big residential appliances Residential Refrigerator with an ice maker and a water dispenser so you actually have ice that will dispense out of the door back lit cabinet here you have your freezer space refrigerator space and then this what does this do o nice so you have Pantry space there adjustable shelving this is all solid hardwood Cabinetry as well can definitely tell it solid hardwood and I didn't even realize not all the lights were on so now we got all the lights on definitely shows that high gloss finish a little bit more what do y'all think about the high gloss finish in the cabinets I'm a little curious your thoughts on that um I don't know sometimes it like looks good sometimes it looks a little cheap in my opinion but in here I am feeling like it looks nice and it looks good but y'all let me know your thoughts and your opinions on what you think about the high gloss finish on the Cabinetry back into the kitchen I love this is a GE refrigerator or not refrigerator goodness blending all my appliances together GE oven and look at how huge that oven is has a nice look to it and you have four burners up top you're going to have a little warming tray that will pull out from the bottom and then you have drawer here with a utensil portion somebody put a water bottle in there that doesn't exactly fit but that will slide out as well and then you have this space down through here it does not have a Dov tail construction though on your cabinet so just be aware of that so you know um this is another portion that slides back there so you kind of have a split storage space with that it's off closed drawers open this up you have storage space back through here no soft closed cabinets on your cabinet door so they're just a standard cabinet and no magnet latches I would have personally preferred a magnet latch but I don't know that's just my opinion that's not a big deal come through here you're going to open this up spot for trash can spot for your sink covers as well and then down underneath here you have storage space that goes all the way back to the sidewall and then you have storage space here that is connected to that area there as well so as we go up you have a charcoal color stainless steel sink it's going to be a single basin sink no divider in that sink there black faucet and then this is your water dispenser that I was talking about where this is going to The Jug that is outside in the passer storage compartment you also have a real tile backplash so real tile backsplash in here solid surface countertop as well and then your microwave is also going to double as an air fryer or convection oven and have those capabilities with it as well storage space here around the microwave just show you what it all looks like cuz I don't even know what's behind all these cabinets so we're going to take a look at all of it spice rack there storage back through here that goes back to the back corner back through here some people get mad that I open up all the cabinets honestly I do it because I do not know what's behind all these cabinets I don't have time to come through and like investigate every RV before I come and film it so I just open them up on camera and we look at it for the first time together but I think that's all the storage in the kitchen now that we've seen and then you do have your dishwasher here underneath there that it comes with already and is not just prepped to add it actually comes with it so that's everything here in the living space let's start working our way back and as we work our way back I already noticed a couple things one you have a spot where your shoes can go down underneath there you have a central back system with a floor sweep so you can essentially kick all your dust and dirt and debris into this corner kick that up and it'll suck it in there and you have a spot to connect your central back hose half bath here in the middle you're going to have a porcelain foot flush toilet there nice looking you know countertop space stainless steel sink and you do have your medicine cabinet that will open up and is back lit so you'll have that additional storage space up in here back through there you have storage space as well a nice and big drawer or um shelving with that and you know good ceiling height in there so it's a nice comfortable space your steps for your entry are going to be assisted as well that's kind of what this little area is here so when you move those up and down those will be weight assisted open this up and you're going to have a touchscreen control panel here that will control all the components of your fifth wheel and it will link to your phone and then you have some additional storage space here with hooks in there and more storage up here as well so we go back this way back into the bedroom you have a king-size beding in here and keep in mind this is already a 44t fifth wheel so they've definitely allocated a lot of space to that living room so you don't have a whole lot of space to walk around the bed if that's something that's important to you I only bring that up because that's something a lot of people say is a deal breaker so that's something to keep in mind Outlets down underneath here and Outlet down underneath here you have some shelving space through there light controls here USB ports and windows all the way around has a really comfortable feeling bed ink and same mattress that came in the North Point as well not like the best mattress ever by any means but it's possible you may not have to upgrade it you may not feel the need to and then you have your storage space down underneath here should also be noted if this is important to you you do have carpet back in this area and you have carpet back in that little spot right there so just a couple spots we see carpet LED lighting underneath your four pull out drawers pull those out you can see the storage there and this does have hidden storage down underneath this space take that sticker off and nobody will ever know that storage is there outlet and USB ports here you have a TV here and it is nicely like framed out in that space have your cabinets to open up um whisper quiet AC system so these are actually your AC returns so that is whenever you see these that means it's a whisper quiet system the AC's on right now and it is incredibly quiet and you have a wine y um Wi-Fi router already installed as you come back through here you have a dual sync setup so that is going to give you two nice big bull sinks there and then you have a good or a decent amount of countertop space around on each side mostly on the sides of the sink so you have some countertop space there it is an absolutely massive mirror that is back lit so I give you a full look at that have a huge mirror because the barreled ceiling the ceiling height at its peak is I mean I just stood on my tiptoes to try to see and I mean it's probably at least like 67 68 pretty dang good and as we come back this way you already kind of saw the closet but we'll get to that you have a huge shower I mean I don't know the length on this but it is definitely longer than most you could fit like four adults standing side by side in this space that's how big it is and when I step inside here okay the ceiling height is not great it's like 6'2 to right here um so for I would actually feel the need to either step up in here a little bit which is fine because that's where the water would actually be hitting you then you could probably be about 65 maybe 66 and fit in this space but you also have the flip up bench so you can sit there as well that's always an option then you have multiple different sprayers coming off of your shower here so you have the wand and the over top shower head and spot for soap there and you have a porcelain foot flush toilet right here spot for your toilet paper and a couple hooks here for your towels and whatever you want to put in that space also has a more premium vent van here in the bathroom and then finally going back into your closet you have a really really nice looking closet space I really like this this is really impressive clothing rods everywhere you have shelving built in this definitely feels like it was well thought out and it wasn't just slapped together in kind of a you know afterthought yeah spot for washer and dryer here so you can do stackable washer and dryer I would definitely recommend if you're like looking for something to live in this is a great option I would surely be comfortable living in something like this myself and I think this thing is just so dang cool so y'all let me know what you think about this fifth wheel model here it is really impressive it's you know not a completely original floor plan but it's something that we haven't really seen before with how they put it together so I'm really
