mutant creatures arise when DNA repairs or replicates erroneously sometimes the mutations are useful other times they result in strange creatures worthy of their own terrifying movie franchise numerous questions spring to mind when we see an animal with way too many limbs support with sexual organs that are seriously out of place so in an attempt to answer some of those questions let's take a look at some of the strangest mutant animals ever discovered number twenty monkey-faced pig as if being a pig wasn't hard enough this little piglet who was born in central Cuba in 2016 seems to have fallen out of the ugly tree hitting every branch on the way down locals called it the pig with the face of a monkey sadly the monkey pig didn't really ever stand a chance and died four days after it weight of the average whippet wendy wasn't able to run very fast and had a hard time turning but became world famous because of her rippling physique wendy was sadly put down in 2017 at age 14 but her memory lives on and of bodybuilding lore number 12 one-legged snake when it came to the choice between slithering and crawling this snake just couldn't make up its mind dean cuigy the woman who found this creature stuck to her bedroom wall was so shocked by its appearance that she immediately beat it to death with her shoe she then preserved the Beast and a jar of alcohol and gave it to a university to study pollution may well have caused this mutation so let this be a warning to you polluters out there snakes are growing legs number 11 two-headed lizard if it wasn't so tiny this creature would be the final boss in a Jurassic Park video game the two-headed Bob tail was rescued in Australia in 2010 by workers from a reptile park the lizard has six legs and finds it difficult to move around and the larger of the two heads likes to attack the smaller one I guess those are the dangers of having a split personality two-headed lizards aren't that uncommon though here's a video of hate to say this he definitely didn't hear it coming number 9 legend of the Jackalope the mythical Jackalope is a majestic creature that's pretty much just a hair with antlers a version of this does exist in real life but let me just warn you it isn't pretty this rabbit spotted in Minnesota in 2013 has Cottontail papilloma virus which causes hideous black tumors to grow out of the rabbits head these tumors will eventually interrupt eating and cause the poor bunny to starve to death so much for cute cuddly cotton tails number 8 - nose dog as if dogs noses weren't sensitive enough this Australian sheepdog called Toby was born with two of them his owner Todd ray found him at a dog shelter and decided to rescue the devil nose pooch Toby seems unfazed by his own strange now and Todd says it comes in handy when Toby is looking for his old chewed up ball number seven two-headed snake youtube-channel Siegel reptiles posted a video in 2012 of their two-headed albino Honduran milk snake caught Medusa drinking from its bowl the snake is actually pretty beautiful despite being shaped like its own forked tongue Siegel reptiles called Medusa a miracle and listed her for sale at $50,000 which seems a little steep to me for a slightly defective snake I wonder which one decides where they're headed to number 6 mutant pig alien one night in a small village in Guatemala in 2011 strange Bray lights were seen floating in the sky later on the very same night a local pig gave birth to a creature so hideous that villagers had to assume aliens were responsible and you can't really keep on truckin Cyclops go the mutant world is rooting for you number three fish sticks as much as I'd like to say this isn't real it actually is discovered in Vietnam in 2012 the phallus tithi schooling is a small skinny transparent fish that can be distinguished by the fact that it has a deadly looking sex organ hanging from its chin the fish's member known as a Priya pium includes both the rod and a jagged hook that are used for grabbing the female during intercourse it's hard to tell whether this is a weapon of love or war but I know one thing for sure I'm really glad I'm not this fish's mate number two the second ugliest pig in history in a video which was shared widely in 2015 on Chinese social media thank God for Chinese social media viewers are able to catch a glimpse of the second most hideous Pig ever born the pale pink creature appears to have a face which resembles that of a very unattractive human but the most interesting thing about the video is the trunk like / true barrettes dangling down from the pigs forehead looks familiar doesn't it while the fleshy growth isn't actually a reproductive organ sorry folks the pig's appearance drew large crowds and several people contact the farmer taolu wanting to buy the pig presumably not just a harvested sausage sadly the pig died after being rejected by its mother and refused to be fed by a bottle that's a wise move from this little pig head I think he avoided a lot of unsavory nicknames number one eyeballs Pig and now time to feast your eyeballs on the world's unluckiest piglet I know what you're thinking what could possibly be worse than having that dangling off your head well let me tell you on a sound farm in the United States in 2016 this piglet was born with testicles instead of eyes he heard that right testicles or would look like testicles right where its eyes should be that's one way of showing the ladies your fur dial I guess God wanted them to grab life by the balls after the photo surfaced on Reddit many people questioned it's all anticipatory angry Archer maintained it was genuine the post was titled received this picture from a friend at a South farm those are testicles an angry Archer went on dad I doubt they were eyes underneath and I'm not even sure if it was male or female I do know that it was born alive but probably brain dead and was quickly euthanized well it's unlikely that the pigs eyes were actually replaced with testicles the most likely cause is some form of birth defect that didn't allow the pig's eyes to develop they could also be sacs of fluid poking out of the skull where it hasn't properly fused together either way at this photo is real and it looks pretty real then this has to be the unluckiest Pig ever to live lid even if only for a short time
