eye like a spin cycle in a washer and this creates a low pressure trough now we know that storms follow low pressure so with this I can basically lead the storm wherever I want it to go it's fantastic yeah it's it's only worked on small storms thus far but I believe with enough time and money I could make it rain in the Sahara well I think we're on the same page Ron you mind if I call you run no
