[Music] stellaris a paradox grand strategy game which allows you to explore the universe discover ancient wonders and make allies or enemies through diplomacy and war [Music] our six players are continuing their quest of expanding their empires scheming for power with the ultimate goal supremacy [Music] when we last saw totally not robots they were just being attacked by an enormous Leviathan I'm getting attacked by a third rake right now which I obviously cannot beat so I'm going to move away from it all right let's run away as far away from the drink as possible I'm pretty sure everything here will get destroyed by the Drake if I engage it with my fleet my fleet will get destroyed pretty much instantly that's safe to assume that's exactly what's going to happen the ether Drake is part of an extremely powerful and hostile group of leviathans found throughout the galaxy leviathans have an immense amount of health and damage and should not be underestimated however if a player is successful in slaying a Leviathan they will get a lot of different bonuses in normal circumstances ether Drake's can't jump between star systems however a spec has used a few tricks to make it a bit more challenging for our players if it attacks the main Starbase then I will loss the star base quite obviously Martha's ear has retreated and the Leviathan poses no immediate threat for the moment but the damage done is substantial and he's lost several star systems our players are slowly expanding out into the universe in the north we have the technobabble Empire and totally not robots in the South we have the Galactic Dominion and pink wheat divine order and in the West we have the squid folk collective and space geckos and while most empires are unaware of their nearby neighbors two of our players are just about to have a surprise oh gods annex a Alex oh oh my god oh my god we are so close to each other that's bad oh dear this changes everything ah okay I have a neighbor very close to me oh dear I wasn't expecting contact so soon so that's a little bit disconcerting okay good good we've got our non-aggression pact of Jay where's contact yeah yeah yeah you know they were disgusting well I wrote a list right yeah yeah yeah fun ah let's play the game I'll leave him be for now but I'm definitely going to get as much territory here and block him off for expansion as quick as I can so where's my construction ship here we go so I have to block him yeah I think yes because he will take this business and I will block you beam well I prefer to working here what both Jay and Alex are trying to do is expand their borders right next to each other so while stopping your opponent from expanding further you snatch valuable resources from right under their nose so I need to break him at first maybe I don't think I think you actually know 39 you can have that in a few months yeah and it's energy as well yeah yeah it's like the biggest middle finger you can watch you can make enemy hilarious yeah I don't think he will like that Jay and Alex's border war escalates the space geckos have still only found more orders and have yet to find another player wonder where the others are all playing cuz there's five other players six of us in total I wonder where they are dotted around the galaxy let's hope they're friendly [Music] we've claimed this region oh here we go Oh natural wormhole space geckos what the main problem he has is he's wedged in between tomb raider factions there is Raiders up here specifically over here with someone of their exit points Ln is another set of Raiders down to their south they won't be able to get past those until passed the myth games well they have one out and that is through this wormhole right here the real question is where does a wormhole lead and can you expand over there the wormhole is that go anywhere so maybe we want to build up a bit of a space base around that last episode the technobabble Empire and totally not robots made first contact but their relationship has been lukewarm at best after the disastrous run-in with the Leviathan marbles ear decides to look for help and he doesn't seem to have much choice other than to turn to gaming FTL hello a good neighbor hello yes we do why have you called me here since we have been so friendly all this time there's a new threat which you might or might not be aware of I I'm talking about the Leviathan which has awakened very close to our shared border I haven't looked at that I'll be honest it's currently heading in your general direction before my territory oh cool so I have a proposition we kill the Leviathan that sounds like fun do we have big enough fleets though whether we like it or not it will attack us it's already attacking me it's just a matter of time before he stalks you so we stand a better chance if we fight it together this sounds like a problem that you need my help with and I might be running a little low on minerals right now so if we could you know a little incentive yeah it's really beneficial trade absolutely okay that sounds like a deal to me we have a deal them much less scared than I was at the beginning of this apparently they think they are ready for it they are it not at all their planets will burn he's actually sending me minerals which I love that's plenty of minerals to help me build a couple more biting vehicles which I think we're gonna need if we battle of an above and don't even know how big and powerful those things are now the question is do I turn up cuz I've got the minerals and I don't have to set my fleet there I'm kind of tempted I'm kind of tempted to just abandon him a speck heads over to Alex to see how the non-aggression pact with Jay is progressing but alex is just about to get some bad news that's contacting yes we have it on aggression pact all these books me the little get okay well that's that's that's insulting he's taken control of my black hole of your black hole yes he's taking control of it he's loud he's not allowed near me anymore because cruel aggression here oh dear he's that is unwarranted expansion to Walter while Lionheart x10 is getting ready to use his wormhole Tech he's forgetting about one crucial thing a wormhole has two entry points what if someone would come from the other side okay got a wormhole I've never used a wormhole before so I guess we can explore it see where we wind up this this is good this is good this opens up parts of the galaxy to me because I can jump with my own territory over here and then go wherever I want to go that absolutely works where do you go there are these guys oh oh they came out of the wormhole the squid folk collective space friends oh that's the face that only a squid could love great space geckos lizard people but we are very friendly towards other folks oh we wish me nothing but friends with the squid folk you know what let's greet them how's it going space friends some raiders just south of you yeah I met them a while ago they've recently met me as well with quite a large fleet heard a lot many many geckos have gone yeah I had some Raiders just north of me who did something similar they kind of came in took like two of my systems and then wanted money protection money I've been giving them food I have a proposition number one non aggression number two work together take out the Raiders number three doesn't matter number four profit number three be a research agreement number three is a research agreement that works we'll take out the Raiders do we have an agreement [Music] totally not robots has patiently been waiting for the technobabble empire to come and help defend against the overly powerful Leviathan when suddenly it's on the move again so we are about to get attacked by the ether Drake I sent my neighbors some minerals in exchange for help with that but he's not coming so I might be betraying mob is there I'm gonna I'm gonna watch and see what happens I'm just I'm just gonna watch I don't even know where this device and inside I can't see it no my problem yet he's counting on my flavor getting destroyed so I figured I will just move out with my fleet unless he decides to honor our agreement and I'm going to keep my fleet away does didja no idea right now since I can't afford to lose both the station and my fleet at the same time well that's 100% guaranteed to happen yep that it is it's something much of an effect right oh it's actually jumping okay a spec has a nasty surprise for gaming FGL who won't be doubting the present if you continue to expanding enough you will enclose me so you need to stop you need to do it your pirate problem yeah I can't help spreading the word of the Penguins I'm still happy to have non-aggression I'll leave on open borders but I'll continue my expansion in the north well not aggression shall continue yes from now [Music] okay so slightly productive talk whoever I agree for I actually stick with that or not there's another thing entirely III I don't know ever to like preempt J and attackin it's time to get to war [Music]
