Star Wars The Mandalorian: Adventures | presentation by publisher Unexpected Games

my name is Josh beer with unexpected games and we are here showing the Mandalorian Adventures uh it's a Cooperative game in which you're going to uh work to complete objectives here in this Mission book we provide a graphic introduction to every map so if you whether you've seen the show or not it's a great reminder of what we're doing here at this point in the story and we're going to bring you here to the bounty on our vaa 7 mission in which you're going to work to capture the a set and so we are going to play action cards from our hand to these four miss these four actions we have move attack Intel and plan the asset is found on a triangle token which uh we're going to see here is behind a bunker and that door is locked to unlock the door the map rules will tell us that we need to find the uh door controls on two Circle tokens so we need to fight our way through this map uncovering Circle token tokens until we found the two door controls and at that point we will uh enter the bunker and attempt to capture the asset so on my turn I can play I take two different actions and the strength of the action I take is equal to the strength of the card that I play so playing a four here on move will allow me to move up to four spaces uh and then I will take a second action here I could deal two damage because the strength of my card was a two if I play a card with a text ability I can trigger that ability by playing it on the matching action so here I would have been able to move up to two spaces and deal two damage in my space before or after my move uh to Jump Ahead here quickly after you have taken uh your two actions you check the stacks so at the end of the mandalorian's turn you'll notice that these two actions are not at five which means the enemies do not activate after IG 111's turn you'll notice that let's just jump ahead here we'll check each action again to see if it's reached five or more this action has reached six and so we would resolve a crisis which is unique to every Mission this one starts to fill up a reinforcement track and then we resolve an enemy uh activation an event card and so you'll get a sneak peek here that melee enemies are going to activate when we do this we resolve here all melee enemies will move three spaces one melee enemy will attack at range zero after you resolve the AC the event step these will discard this is back to zero and we go around and around in that way as you play you're going to unlock content from this guide deck that's going to be new cards for each character in the game there are eight characters to choose from eventually you're instructed to open up these secret envelopes these are going to contain tons of new content uh new components new rules you're eventually going to unlock a hidden Trader mode as well and so once you've unlocked all the content it's really a plug-and-play approach you play the map and the mission that best suits your group uh for any given night and hopefully you have a wonderful time we appreciate you taking a look thank you very much you're so welcome
