coming up on spiritual authority how many you in here right now is going through a star well thank God for the storm because storms that come to make you strong make your weeks fresh but with the star passes Savior sends natural occurrences to frustrate you spiritually to get you to abort your spiritual destiny he's only playing a game with you and you gotta say come on Cletus come on bring it on right now do everything you gonna do cause when I come up out of this today is the beginning of the rest of your life starting now [Music] [Applause] in the name of Jesus [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] receive your blessing god bless you mapreduces came to me and they wanted me to take you back in time and as I began to view some of the messages that I preached I really wasn't taking you back to the past but rather back to the future I look a little different a little heavier but the message is relevant I'm taking you into Dominion camp meeting at broad Parsley's Church a message entitled defeating the Giants let's go into the surface and watch what God does for you today that he already did yesterday in 1983 coca-cola was the largest soda pop company on the planet in the universe in the galaxy controlling between 83 and 87 percent of the shares of soda pop globally 83 countries had the 83 to 85 countries had the coca-cola can displayed in their own language coca-cola was awesome it was bad the executives at coca-cola decided that we're going to move the old formula off the shelf and replace it with a new formula 1983 they put a new formula on the shelf with the nice beautiful golden cans in six months the United States of America and their market rejected it they had to pull the new formula off put the old formula back on the shelf and make a commitment that it's a classic coca-cola found out that if it ain't broke don't fix it don't touch it they found out that coca-cola is delivered in 1983 there was another soda pop company that was really really in trouble and the chairman of the board passed away leaving his controlling shares to his son who was a Southern Baptist preacher in winston-salem North Carolina the soda pop company was on the verge of distinction it looked like he just wasn't doing anything was just they're still young man goes into his prayer class and he acts God to give him something that he could understand the Lord spoke to this young preacher and gave him a slogan his slogan was the choice of a new generation the name of the company was Pepsi the choice of a new generation see mr. Pepsi knew that he couldn't go after Coca Cola's market because Coca Cola's market was already locked if he was going to make any impression in the cut in the soda pop market he had to go after people who had never tasted soda pop before it's the same problem that we're having in our churches we're going after people who's already been Church but God is raising you up to touch the new generation mr. Pepsi now started coming up they came out with a clear product they came out with a cherry product they came out with a lemon product they came out with a lime product the mountain Dew's started growing they made up these cans with bungee jumpers and and skateboards they they they they they splattered polka-dots against stripes every unconventional thing they could do they did and Pepsi started coming up it was the soda pop the choice of the new generation mr. Pepsi said if there's a new generation in America there's got to be a new generation in China there's got to be a new generation in Russia there's got to be a new generation in Mexico so he sent his team's to Russia they went before the Russians and he says we like to market our product in Russia and the Russian says no only coca-cola they went to China Hong Kong Cola [Applause] they went to the Mexicans makes me captain I want some time you know those Spanish got that salsa no papi no no no coca-cola so he comes back home and he goes into his prayer closet in his prayer class and he prays again he says Lord gives me something that I can understand to which the Lord spoke to him a second time he comes up out of his prayer closet and he goes to Kentucky he leaves Kentucky he goes to Little Italy in these Little Italy goes to South for the border he comes back and he goes to Madison Avenue sits down with a team and Madison Avedon they get back on the private jet and they fly all the way to Russia and they sit down with the Russians and they said mister Russians we would like to build an American restaurant in Russia the Russian says all we like American restaurants we already have golden arches we have Big Mac what kind of restaurant you want to build for us he said we want to build a chicken restaurant we like chicken with one stipulation if we build this restaurant you gotta sell Pepsi miss the Pepsi went and bought Kentucky Fried Chicken Pizza Hut and Taco Bell now mr. Pepsi is not in the business of selling chicken pizza or tacos he's in the business of selling Pepsi but sometimes you gotta do this before you can do that I don't even think you hear what I'm saying you gotta stop watching what somebody else is doing and do your dis so you can do that look at your neighbor said oh I'm only doing this so I can do that oh say it to somebody that look like they don't know what we're talking about I'm only doing this I wish I had somebody that don't mind your barking guard in this place find three people and tell them I'm only doing this to do that now look at somebody else's and when I come into my that that's all that's all that's all folks that's all when I come into my that I was only strung out doing that so I can be able to preach this I only went to hell doing that so I can stand up and do this and I've come to tell you that your life is about to change like it's never changed before God has placed something in your spirit how many of you in it good he gonna make it good not gonna watch this and verse number 20 says I have received a command of the Lord to bless and I have blessed and I can't reverse it now some of y'all caught that but let me make it clear there's a word that's been spoken in your life that cannot sail no matter what the situation is no matter what the crisis are no matter what the devil is trying to do no matter if your husband Lesya y'all they hear what I'm saying there is a word that's been spoken over your life that's black to come to pass still to come on spiritual authority this one is not gonna be easy can you say that to somebody this one ain't gonna be easy it's not gonna be easy now we've gone through battles where we look the devil in the face and we rebuked him and he fell out but this time he gonna stand toe-to-toe and look you in the face and he's not gonna move this time so now God is going to send His angels before you to defeat the enemy so by the time you get there the enemy is already backing up I feel the Holy Ghost in here I grew up under authorities that didn't nurture me but abuse me I have to grow into trusting them as an authority so my idea opinion of authority is damaged when the spiritual leader doesn't lead you to God but rather continues to lead you to himself then your view of God is that man or that woman that is standing before you and not God himself it's amazing how a person won't tell their father or their mother that dad or uncle such-and-such abused me but I would go on the Maury Povich Show and share with the entire world and I want to help you but God says you're gonna defeat them so this one is not going to be easy can you say that to somebody this one ain't gonna be easy it's not gonna be easy now we've gone through battles where we look the devil in the face and we rebuked him and he fell out but this time he's gonna stand toe-to-toe and look you in the face and he's not gonna move this time so now God is going to send his
