Solo Self Found Longsword High Roller Climb in Dark and Darker | Episode 1

hey welcome back everyone today's video is going to be our intro to solo high roller with long sword had someone ask in a comment in a recent video about showing a grind on solo long sword see how high you can get figured it's great ideas long sword's really good in PVE and the High Roller grind is all about clearing PVE and making money so we're going to send it I did a lot of solo and trios before climbed up to like Wanderer one just under Pathfinder just playing solo and Trio so this is probably pretty pretty valuable to get decently High just playing around Statics and stuff so uh first episode's really long I included six raids it's probably too long but I figured I'd just leave it like this please comment let me know what you guys think about the length I think probably three podcast yada yada they know it's bad they're working on it right or they're going to work on it once they fix that that's the biggest buff long store could get is the servers being reliable right it's a game changer and once it's like that this weapon's going to be too good they'll have to Nerf or post again or for once I guess I should say so but it's it's very fun and it's very rewarding like I've been bitching a lot lately I've had people call me out about bitching too much and they're right I've been bitching a lot about it it's frustrating when your favorite part of the game is bad inconsistent right despite the time you put into it so bitching is a lot too much is a little too much though all right what was I saying I got distracted the weapon isn't good right now though anyone who says otherwise it's just they're lying it's just how it is you know is what it is but it's definitely worth learning cuz it's fun allu and that's what matters most I think I am not going byy no speed at least so it might be if you only play it in that regard maybe it will work but I don't even know if that's for sure I haven't seen enough of it I mean without Swift on Fighter the [ __ ] plate is just unbearably slow so now look a better leather bom I love my life not bad what room is this [ __ ] spiders on the other side I hate the SPID hop they come up with a different penalty other than the magic healing negative yeah I don't think the magic healing negative is very good either that or they need to change some of the ways healing is applied to physical you know what I mean at the very least I mean I'm not going to lie I feel like a a magic potion despite it being magic a healing potion is still you en Vibe something physical should be physical healing right I don't know we'll see you're trying no spell plate lock Health shrines are worthless that's heartbreaking right it is heartbreaking 100% M with play log again if you manage to get demig God and get all the quests done hell yeah I like that I'll try it just because cuz I've already given up on quests man I had Pathfinder in trios and I got almost The Wanderer one solo in trios me and the boys just kept losing me damn AP whenever we tried to play trios I did better playing solo trios and with the boys what we out of here some trash some [ __ ] some trash some [ __ ] some trash H we don't really I don't really have gear so I should probably rat around but like I also want to go fight people cuz it's fun you're telling rido rido don't love me no more thought I heard something guess not we haven't dude out of everyone I agree Banshee goofy there is obviously there is a lot of good players at the upper who have climbed up there there's a lot of good groups of players in trios and and solos that play around trying to force PVP but it is not a testament to skill for the broad amount of players in there 100% so staying as long as possible and opening man Porter is hella fast leveling Tech that's true that's true wait am I not Maximus timus still wait did I even take my next perk what level am I I don't even know what I'm doing almost voer haven't killed a single person I seen a Reddit post of a Bard who had like three kills and got the demigod I am on Maximus timus I got one perk I killed that poor wizard with one perk and a Parry on his magic missiles that guy is unhappy 100% unhappy [Applause] oh ah you know what Chad it was a good night we pared that poor wizard with his magic missiles and it made the whole night best feeling I'm blocking everything colle everything's good there's no issues anym the game is amazing long sword's the best weapon in the game and you don't need pants to kill people that's a bad Corner that's a bad corner [Applause] you [Applause] missed [ __ ] those boots a I got 1,800 P entry fee with portal open Tech from ruins that was satisfying hell yeah dude that's insane that's a lot rats are reward in this meta ape I agree you're right that's absolutely how it is everyone knows it everyone with any brain knows it at least which you don't see a lowed in the main Discord or Reddit have a friend who got Exemplar from just farming the mystical gems in High Roller that's pretty dope actually Ken that's pretty sweet I like to hear that I guess I'm just going to chill back here we got a portal we'll play around if someone comes here we'll try and fight him if we got to I need some loot though I could go into that corner room I guess might as well H for seeing them changing the system with the next hot fix let see I'm not sure what their priorities are right now with any of their hot fix [ __ ] have they said like have there been any like background messages from Grayson or anyone outside side of the oh you need to get off that rock I if I manage to pop this before fighting him [Music] all right I'm distracted guys what are we talking about in chat teaming is worse and worse oh dude I've seen so much anger about the teaming issue in this game like at this point there might as well not be solos you might as well just be playing in trios because that's what you're fighting every time [ __ ] didn't need to take that damage I have to burn this kind of unavoidable he M what is going on so goofy you only gotten teamed down once you kill them both I get teamed out in normal solo a lot but I don't play High Roller enough in solos normally when I do play High Roller solo I'm in Trio solo anyways being a rat playing the zone so I don't experience much either the best counterargument I've heard to why increasing AP per kill won't do anything is because you lose it all when you die and that risk is too great so nothing will break people out of this low friendly I guess that makes sense to me honestly um I still think rather than per kill there's like this L spot right here right should have a slot and it should be an adventurers card kind of like the dog tags in tarov your Adventurer card you can loot off a body if you kill multiple people you get their cards if you kill someone that has the cards from other people you can loot their cards and then the card the adventurer card is worth a certain amount of AP based on the rank the player is in that Cube so if they're Exemplar they're worth the demig go they're worth the most you know if they're Wanderer they're not worth [ __ ] type deal I think that would be a cool way to do the uh to try and incentivize PVP a bit more a bit more just need to add a PVP ladder for people to climb rewards like the AP1 yeah yeah that'd be cool that's maybe what they'll do with their Arena system right I mean the rank system sucks in my opinion hold on I'm got way with my door CL and the new setup it's kind of an oven in here actually that reminds me hold up I got to check something got to see what this is running at oh that's fine never mind we're good 66c is [ __ ] baby numbers all right so what was I about the [ __ ] about ranked systems suck in every game because ranked systems in every game consistently in every game create a toxic Community around them because everyone thinks that the rank system is the most important part of the game now you're not good if you're not ranked you're not good if you're gold you're not good if you're silver you're not good if you're Platinum you know what I mean think about League think about valerant think about CS you're not [ __ ] like all these games your rank ends up making people determine whether you're good or not you're KD and Call of Duty and [ __ ] right stuff like that just breeds toxicity in the community looter shooter game doesn't need it for now they don't have any way to incentivize players to play like we don't have enough content so the leaderboard is cool for that regard right I like the system that they implemented I think it's sweet I like the adventure point system I don't like that so many people think it [ __ ] matters because it doesn't also Matas how have you been dude i't got to say hi to you in like a month it feels like I hope you been well man thanks for four months I appreciate you dude I'm not in the main Discord so I don't see any of y'all floating around anymore randomly who needs healing if you don't fight anyone you don't need healing if you're playing long sword the only thing you're getting damaged by is the second shot from a skeleton archer probably there was a game called dong guard or something MOBA which made people level and rank up primarily by getting positive reports so if you were talk to you barely got anywhere that that's a cool ass ranking system hold up I like that oo ooh red red wispers this is why you should have a crossbow this is why you need a crossbow when you're trying to do things oh don't AER on me I'm sorry let me kill this guy first who put that stump there trees man trees are just stying me tonight these damn trees oh well as a long sword fighter is it better to build a j or Dex what's better move speed or action speed so I haven't got to do a good enough DEX Build to properly test if Dex is actually very valuable the highest I've got in deck was 28 and it didn't seem that great 28 agility though way more important way more important to me so I'm not going to lie I favor agility over Dex um but that's kind of an uninformed opinion all right because I haven't tried Dex well enough you gave me one explosion bottle are [ __ ] bow from across the room more than five times in a month was never the issue it's the fact that in melee range a bow still has the same damage and has the same slow or better as many one-hand weapons two-hand weapons so I think range just has too much damage still I'm not going to lie I really do if uh if the main source of combat in this game com continues to be crossbow shooting through doorways while my cleric hits me like [ __ ] a Pokemon trainer spamming full restore and I'm goddamn Pikachu that's 10 levels under the Elite 4 he's supposed to be fighting I'm going to have a bad none of these people are even looking at the stats on the weapons you can go to the wiki and actually look up stats on some of these weapons like dude when I realized that the hird and the Bish have a faster onew combo than the long sword yeah I was just I was like man I hate this game I was so disheartened so demoralized oh well but chat what do you guys think about since I didn't get to do a long sword tournament this month like I planned we did one for New Year's technically that was December's nice um Valentine's Day long sword bro tournament huh huh pretty sure my wife will yell at me
