Solidworks Simulation tutorial | Analyze Tank Pressure in Solidworks

welcome back to CAD CAM tutorial today we are going to analyze the air pressure inside the tank so how to do in SolidWorks Simulation so let's see first we have to on the simulation go to option add-ins and here select SolidWorks Simulation ok now see the simulation window comes here even you can see on top menu this simulation will come here so once you go to simulation select new study now we are in the simulation study and we have to name this our study we are analyzing pressure so analyze pressure because we want to analyze the inside pressure ok so now see this is the name of this tank analyze pressure so select this boiler or tank whatever name you will give apply and edit material we will apply alloy steel apply close now the alloy steel applied now we will fix some this two bases so right click on fixtures select fixed geometry and select these two bottom phases this phase and this phase select ok now these bottom phases are selected select ambient so it looks better see both fixes and after that we want to apply the pressure inside the tank so right click on external load and select pressure and we want to select the inside face of tank not outside so do one thing right click on this tank select other now select it is showing inside body inside face select face do it the same as here right click select other and select inside the last one select other and this face now these three faces inside face is selected our pressure you he is Newton per square meter we will keep one and less see pressure value one Newton per square meter select okay now here the mesh now we will see what will be there our result right click and select here mesh and run now it is calculating our mesh and run now see due to pressure our tank become distort or become destroy see the shape that means the pressure is very access this is the stress displacement and strain we will right click on stress select section clicking here select write plane so we will see what will happen inside okay now you can see here the pressures up and down due to disease excess pressure so just right double-click on this one a window will come crawl stress plot now this is the automatic now we will define user-defined we select one square Newton a scale factor one select okay now see our tank is in normal position even you can animate this also see if you reduce this and it will animate the pressure inside less and please cancel it I hope you enjoyed this tutorial please subscribe our channel for more video and more projects in SolidWorks I hope you enjoyed thanks for watching
