[Music] sheep are among the first animals to have been domesticated by humans for thousands of years we have been cooking and joined the flavors of this novelty and today I'm bringing you one of those amazing recipes full leg of lamb and if you never cook planned before you need to know that the first thing you should do is to remove as much fat as you can [Music] [Music] right here we're gonna create a rope right now and this is gonna be a little complicated it's not gonna be a simplest piece but I wanted to give it a touch of myself make a little bit we're gonna add two spoons of brown sugar about teaspoon of garlic we're gonna master about teaspoon or they're gonna a little bit traces dry oregano rosemary about teaspoon of rosemary it's gonna be a hint of cinnamon in there just a little bit not too much and we're gonna put a little bit of thyme [Music] I'm gonna put a little bit of that cayenne pepper there just for the flavor we're gonna put some ground black pepper because pepper makes everything better we want to put some cautious [Music] now let's makes this thing and if you want a little bit more volume in here all you have to do is have some more brown sugar that's a great thing for the color and also it has some little flavor it's not gonna be sweet at all even if you add more but and of course for the binder we want to be using master any master work with tested already and we know it work as he should then let's put our rub on it really heavy rub really nice I have to smell this thing [Music] [Music] I smell guys the smell is delicious this thing is it's looking good already you know all that kind of smell the lamb has when you put the master on it it goes away right away and you can feel now the freshness of the meat the herbs in the rub everything is really good so what we're gonna do now is we wanna put this baby in the fridge for about an hour while we light up the grill let's go [Music] alright and now we're gonna create a map for that beautiful lamb we're gonna have to wear into the spices how to stalk into the meat that not falling off once that happened we're gonna start adding our mud and this is just melted butter we're gonna put some moisture on it a little bit of oregano so you can see is that the leaves just a little bit rosemary I'm gonna put a little bit of garlic powder just a little bit not too much just mix this up as much as we can this is the mob we're gonna use to base our lamb well it's being about three hours already and the smell on this thing is amazing guys it doesn't smell like that toxic lamb sometimes you smell it's really intense and you can really feel that the fat the smell the fat you don't smell nothing like that in here I stopped putting our sauce in there and let's start basing this baby up because it's gonna be good we're gonna be doing this every hour now until I hit a hundred sixty degrees after that which is gonna wrap it up and put it in there and let it cook into this on you [Music] [Music] it's time to check the temperature it's about 60 so let's wrap this baby up look at this beauty I was ready to wrap this up grab the bomb here we're gonna put some border right on top just like that that's gonna melt into the knee nice and now that the is we're gonna leave it in here until I hit 200 degrees as soon as I hit 200 degrees we want to take it out I want to put it to rest for about an hour so but this is coming out really nice the flavor you can smell the flavor you can smell the herbs in the spices it's kind of that good guys I think we have a winner let's give this one a try again oh man this is butter beautiful well guys that lamp is ready to go just for anything cooler and now we're just gonna wait a little bit I'm gonna give it about an hour or I just wait for missing it'll come back when she comes back you're gonna have everything ready and we're gonna give it a try and see what happen oh my goodness [Music] [Music] so measly nice home I'm looking for prepare for you let's see what do you mean you don't let the smell I love the smell no that wouldn't smell it's good I tried once and flavor was like extremely strong and the aftertaste you like it okay we'll take a little piece I'm gonna take a big piece okay oh brother let's go for this me what talk about the flavor what what there's not that Jaime is so strong on the lamb so Wow think it is so amazing yeah we have the pizza here we have onions tomatoes we have herbs thus parsley and thyme and we have this beautiful thing and we have the barbecue sauce you want to go for it
