**Small Space** Studio Apartment Tour | 546sq ft

[Music] hey what's up y'all welcome back to ashley's affluence i'm ashley and in this video i'll be giving you an apartment tour and the reason being is because in a previous video i mentioned to you that i live off 30 of my income and in order to do that i needed to downsize which was a studio apartment and this particular studio apartment really met my needs it was in a nice area check i also wanted to be able to walk to work check the appliances are up to date check and i really loved the layout which the bedroom kind of separates itself from the kitchen and living room area so i can kind of define my spaces so i really love that about this particular apartment which hopefully you'll see soon so let's go ahead and get into the tour so as soon as you walk in you have the hallway to my apartment and i kept my dresser because i wanted to utilize all storage which i got this dresser from morris furniture and then up here i have my grab-and-go station this plate is from at home i have some hand sanitizer wipes as as well as spray and then this candle which is from bath and body works both of them and then moving right along i have some frames from home goods which are all pictures of myself and then i put this body mirror here which is from target which i got about five years ago i haven't seen it since in target so i'm glad i grabbed it when i did so right when you walk in you see my bedroom quote-unquote but the reason why i got this layout as i mentioned before is because this wall divides it and kind of creates um a separate space from the living room the bed frame is from morris furniture as well and the decorative pillows as well as this throw is from home goods pink is my favorite color this stool here is from target and the reason why my bed is so high is because i bought a box spring before buying the bed which it didn't need um a box free so i'm going to show you where i get a lot of the storage for my clothes so here in this space in order for me to change out my seasonal clothes i do that here so i put right now because it's about to be spring i have a lot of my spring clothes here so soon i'll be moving them out of here and into my closet and vice versa and that is a nice easy hack in storage so moving along i have this nightstand which matches my dresser and i have this lamp which i got from homegoods and then i have a alarm clock and then two candles from home goods and the middle one is from bath and body works and then one of my favorite areas to the left is my floating vanity so i do have this mannequin that my mom got me about five years ago so i couldn't tell you where um she got it from and so these floating shelves i did get from target as well as the mirror so this container up here that's holding my brushes i did get from the container store as well as the one over here which is from the container store as from the home edit edition so i didn't have a lot of storage for my um in my bathroom which is why i created this area so the chair i did get a matching set from wayfair which is sitting at my table which i'll go into more detail later and then this here rug is from ikea and then here's my closet you can see that the doors do slide but this is a video i will not be showing my closet and then here's my bathroom so my bathroom is a decent size for a studio and this storage bin our tier i got from target good old target and this bamboo tray is from at home and then i just have my jewelry up there and this box which i store my jewelry as well is from at home and this mirror which i call my flaw mirror is from bed bath and beyond which but you can get it almost anywhere honestly and then on the second tier i have um some q-tips and cotton balls and then my bath bombs so i believe all these items came from at home for sure this one these two i'm not positive um this here is some rose petals when you bathe i got that as a gift from my friend and then the thirds here i have my um face steamer from vanity planet which was a gift and then my some of my face towels and then my body towels on the bottom tiers so this shower curtain is from target and then the decorative towels i believe are from at home and then the rugs are from bath and body works now over here it's very simplistic um i got this from target which has a matching toothbrush holder but i no longer need that because i have my electronic one so yeah so more storage ideas under here i got this bin from target which has two drawers which pretty lengthy and then you have more storage up here and i also got this small little so yeah and then over here i have this rack for my towels and then i have my dirty hamper here so walking out so over here you have the washer and dryer and then here i put up my detergent and then some workout stuff gift wraps and then i have this collapsible basket perfect and then i have toiletry in the back and a vacuum and then more workout stuff those aren't just the resistant bands so and then i have this nice little view i'm gonna start with my eye catcher which is my blue velvet couch which i got from overstock it was such a risk because it had literally no reviews but get the lighting right i really love the detailing in the couch and then this here painting i got from homegoods it was such a good find because it tied in so well to my apartment or the couch and i really wanted a glam but comfortable look and this here throw is from west elm as well as my coffee table so this here i got from home goods and the coaster is from at home and then i have a joe malone diffuser and a travel size candle which both can be bought at sephora and then this journal literally i got it from target just to do some journaling and then i have this joe malone box here for decoration and over here i have my nook area which the clock is from target as well as the lamp and my gray velvet chair that i love so much and then this bookshelf is great for storage i got this from target as well as the storage bins and then i just store my vinyls over here to the far left and then that um decorate decorative little base is from west elm sorry and then this marshall charger i'm so glad i bought this but you can control the volume you can see the volume the base and the treble i got it from best buy but you can also get it from target and this vinyl player is a heyday from target as well and this here car rug almost called it a carpet is from this place called art van and i got this decorative pillow from todjay and this bar cart i think it's so cute i got from at home and the quote in the back says you look like i need a drink but i ran out of k so i put a c where drink is um i got that little sign from hobby lobby and it allows you to change the quotes but all the glassware you see on here is from at home the liquor i have not opened and so except two bottles i don't really drink like that and then this decorative piece was handmade by my friend so this here console table was such a great find i searched high and low for it but it was the perfect fit for my space i needed something slender yet tall so it works as my table as well as my desk and the legs were actually black but i spray painted them gold and then this chair is from wayfair and i got this particular clear chair because i found that when decorating small places it's good to have clear furniture just kind of make the space look open rather than closed off and then some of my decorative pieces are from um home goods and hobby lobby take you into the kitchen you can see i have a normal size refrigerator the decorative items that i have at the top i got from at home and these decorative items you can get from at home as well as target and then these two items i got from home goods and so there is enough cabinet space for the kitchen which i really appreciate it and then this rug i did get from target and then if you're wondering where my trash can is it is here i haven't entered it out yet but yeah just discard that um but it does um pull out and then i'm gonna take you outside real quick yeah i got all these items from target except these these should not even be out here but i thought i could take them out here but now they've all rusted up so they'll stay out here and then we're back in so that is the tour people i appreciate you watching but it's time for you
