street today we're hunting mario mario has a 3 000 failure to appear warrant for identity theft and criminal impersonation the first place we're going to check is his home address listed on the bond also known as the address of record where's mario what's your name mario live here no he doesn't live here do you know mario when's the last time he saw him okay they know who he is and everything but what what he doesn't live here okay so he confused the dates okay he showed up to his court on the wrong date show up yes he said it was mario i think he went on wednesday but it was on the day before and then it was on nine and then they told him how about 9 30. okay um my sister had been calling that um what is it called the bond office and then he just sent a letter but it doesn't say that exactly that he was the one that messed up well he messed up because he didn't go to court and then he didn't and then he didn't go down and get a letter from the bond office to go back to court so the bond sent us the letter yeah and then you can go to court within 24 hours you have 24 hours left so that's that's why we are where we are now so right now i'll explain to you very simply it's simple simple okay we have to get mario and we have to take him to weld county they're going to refuse him because of the kovid they're not going to take him right now okay but we need the paper the refusal that they sign if they don't take a prisoner they give us a refusal for them we have a form they sign it we turn that into the judge and then the judge lets us off the bond so that would alleviate eric from from his responsibility and then mario would just go the next morning to court and say hey i turned myself in they refused me and i'll give him a new birthday okay yeah because mario has been going to a sports team yeah like all of them he's been showing he's not to weld he did show up like the next day though so they didn't put him on the docket right no yeah so that's what i'm saying the letter from the bond yeah that says he has 24 hours yeah yeah but he didn't do it so that's right yeah well you didn't have to necessarily do that he didn't go to court with it though did he he did not okay so that's why we are where we are it's not a big deal it's a small bond right yes so we can get him down there have him sign the refusal get that to jesse jesse can turn that in and then they'll let eric off the hook for the 3000 and then uh mario can go down the next day and he can get put back on the docket but he has we have to we have to present him that's the only way we could alleviate this right now all right and so it'll be like two hours [Applause] um i honestly don't know where mario is right now maybe with his girlfriend or something i can see if he will come down right now though yeah we're here we're willing to help him out and you tell him that we're here he's not going to want to come here no but he is he will want to because explain to him the way that i explained to you we can fix this today we can fix it right now but he has to do his part okay and i give you my word i give you my word they're they're gonna review them he did get chronovirus when he was in there okay in jail and that's why they um let him out right i guess right and but for this small of a charge they're not going to allow him to go back in they're just going to refuse them and then that at least alleviates our liability and eric's liability and that's all we need to do and then mario can handle that with the court you know the next day they put him on the docket if he says hey i turned myself in they refused me because i think the last time that he went to court um they said that they were going to put both cases together but i'm not so sure okay because every time that i go to where i'm like oh my god they're gonna take him in because he has the warranty he's been going to loveland so so loveland and weld county are two different entities so they wouldn't i don't think that they're running concurrently so again this is this is like i said maybe two hours of his afternoon and we'll have it handled and done uh we could bring it back here you guys can follow us up there however you guys want to do it um let me can they call him man we uh we showed up at the right time oh yeah it's beer 30. they got into the yeti yeah it's all nice hell yeah hi i his family so man at that point he can't make money because of your bond so where we're at right now is let's get over here let's get this taken care of get that refusal letter and then you have to go tomorrow morning back to weld county and talk to the court two hours you'll be up set one more time nice no no meet up no meet up with us i'll show it to you i can send you a picture i can send you
